Condado Ocean club did everything perfectly. They delivered everything as agreed and more, and they did so at a very high level of quality. The cost matched other less attractive venues. The service personnel, the food, the drinks, the bar, the set up, the cleanliness, the responsiveness and the supervision on site were at the highest standard. The venue is hip, cool and spectacular right on the beach. Everyone was happy.

Where do i begin. Eva responded promptly to all emails. The food and drinks at our cocktail hour was AMAZING so we end up switch our reservations to their restaurant for dinner, last minute for a party of 25. And that food was AMAZING as well omg ! The venue is beautiful, we originally wanted outside but it was raining hard so we had to movie inside but the view is still perfect ! This is the place to go for destination weddings !

We had our destination wedding in San Juan 11/30/2019. We got married at the pool deck at Serafina and we could not have had a better experience! It was the perfect area, with the most amazing food, and beautiful views! We had our reception in the moon lounge and it was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was upbeat and kind, oh, AND the hotel the dog friendly! Can’t wait to come back to Serafina and Puerto Rico for years to come!

I planned a Destination Wedding at Serafina. As a planner that works in many of the hotels in Puerto Rico I have to say I was really pleased with the service the Serafina staff provided. They were friendly and very diligent, front desk staff, set up guy, security guard, waiters, kitchen staff, catering department, they were all amazing!

As a wedding planner, I pay attention to details, and responsiveness is very important when planning an event, I had a great experience working with Eva Almodovar, to create a wonderful event for my client, a memorable experience! The Ocean front terrace, with the infinity pool has a breathtaking view of the ocean! I highly recommend the Serafina hotel, the food, service, and overall experience is always a great one! Overall, we had a good time at the Serafina hotel. We had our wedding ceremony there and I must say it was amazing. The chef went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He prepared a six course meal to end our special night. The planner did an okay job, she did accommodate us by switching our day due to the rain at no extra charge. We would recommend the hotel to future guest.
