Getting married at Seaview was nothing short of magical. As a bride who recently got married there September 19, 2025, I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment, their staff, and general manager. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew it was the perfect place to celebrate the most important day of our lives. The venue itself is stunning — classic, elegant, and full of charm — with so many beautiful backdrops for photos and moments we’ll treasure forever. Every corner of the property feels intentional and welcoming, and it created the most romantic atmosphere from start to finish. What truly made our experience exceptional was Madelyn, our wedding coordinator at Seaview. She was an absolute godsend. Madelyn stepped in when my bride fears got the best of us and from day one, Madelyn made us feel calm, supported, and truly cared for. She’s extremely organized, attentive, and incredibly kind — someone who genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in every little detail. She listened carefully to our vision and worked tirelessly to bring it to life, guiding us through the entire planning process with grace and confidence. On the day of the wedding, she handled the behind the scenes work so seamlessly that all we had to do was be present and enjoy every moment. Her professionalism, warmth, and calm energy made such a difference — not just for us, but for our families and our entire vendor team. If you are looking to book Seaview for your wedding venue- ask for Madelyn. Not only were we lucky enough to work with Madelyn, our Maître de Sal went absolutely above and beyond to make sure our reception went seamlessly- there wasn't a skip he missed to make sure everything was on time. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was and how smooth the whole day felt. We owe so much of that to Madelyn and the incredible staff at Seaview, including the general manager Robert Morgan who stepped in and made the day run so perfectly. The entire staff made us feel like we were the only wedding that mattered, and we will always be grateful for that. If you're considering Seaview for your wedding, don’t hesitate. The venue is gorgeous, the service is top-notch, and if you get to work with Madelyn — consider yourself very lucky. -

Our experience at the Seaview was excellent. We had Michele Plybon as our coordinator and Sal as our Maitre d'. Both were positive, professional, resourceful, and accommodating. The planning process was seamless. Everyone that attended our wedding has been raving about the beautiful venue and delicious food. I highly recommend the Seaview, especially Michele who would have walked to the moon and back if we needed her to make us happy. -

We had our wedding here in December of 2024 and it was perfect!!! Sally and Sal are THE BEST and we would highly recommend Seaview overall!! The location is beautiful, food is awesome, and the staff goes above and beyond for you throughout the whole process!! We thought the pricing was very fair especially considering all that is included!! -

Our September wedding was the most perfect event, the staff was amazing and the food was delicious. Seaview is a gem of a place right here in our neighborhood, conveniently located with beautifully manicured grounds. Why go anywhere else? We are so pleased with all the individuals we worked with to make our daughters wedding day a memorable event. -

We had our dream wedding at the Seaview with the help of Michele Plybon as our wedding coordinator and sales manager. Michele was nothing short of amazing and worked with us to make sure every detail was perfect for us on our special day. We cannot thank her and the rest of the Seaview staff enough for making us feel so special and for taking such great care of us on our wedding weekend. She took away many of our stresses by helping plan every detail of the rehearsal, reception, after party, and breakfast, while being mindful of our budget and ensuring the decor was perfectly placed. Also, Monica, our Maitre d’ was incredible. She brought the energy to the reception and got people on the dance floor. She also made sure my husband and I had a beverage in hand and food on our plate at all times!
Our guests had nothing but the best to say about the gorgeous venue, helpful staff, and delicious food. We HIGHLY recommend The Seaview and Michele when planning your big day!!! -

Beautiful Venue!
Where do I start…everything was absolutely outstanding! The food was delicious; from the hors d’oeuvres to the desserts and everything in between. The venue is gorgeous and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nicole, our wedding coordinator and Monica, the banquet manager made sure every detail was just as we envisioned. They were easy to work with and calmed our fears about Covid. The wedding cake was gorgeous and was the BEST tasting cake I’ve ever had at a wedding! -

Where to begin! Originally my fiancé and I had placed a deposit and were arranged to have our 1920’s inspired wedding at a completely different venue! Unfortunately, due to renovations not being completed in time at this venue, we were tasked with finding another location to host 250 guests… in just under 4 months’ time!
Seaview was luckily the first venue we called with availability! Erin was who I spoke with and from the very beginning she calmed me down and assured me that everything was going to be perfect and wonderful! And she was right :-)
After arrangements were confirmed, Erin introduced me to the conference planning manager, Annmarie, who was simply the best! From the beginning, Annmarie was organized and full of helpful information. Annmarie went out of her way to meet my expectations. Since this was a “Gatsby” style- there were some details I really wanted, and Annmarie made sure my vision came to life! She was so patient with all my questions and always available to talk.
The day of our wedding, Annmarie and her managing team were so attentive and willing to help in any way they were. It was truly a relief to have them. I felt that Annmarie had everything under control and that everything was going to be great. And it truly was! The entire staff at Seaview were amazing and friendly throughout our entire stay. The recently renovated rooms and lobby area were absolutely beautiful and to my benefit very 1920’s inspired! Also, side note: it was great to have the reception and then have the option for guests to stay right at Seaview. It was so convenient!
The grounds were clean, the food was amazing. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say.
My guests had the time of their lives and they are still talking about how good the food was and how much fun they had! Thank you, Erin and Annmarie, and everyone at Seaview! You guys are the BEST!

From the very first step in planning our wedding, Erin and Ann-Marie were so helpful and made the entire process super smooth. They answered all of our questions and helped make everything run smoothly. The day of our wedding, Ann-Marie even helped out our dj when he forgot a charger for his computer! Monica made sure the night ran smoothly, and that we always had food on our plates and drinks in our hands. So thankful to have had our special day here, even more thankful for the incredible staff! -

Perfect Venue!
Our wedding at Seaview was perfect! I couldn't have been happier and really couldn't have asked for anything more. The entire staff, the bellhop, the front desk, the wedding coordinators and banquet managers were all TOP NOTCH! Our guests gave us nothing but compliments on the hotel, food, venue, and staff! I have no complaints and couldn't have asked for more on our special day! We are so happy with EVERYTHING and we are so glad we chose Seaview for our wedding! -

Our Small Wedding
We were extremely happy with our experience with Seaview for our wedding. Everyone there from Erin and Annmarie (wedding coordinators) down to the valet and bellman couldn't be more helpful. We never thought we could afford Seaview but their prices were reasonable. The grounds were beautiful which made for perfect pictures. Would highly recommend. -

We had our wedding at Seaview on 12/1/18 and are so happy we did! We received so many compliments about the hotel from our guests -and even more so after an amazing meal and cake. Seriously our cake was amazing! We ate it for days after the wedding. Thank you so much to all the staff who made our day so special! Extra special thanks to Nicole Zacchi, Shannon Callender, Reese, and John! You guys really went out of the way to make our night amazing and we can't thank you enough. -
Christie Sent on 01/04/2018There are no words to give justice to the absolute perfection that was my Seaview wedding!! I got married on NYE, and it was truly magical from start to finish. The staff at the Seaview is beyond compare. They treat you like you are the only bride/newlyweds in the world! We felt like royalty the entire wedding weekend. I am so grateful for all the help with planning leading up to the big day, but most grateful for the flawless execution on the day of. The Seaview is a very special place full of character, history, and charm! Our guests were enchanted by the hotel, and had the time of their lives at the wedding. If you are looking for a unique venue with a resort feel, look no further! Thank you a million times to our wedding coordinator Jenn as well! She is the best and you will be so lucky to work with her!

Dee Sent on 12/06/2017From the planning to the execution, Stockton Seaview was without fail the best experience I could have wished for for my daughter’s ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. The food was gourmet quality and there was plenty of it. The cake was exceptional (great taste and beautifully decorated). Everything is done in house which is wonderful and wonderfully done. Jenn T was the best wedding coordinator we could have wished for and Monica, the maitre’d was fabulous as well. We also had a block of rooms and all of the hotel staff we and our guest encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. I only have one child, but if I had another, I would definitely hold another wedding here. Our guest are still raving about the wonderful food and venue. Everyone from 3 years to 85 years of age had a marvelous time.

Julie Sent on 10/11/2010Wow is all that I can say! I'm just about to leave for my honeymoon but had to leave feedback for the AMAZING wedding that I just had two days ago at The Seaview.
Jennifer & Jessica were "wedding consultants/coordinators" that were appointed to us immediately and helped with EVERY detail. They responded to phone calls, emails, any concern or inquiry I had, IMMEDIATELY. They were so sweet, helpful, professional and left me with no concerns for the day of my wedding.
On the day of my wedding, Jessica and a sweetheart named Sonia, were there for me throughout the day. Not in my face by any means, but able to talk to regarding all aspects of the day... AWESOME!
Our cake was spectacular! I gave the chef a picture of what I wanted, and not only was it the exact replica, but it was even more beautiful and DELICIOUS!!!
All of our guests commented on the cake, (and they even put slices in our room with a dish of choc covered strawberries & champagne).
I just had all of my dreams come true.... it was all around PERFECT!!!! -

From the time we walked into the venue we couldn't have felt better taken care of. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, from the valet and door man to the bartender. Monika the maître de was absolutely great and made sure our every need was met at the reception. The food was very good. When there was a supply issue with the steak we wanted, they upgraded the cut for no additional cost. The venue itself is beautiful. The outdoor spaces are great for photos. The hotel rooms all look new and are very clean. Plus the hotel has decent amenities. The bridal suite exceeded my expectations. We did have a couple issues the day of the wedding. Things that we had discussed previously with the wedding coordinator didn't get done or were incorrect. I would actually give this venue a 4.5 instead of a 5 due to this , but it wasn't an option. I feel that this may have been due to inexperience on the part of the wedding coordinator, and would expect it to improve with time. Over all we were very happy with the services we received and would definitely still recommend this venue (especially for the price). -

My husband and I still can’t believe we were able to get married at the Seaview! We felt pampered and extravagant and was exactly what we had envisioned for our wedding. The staff and service were super accommodating and Annmarie did a fabulous job coordinating everything to make the day so beautiful. We can not thank all the staff enough and we can not wait to go back for our anniversary!! -

I never had my wedding here and did get a full refund of my money after going back and forth with the venue and the wedding coordinator on how it would be impossible under New Jersey’s rules and regulations to have my wedding in November.
My fiancé is in the military and is getting deployed in 2021 so we don’t have much room to postpone our Wedding. Our coordinator would ignore my emails for months at a time and I would have to continue to reach out to her for any type of response. The venue waited until the food tasting in august to inform us that we are not allowed to have a dance floor at all, and they had known about the no dance floors since June. They never even considered reducing the pricing for us as an option since we would not have been able to have all the amenities that was agreed upon in the contract with them. The lack of communication during this whole pandemic caused so much more unnecessary stress while trying to plan the wedding of my dreams. I would never recommend the Seaview as a place for someone to host their wedding at the lack of respect and empathy as we are all dealing with this pandemic and trying to plan a wedding that I have been planning before COVID hit was unreal. I would never wish my experience with them upon anyone else.
