  I planned my intimate wedding (less than 20 guests) in Friday Harbor completely on my own and it wasn't until about 3 weeks prior to the big day that I decided having a day-of coordinator would make a huge difference (and that's an understatement!) Katie and Michelle spoke with me on the phone to get an idea of what exactly I was needing from them and created a customized quote based on the needs of our day. They were pivotal in figuring out the logistical details (flow of the day, getting our guests from happy hour to the ceremony spot, timing of songs during the ceremony, etc.) and helped execute so many details above and beyond what I was expecting (Michelle mixed drinks prior to the caterer's arrival, served as our DJ for ceremony and first dance music...) I'm telling you, these gals are HEAVEN SENT! They even helped us get trash hauled away which, on the island, is a big deal. I honestly can't say enough positive words about the Stringers, they're phenomenal!

  The finishing touch details at a perfectly reasonable rate

  Shindigs is a fantastic resource for any party rental needs on the island. We had the opportunity to work with them to help finish outfitting our wedding site with a comfortable seating area, lights, and all that is needed for our dining needs. It was easy to verify our rental needs and make changes. We also loved how quickly and easily they set up our rentals and then took them back at the end of the weekend. We would highly recommend using rentals from San Juan Shindigs.

  Words cannot express my gratitude for San Juan Shindigs, they helped make my wedding dreams come true!
  
  My husband and I were married on April 21, 2018 in Roche Harbor and originally contacted San Juan Shindigs about wedding décor rentals. After looking at their website and other reviews, I learned that they were recently offering wedding coordination as well. My husband and I went back and forth between whether or not we needed a day of coordinator, but it was by far one of the best decisions we made!
  
  Katie was so great with communicating with us via phone and email. Any questions or concerns that we had she was quick to get back to us on. I was so impressed with how much thought she put into helping us come up with our wedding timeline; there were some things I hadn’t even considered needing to set aside time for until she brought them up! In the weeks leading up to our wedding Katie did a fantastic job of coordinating with the rest of our vendors to make sure that everything was delivered and set up on time. I’m a very detail oriented person and had a pretty specific idea of how I envisioned the reception venue to look. I was completely blown away when I got to see the pavilion for the first time- Katie did an absolutely fantastic job of making my vision a reality.
  
  I cannot thank San Juan Shindigs enough for helping us pull off a fantastic wedding! I would 100% recommend them for any future event or wedding ❤️

  Flawless!!

  Carla and her team at Shindigs are absolutely amazing! They were so delightful to work with throughout the entire process. We had them create a custom disco ball install in our reception space and just WOW, we were blown away. Carla's creativity, ingenuity, and attention to detail really SHINED. The disco balls truly added the perfect touch to our reception and made the perfect center piece for our dance floor. They were a dream to work with and made all the glassware, heating lamps, and extra rentals so easy to organize. Their process with the venue was seamless and we didn't once need to spend time thinking about the rentals over the wedding weekend. Truly AMAZNG!!
