  Delicious! Can’t go wrong!

  Savannah Event Catering was awesome!! I was looking forward to the food on our wedding day the most and I will say SEC did not disappoint! Everything was delicious!! Our guests are still raving about the food. Chef Mark and his team were so easy to work with! We went with 2 passed apps (pork potstickers, bacon wrapped shrimp) and a cheese/fruit display for cocktail hour. The display was massive and a huge hit. The staff was fantastic as well! They brought us apps in between pictures so we could also enjoy them and checked on us several times during dinner service. For dinner we ended up doing a buffet with a craving station. We had several guests go back for seconds and one went back for a third round 😂 We also had the amazing flaming doughnuts! You cannot go wrong with any of the options! Everything was delicious and presentation just beautiful! Thank you so much SEC!!

  2023 Company Christmas Party

  I have worked with multiple caterers over the years, but Savannah Event Catering is hands down the BEST around!! The food is fantastic, the event staff is professional, and Chef Mark is kind, genuine, honest, professional, and fun! I HIGHLY recommend Savannah Event Catering...you won't be disappointed!

  Savannah Event Catering was great for our wedding food! They were so helpful throughout the whole process. Helped us pick a menu that would be great for all our guest and in our budget. Thank you so much for making our wedding day so special. All the staff was super friendly and professional.

  The Absolute Best Caterer!!

  Savannah Event Catering catered our wedding back in September. The food was so delicious! Their staff were super helpful with everything, made sure my Husband and I got appetizers and drinks throughout of photos. Definitely worth every penny!! 10/10 recommend!!

  Best shrimp and grits ever!!!

  Mark and his team were so easy to work with!! My wife and I made a point to sit down and eat during our wedding reception and we are so glad that we did. I am still dreaming of those shrimp and grits and those donuts!! Thanks to Mark, Julia and all of the SEC servers at our wedding that helped out.

  Savannah Event Catering exceeded our expectations in every way!!! They offer a wedding dinner experience like no other caterer. Even from the start at our tasting with Chef Mark, the SEC team made us feel comfortable and open to our requests. All of the food was phenomenal- high recommend the Mac and cheese bar and the flambéed donut station! Our guests can’t stop talking about how awesome those were. The team was very professional on the wedding day as well. Highly recommend Savannah Event Catering!

  We had the best experience using SEC for our wedding in November 2022. Chef Mark is amazing and his team is like no other! They were responsive from the beginning and always so helpful with all of my questions. He was familiar with our venue which was reassuring for me. The tasting he did was wonderful and really helped us narrow down our choices, and even added on some favorites from the tasting. People continue to comment on how awesome the food was at our wedding. We chose buffet style which I was nervous about initially, but it was the way to go!!! Appetizers were also amazing and the service was great the day of the wedding. We ended up adding on the flaming donuts which were a HUGE hit. If I could give 5+ stars, I would. Highly, highly recommend this vendor.

  A+ wedding food and service!

  Savannah Event Catering came HIGHLY recommended for our wedding and I can certainly see why! They were amazing to work with from start to finish. They were always very responsive by email and made endless tweaks to our menu. When I accidentally miscounted our final guest count, they adjusted and refunded me even though I was a day late in changing the number.
  
  For our tasting, they prepared a vegan meal for us to sample for a few guests who had a high number of dietary restrictions. Despite never preparing something like that before, they did a great job and we really appreciated the extra effort.
  
  They also worked well with us to maximize our budget and to fit the vibe of our reception. We did not have a cocktail hour or seated dinner and really wanted the reception to be a big party full of mingling and dancing. SEC's stations were perfect for this as people were able to grab small portions one at a time and get right back to the dance floor. The food was also very savory and filling so that it soaked up all the drinking people also did during our reception. When in doubt, you can't go wrong with shrimp and grits, beef and risotto, and a pasta station.
  
  Service was incredible and our guests could not stop commenting on how kind and efficient the service staff was. Used plates and napkins never sat longer than a minute at any table. It was really impressive!

  Terriffic good and such a sweet team

  Chef mark and his team were so great to work with! From our tasting to the day of the wedding they were so accommodating, helpful, and kind. We don’t have a single complaint.

  Absolutely Amazing!!

  Used them for my wedding and people raves about the food for weeks after the wedding! The food was beyond delicious. We are it for leftovers until it was all gone! I’ve eaten a lot of wedding food, but this was by far the absolute best! The people are so nice and friendly and helpful.

  Wow!! Savannah Event Catering is amazing. Right from the initial quote to the final meal everything was perfect for our daughter's wedding. Our tasting was very informative and yummy!!! (Our daughter and son-in-law don't live here) Chef Mark was extremely helpful with the choices. They changed our appetizers on the fly due to the possibility of Hurricane Ian and they were perfect. The SEC staff and service was top notch. They put out all of our chargers for us and the place settings looked amazing. My husband and I were very impressed with the food, tasted exactly like our tasting. We had compliment after compliment that it was the best wedding food that people had ever had. People still are talking about it. Service was upscale!!! We had the pecan crusted salmon, chicken picatta, and a roast beef station. The sides were also very good (asiago Mac and Cheese Yum). The flaming donuts were definitely a hit and a must have--yummy and very entertaining.

  Absolutely amazing! We hired them for our June 11th wedding. I love that they created package and pricing based on everything we asked for. Food was delicious and we had so many positive guest comments. A+. As soon as we (bride/groom) sat down we had our food served-even though it was a buffet style which I was surprised but LOVED the added touch. Staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Overall, I would hire them over and over again!

Chef Mark and his team were incredible to work with. Our cocktail hour and reception were absolutely seamless with the whole staff - and they made sure we were able to try every piece of food during the night. We customized a delicious menu and our guests are still talking about how AMAZING the food was weeks after our wedding. Chef Mark was able to stop and say hello to us, which shows the personal touches that every bride and groom can appreciate.

  Mark and his team made this a super easy decision for us - we were sold after the tasting! The food was delicious and there were so many options to choose from. So many people have complimented on our menu and how good it all was! The catering stuff was also super friendly which made the reception even better. Highly recommend!

  Chef Mark and the SEC team were amazing from the start! It was very easy to schedule a tasting, and once we arrived everyone was incredibly friendly. Everything we tasted was absolutely delicious!
  
  The food at the wedding tasted just as great as what we tasted. Our guests absolutely raved about the shrimp and grits (seriously one of the best things I’ve ever eaten!). We also did the flaming donut bar, which was a huge hit. One very health conscious family member even ate 5 donuts! So not only did it look cool and unique, but it was also delicious!

  All my guests could talk about

  The food was probably one of the biggest highlights of my wedding. After guests congratulated us, the next thing out of their mouth was how great the food was. One big seller for us was that they use real plates and don’t charge extra for it! Will be using for any future events

  The food was probably one of the biggest highlights of my wedding. After guests congratulated us, the next thing out of their mouth was how great the food was. One big seller for us was that they use real plates and don’t charge extra for it! Will be using for any future events

  Mark was amazing! due to COVID, we rescheduled our wedding numerous times and he stayed with us. Once we figured out a date, he brought us in for the tasting and made us feel special. He and his team are beyond amazing! Thanks, mark!

  Can not recommend Savannah Event Catering enough! Chef Mark and his team were kind, responsive, and a joy at our wedding! And the food was AMAZING! We have had many people tell us how impressed they were with the food! The staff took extra care of my husband and I during the reception, and I could not have asked for more.
