  Top notch service! We came to New Orleans for our honeymoon. We were initially scheduled to fly to the Bahamas but Hurricane Matthew had other plans. This detour to New Orleans was the best decision ever. We received every upgrade possible, thanks to our Sheraton attendant, Morgan. Club level room and access to club level breakfast and hors d'oeuvres (which ended up being more like a meal). The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to pretty much everywhere you would want to go...and if not, there is a street car and bus access located directly in front of the hotel. This was an amazing trip and we will definitely return to Sheraton on Canal.

  We had our wedding ceremony and rehearsal at the Sheraton and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. Our planner Michelle was great and incredibly helpful. We had our ceremony in the Waterbury room and our reception in the Armstrong ballroom - both of which are beautiful. The staff at the Sheraton was friendly and accommodating all weekend. We definitely recommend this venue for a wedding!

  Wedding Coordinator is very helpful and willing to do anything you need. Food was excellent and ballroom provides the perfect venue for a New Orleans wedding with a great view of the city!

  I stayed at Sheraton New Orleans on Canal the night before and after the wedding for our honeymoon.
  This was not a good experience at all. The lady at the desk was nice and helpful but no one else that worked there was. The parking was CRAZY and way over priced. We paid $310.00 for one night to stay here and $37.00 to park and you could not get your car from valet(which was the only option) Our,weddingcake melted waitng for my SUV. The Hotelhad no working fridge!!! The room was kinda old and small for $300.00 get real we will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND WE ALWAYS LOVED THE SHERATON. I wan not happy with this HOTEL at all.
