AMAZING CARS! They provided the getaway car for my daughters wedding and it was this beautiful Rolls-Royce with her new last name on the front. The driver was nice and was very early. He was well dressed and took great care of the couple. The car was in perfect condition and looked like it just came off of a showroom floor.Sent on 03/10/2015

Our driver was excellent. My husband and I were in the back discussing the night's events and our driver joined in on some laughs. He also made sure we were comfortable throughout our ride.
I am a huge lover of old cars. My Rolls Royce did not disppoint. It was beautiful inside and out. Our grand exit definitely made a statement with that beautiful car.

Could not have been happier with Royal Rides. Angela was responsive and helpful over the phone, even calling us a few days before the wedding to confirm pick-up time and location. The driver was courteous, friendly, and extremely professional. The car (white Rolls Royce with cream interior) added class to our wedding which many people commented was a beautiful addition. I used them to surprised my husband with a Rolls Royce to pick him up and bring him to the ceremony and then they stayed until the end to take me and him to our hotel. The driver was a lot of fun and friendly. The car was beautiful and so comfortable. The lady in charge was easy to work with and called a couple of times to make sure we had everything right. In addition to the car service that we were provided..Angela has a broad range of knowledge in the wedding business and was extremely helpful in planning our ENTIRE wedding and wedding weekend. She offered her time, knowledge, expertise to every detail of our wedding planning process. From the beginning, she helped with our save the dates, offered excellent advice when we were in need of selecting excellent vendors. She even took the time out of her busy schedule to contact several churches to line up a wedding date. She kept in contact with our venue director who at times was difficult to get in touch with. Also, she coordinated and created an amazing bridal shower, she created an organized & very detailed wedding timeline for our day of wedding and a timeline for our wedding party. She has awesome, creative, classy ideas for church and reception decor. WOW!! I can not thank her enough for spending countless hours on the phone with me, giving excellent suggestions for all aspects of our wedding for the past 6 months. I am SOOO very glad we chose to go with Royal rides for our wedding day transportation. While I'd seen some vintage Rolls Royce cars in weddings before, I'd never seen them with the personalized license plate and ribbons to go along with car. The car was beautiful!Sent on 06/14/2012

This was a nice touch to the wedding with classic ambiance. The driver was prompt and very friendly. They also provide a personalized license plate for your memories. We hired this vendor to provide bride & groom transportation needs for our wedding day. They have a nice selection of Rolls Royces. We selected the white Rolls Royce with brown interior, which was kept clean inside and out. We were impressed that it was the company's policy not to rent out ALL of their Rolls Royces on any given day, so that should one of them breakdown, there is still another one available for you on your wedding day. On the day of the wedding, Tony the driver arrived on time (it was a 3 hour drive for him to get to our location). He was kind, professional, warm, patient and helpful. He did a wonderful job and we were very happy with the services he provided. He took us to the church, and put on the "European" ribbons on the car (part of our package) in the church parking while we were inside the church. The ribbons looked great. He was very helpful in general with helping us hold the bouquet while I was fixing my dress or posing for the photographers after the ceremony. He also drove us to the wedding reception and waiting inside the country club until our event was over and drove us in this getaway car. This company, as part of all packages, included a customized license plate that you could have as a keepsake after the wedding (we chose to put our last name on the license plate). It was so classy. The only complaint we have is that after the event was over, we did not receive that license plate for many months. It was somehow not mailed properly, and was returned to sender. By the time they finally resent it, it had been about 3 months since our wedding. Other than that, we had encountered no problems with this company and highly recommend it.Sent on 05/19/2012

You can't beat their price for the 1964 Silver Cloud but if you have any issues day of or after, don't expect the same level of customer service that you are given when you call to inquire. To this date I still do not have the vanity plate that was paid for off the front of the car. You are allowed to personalize a European plate that is place on the front of the car while you have it. Once the night is over and the car returns to the shop, your plate should be sent to you. I have placed numerous calls and emails to the owner who stated she mailed my plate. After a few calls and emails (7) Angela provided me with a tracking number of a package that she said was my plate. Once I called USPS for them to trace they verified that it was not my address the package was sent to. I tried to call back and never got a response. If it was my business I would have ordered a replacement plate but that is just me. Again great price but bad customer service experience.Sent on 03/18/2015

We used Royal Rides for our wedding in August. We had rented a Rolls Royce for our ride to our hotel. The car was amazing and beautiful & our driver was great as well. The car was just what we wanted and turned out great for our pictures. The only issue that we encountered was getting our personalized license plate which is what the customers get to have for a keepsake. This little gift for renting the car is what really helped us in deciding to go with the car rental. After we got back from our honeymoon in September we still had not received our license plate, which was to be mailed to us within 2 weeks of the wedding. We waited it out for a couple more weeks then reached out to Angela once a month passed & we had no plate. When I reached out to her she stated they hadn't mailed them out yet. Another month had passed & no plate. When I reached out to Angela for the 2nd time..she said they were mailed & it may be at the post office being held. To make a long story short, it is now the end of January and I have not received my personalized plate from our wedding in August! I am still trying to reach out to Royal Rides in failed attempts to get a resolution. This has really left a bad taste in my mouth. I enjoyed having the car at our wedding, but now to still be waiting with no "answer" for our plate 5 months later is getting ridiculous.Sent on 01/26/2014
Royal Rides's reply:Thank you for your review. The post office has not been the easiest to deal with when the plates do not find their way. Sadly, we have tracking numbers that show the plates being delivered to addresses and yet Brides and Grooms, such as yourself, who report they do not have them. I am a very sentimental person and want everyone to receive the plate that was on "their" car, however once it is mailed it becomes another companies responsibility. I am sad that the post office has lost yours and unfortunately it cannot be adequately replaced....a new one is not the original and the original is in the hands of the postal service. We have talked about eliminating the plates altogether to save the headaches, but temporarily have decided to give them to the couple at the end of their ride or have the couple pick them up once home from their honeymoons. If we can eliminate the extra companies involvement we should be able to eliminate any undelivered plates. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the post office finds yours soon.

This company would not send us the personalized license tag after the wedding on 4/12/14 as part of the agreement for providing transportation for $480 for 2 hours. We were very very disappointed that we couldn't get the license tag with the married name from the car that was used. This was the reason we booked this company's service. I called over 20 times and Angela promised 4 times to send it or meet me, but she always had an excuse of why she couldn't send the plate or why she couldn't meet me. We signed a contract and provided a deposit to this company to provide a car service on the night of wedding. The evening of our wedding - when it was time for our big exit... there was no car to be found. We had to drive ourselves home from our wedding. The owner Angela, committed to providing a refund of the deposit back to us the next day. After not receiving a refund a week after our wedding, while we were on our honeymoon- she committed to trying again, telling us it could take, "a few cycles for the payment to show up on our credit card statement". Two payment cycles later no refund. She then said she would send a check. Weeks later still no check. She then said she would meet in person to provide a refund, and cancelled that meeting at the last minute. She then said she would pay via paypal. Guess what? No payment via paypal. When I was finally forced to let her know I would be filing a small claims action against her for the refund and legal fees. She makes an arbitrary Paypal payment of 80% of what the refund should be. I understand this woman also plans weddings. She ruined our wedding night and took 3 months to provide a partial refund. I would highly recommend you think long and hard before you hire someone to plan your wedding day, or pick you up on your wedding day when they run their business like this when.

My concern began a couple months out when I tried to contact Angela with Royal Rides to confirm that we were good to go for our wedding. I emailed & called at least 10 times over a month's span with no response. Finally I got a call back from Angela apologizing and saying that she was "out of the country". Who goes out of the country for a month & leaves their business without an away message or someone to listen and return calls and emails?
IT gets worse... since she already had my deposit and I have faith in human kind, I believed here and hoped she would come through for us. Guess what, 1 hour before pick up time ON OUR WEDDING NIGHT, she calls my wedding planner and says they won't be able to make it - and they won't assist in finding another way for us to leave the wedding, I mean call us a taxi or something! Angela assured our wedding planner that our money had been refunded and that she would pay for a taxi. While I was on my honeymoon my mother called to follow up with Angela about this issue. In this conversation she accused my mother of trying to extort her! WHAT?! My mother was trying to understand how, from an organizational level, you don't have a back up plan.... and yes she said, if you don't reimburse my daughter, the reviews we will post will not be pretty. That's not extortion! So, a month later I am back from my honey moon, I have called and emailed Angela again b/c I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A refund. I am now working with the Better Business Bureau and my bank to reverse the charges (she didn't take the call from my bank either).
Just sad... not to mention how I was not able to deliver on my wedding day surprise to my new husband. He loves vintage cars and had no idea I had set this up. We were devastated when we walked out and saw a taxi.
PS - We have not even received an apology from Angela.

Do not use this company. I learned of Royal Rides through Angela, owner of Planned Perfection, who also owns the Royal Rides. I signed a contract with Planned Perfection for month-of coordinator services, and additionally signed a separate contract with Royal Rides to arrange for a Rolls Royce to be present outside our wedding venue, for photography purposes, during our cocktail hour. Due to irreconcilable differences, I decided to break the agreement with Planned Perfection, which resulted in a loss of a $700 deposit on my end. It was stated in my cancellation agreement that the separate contract for Royal Rides would remain intact. On the wedding day, when my new husband and I made our way to the front of the venue in excitement to see the car, we were dismayed to find just an empty space. When our newly hired coordinator FINALLY got a hold of Angela after several attempts, she casually claimed the driver had a flat tire. No notification, no remorse, no car. I was overcome with disappointment – something a bride should never have to feel on her wedding day. For weeks after the wedding, Angela had not taken one of my many calls or responded to any of my messages. I think it’s safe to say that we will also never receive the personalized license plate with our last name on it either. I would not recommend Royal Rides.Sent on 09/10/2014
