  So professional, talented, and comforting!

  Rob photographed our engagement shoot at Lincoln Center and our wedding at the Art Factory in Paterson, NJ. He is the absolute best! He is so thoughtful and professional, taking care of every element to make sure the shot is just right. He is very good at working with amateurs (that's us!), giving us helpful, but simple tips to look our best for each photo and doing realistic poses that feel as natural as possible. We were most focused on capturing moments with each other and with our guests, and Rob really prioritized that in our photos. Rob kept us on time throughout the day (and we had a tight schedule!), prioritized our preferences, and really made us, our family, and friends feel valued and like the stars of the show. He set such a vibrant, happy tone!
  
  Rob also has an amazing eye and style! Selecting scenes, poses, and techniques that make for gorgeous, dramatic shots. I could not recommend Rob more!

  Our Photographs captured the beautiful memories of our special day...

  Our wedding photos were what I'd always hoped they would be,thanks to Rob Allen. The joy of our special day was captured so elegantly by Rob Allen. I am not always comfortable in front of the camera, however Rob assured us they would be natural and fun. He truly captured our "true" selves and I am forever grateful! My husband and I agree our photographs are our memories we will treasure a lifetime! Thank you Rob Allen.... Forever thankful, Lisa and Stephen Wolff

  Amazing and fun!

  Rob was such a pleasure to work with. He made everything fun and easy and yet very professional. We got the shots that we wanted! The pictures came out amazing! Would love to work with him again! He has a great eye!

  We had our ceremony Nov 2012 in our backyard with only 4 close friends, my grandmother, uncle who officiated and mother in attendance. Rob was there to photography our intimate ceremony and 6 months later we had our informal luncheon reception in May 2013 at Frankies 457 in Brooklyn, NY. Since this was a less formal wedding reception we didn't want formal portraits taken. Rob was able to capture the casual, lighthearthed and love filled atmosphere beyond what we expected. He captured these fantastic candid shots of our guests and us with guests mid-conversation/laugh and we just loved those. My 95 year old grandmother never had such wonderful photos taken of her. She was so impressed with the photos of her solo or with family members that she asked for some to be framed. When all the photos were presented to us we just thrilled with them all.

  We had a simple and intimate champagne brunch wedding at the home of some very dear friends in 2006. Rob had been a close friend of both my husband and myself for years and offered to take the wedding photos - allowing us to save money and giving him the experience he was looking for. He captured every moment in such a beautiful and natural manner at our wedding, we could not have been happier with his creativity with each shot. Looking through the wedding album he created for us as a wedding gift makes us feel like we are reliving every moment of our favorite day.

  Rob was extremely professional, patient, open, and visionary in creating an invaluable photoshoot experience for my family and me. Rob showed up on time for our 3-hour photo session in Central Park. He had great ideas for awesome shots for me, my wife, and my 6-month-old son and was extremely receptive to ideas we had. He delivered our photos very quickly, both on an easy to access private website and on a flash drive. The photos he chose were all awesome and we've already started ordering prints and sharing with family. The pricing was affordable and fair. I would definitely recommend Rob and we hope to use him again!

  My husband and I eloped but wanted photos to share with our family and friends. It wasn't traditional wedding photos but I did wear a simple dress and my husband wore a suit. We wanted photos taken in the fall to capitalize the beauty in the colors and it also signifies when we met. I found Rob's information online and left a message with him. He contacted me right away. We went over what I was interested in, and said he can definitely do that for us. His level of professionalism was superb and his patience was appreciated. We decided to take photos at Prospect Park in Brooklyn, NY and he would contact me when the foliage would be at its peak. When the date was chosen, my husband and I were extremely nervous since we've never taken professional photos before, but Rob and his wife who helped him out this day made our day so comfortable. The set up of the shots is stuff I could never come up with in my life on my own. When we received our photos, they were everything we could imagine. They are absolutely stunning and timeless. And though we didn't have the traditional wedding, it is a day that will forever be sketched in our heart. I would highly recommend using Rob Allen Photography for your wedding day. You will not regret it at all.
