  Simply the best

  We interviewed many planners in Naples, and Jacqui and Kathie were perfect as a mother daughter team as I knew Jacqui understood my design vision and Kathie and my mom bonded. They were a joy and easy to work with and really understood us through the various design questionnaires we had to fill out. When Hurricane Ian damaged our venue 3 weeks out, they worked around the clock to find a new venue so we could keep our date. They saved our wedding and it truly was spectacular and one of a kind.

  We interviewed many planners in Naples, and Jacqui and Kathie were perfect as a mother daughter team as I knew Jacqui understood my design vision and Kathie and my mom bonded.   Totally worth it!

  I originally thought I would plan our wedding on my own, but when I realized how much goes into it I decided to book SBS and boy am I happy that I did! SBS Weddings did an amazing job helping to bring our dream wedding to life. They were prompt in their responses and flexible in their availability. They did an amazing job with the day of coordination ensuring everything ran smoothly and I truly felt like I did not have to worry with my wedding in their hands. Thank you Jacqui and Kathie for making our wedding day so perfect!

  Kathie and Jacqui did an amazing job! We had our destination wedding on July 14, 2018 at LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort in Naples Florida. They did an excellent job communicating with all the vendors and creating our timeline; and I was able to relax the day of the wedding knowing that all the details were well taken care of. They worked with the vendors the day of to make sure everything went smoothly. They are also well prepared with "tools" and were able to fix my dress when the bustle broke during the reception. They are very warm, friendly, fun and great at what they do. I highly recommend them!

  After working with Kathie and Jacqui (Side by Side Weddings) for my wedding in April my mom and I can't sing their praises enough! After meeting with them on a vendor tour we knew they would be the perfect fit for our day-of coordinators. Their personalities are so sweet and bubbly you instantly feel like friends and they make it SO fun to work with them. Their depth of knowledge and advice provided along the way made us so comfortable handing over the control to them. Throughout the planning process they were always so sweet when I reached out asking for advice on even the littlest things. When it came down to the day of I couldn't have felt more at ease knowing they were in charge. With their impeccable taste and attention to detail they were able to turn our reception space into something more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! On top of that they were brilliant at creating and managing the timeline/vendors to make sure everyone and everything was in its place which allowed me to enjoy the wedding day totally stress free! From the bottom of our hearts, we can't thank you enough for all the hard work, care, and love you poured into our wedding day.

  We used Side by Side Weddings as "day of coordinators" for my wedding at the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort in Naples, but they were so much more than that! They met with my mother and me multiple times leading up to the wedding day but they really started to become a big help from about a month out where they did the most outstanding job of communicating with my vendors, creating timelines for everyone and everything, and attending to the details both big and small. I honestly cannot imagine "pulling it all together" in the final weeks as smoothly and efficiently as they did for us. And they did it so pleasantly, always with a positive attitude and a smile! The wedding day turned out truly beautiful in every way! I would HIGHLY recommend them when looking for a wedding planner in the Naples area. Thank you SBS Weddings!!!!

  If you are getting married in the Naples, Florida area, these two are a must-hire!! I utilized Kathie and Jacqui's month-of coordination for my 11/11/17 wedding. I am a very organized person and originally my mom and I thought we could do everything on our own, but I am SO glad we hired Kathie and Jacqui and truly do not know what I would have done without them. Beyond just their traditional month of coordination tasks (e.g. confirming all vendors, arrival times, making sure your day runs perfectly), they went above and beyond to help me pick up the pieces from some changes Hurricane Irma caused to our wedding day. Speaking of above and beyond, they also managed to address every tiny little detail - from ensuring my MANY personal items (frames, decor, etc.) were placed exactly how I wanted, to bringing double sided tape to help my bridesmaid dresses stay on these beautiful hangers I bought. Throughout the month before the wedding, they were so friendly and always available via phone and email. They know all of the vendors in the area personally and very well, and they were able to leverage those relationships to make the planning and day of the best it could be. They were SUCH a joy to work with and talk to, and I hope to stay in touch with them for years to come. Thank you so much, Kathie and Jacqui!

  Using these two incredibly talented and professional ladies was the key to achieving the dream wedding my daughter imagined. Their attention and execution to detail to even the most minute detail resulted in my bride's vision being fulfilled beyond her wildest dreams. As an event planner herself of major international events, Lauren's ideas for her wedding were extremely sophisticated and specific, yet none too unmanageable or unachievable for these two perfectionists. They set the bar very high and helped us to find vendors of equal caliber. I highly recommend Side by Side as they are top notch, and consequently friends for life.

  Side by Side did an absolutely amazing job helping plan my wedding. I cannot thank them enough for being there and assisting with all the preparation and day of coordination. My special day would not have been so smooth without Side by Side's help and guidance through the whole planning process.   Kathie and Jacqui are the best!! I honestly can not say enough wonderful things about them.
  I have a demanding work schedule and was planning our destination wedding on a shorter timeline. I was nervous that this would not be feasible based on all the time and energy it takes to plan a wedding, but they immediately set me at ease. They helped with initiating the planning process, organization, communication with vendors, working around my schedule to talk with me, creating timelines, and supporting me the day of the wedding- essentially managing the process from end-to-end while allowing me to create the aesthetic I wanted.
  Jacqui and Kathie are experts on the best vendors in the area and offered honest feedback which I valued being from out-of-town. They helped me to find vendors that fit perfectly for what I wanted and helped me stay on track all the way.
  Kathie and Jacqui are amazing at what they do and also genuinely wonderful people. I felt like I was planning our wedding with friends I've known for ages. They truly care and I knew they wanted the day to be perfect for us.
  I was able to fully enjoy our wedding day without worrying about day-of tasks, minor details, or any issues- they were on top of every detail so that we could just have FUN and enjoy the day. Without them, it would have been a drastically different experience and I'm so thankful they were able to be a part of our wedding.

  Kathie and Jacqui are amazing! They really worked so hard to make the entire day seamless and everything I wanted. They are so organized and helped keep the whole day on track. We had so much fun working with them! People keep asking my what my favorite part of my wedding was and it was that everyone really just had a good time, no stress and had a fun day. This was mostly in part to Kathie and Jacqui because they were so helpful and on top of everything.

  I would recommend Side by Side Wedding Services to absolutely everybody planning a destination wedding down in the Naples, Florida area. Both Kathie & Jacqui were a delight to work with throughout the entire planning process and made the daunting task of throwing a destination wedding seem easy and effortless. Kathie's response time on any e-mails or phone calls that you make to her is incredibly fast and she is very thorough on answering any questions you have or helping you to handle any issues that arise. I would not have used anybody else to help coordinate my wedding and am grateful that LaPlaya referred me to Side by Side!

As we were hesitant about booking a band from OH, Kathie & Jacqui went to the restaurant, ate dinner and watched the band play and as soon as they left gave us feedback! They have top notch referrals for photographers, officiants, flower & décor, music so you can be sure that when you work with Side by Side not only are you working with the best Event Planners - you are working with the best in all other areas as well.   Working with Kathie and Jacqui throughout our wedding planning process was absolutely incredible! Not only are they two of the sweetest people we've met, they really, really know their stuff! We were so beyond pleased with them - from our very first meeting, until our wedding day. They are both so knowledgeable, professional, fun and a HUGE stress relief! Having Kathie and Jacqui work with us on the day of our wedding was the best decision we made. We didn't have to worry about a thing! When the day came I was really grateful they were there. Everything was spotless and in place! Everyone knew exactly what was going on and when Thanks to a very detailed time lime they put together. Every other vendor I hired had something very nice to say about how they handle our event.
  
  Brides: If you are in the SW Florida area you have to have Side by Side. It would be the best decision you'll ever make for the most important day in your life.

  Kathie and her daughter were absolutely amazing from the moment we booked them to the last dance at our wedding. I had lots of questions leading up to the big day and Kathie was my go to... She went above and beyond the call of duty that when my big day came all I had to do was relax and get ready. They are a well oiled machine and treated my wedding as if it was their own and ensured everything went perfectly.
  
  When the night was over we returned to our suite and it was so nice to have all of our personal belongings, gifts etc waiting for us. Thanks to Kathie and her daughter who handled it all.
