  Saying goodbye to my mother was one of the hardest things that I ever had to do. I was so worried thinking that everything was going to go wrong and fall apart. I wanted this day to be extremely special as we celebrate the life of my mother. Thanks toRicki Davisi Creative Concept for giving me and my family a piece of mind. Thanks for providing the beautiful professional programs. I was beyond speechless and yes they met my expectations, the room was filled with complements from how beautiful mother looked to how beautiful the programs were. Thanks for the lovely gifts/keepsakes and may her legacy live on. I most definitely would be using your services again. Actually I'm getting ready to place another order and I highly recommend that you place yours. Ricki's Creative Concepts professionalism at its best.

  I ordered a package for save the dates , invitations and favors with a isle runner. Okay where do I start she was two months behind on delivery my save the dates which caused issue with my out of town family . Also I received my invitations literally 30 days before the wedding which really pissed me off. Her excuse was that she was really busy with her daughters prom and graduation which is understandable but come on you have a business don't promise deadlines and not meet them with proper communication . Also she only provided with me like 50 calendar favors and when I approached her about half of them being laminated and half not she immediately stated well ill make some more. Like she was doing me a favor. I paid for full services and only half service was met. My customized isle runner was beautiful but she cut only the designed part and gave it to me keeping the rest of my runner and I am assuming for another bride ! BEWARE what you get yourself in when hiring full service because she needs to be reminded of her task at hand daily!!!!

  I ordered a banner and place mats for my daughter babyshower. I never received my items and the owner never responded to my messages or phone calls. I paid her $325 and I never received a dime back. FRAUD!!!!! Your taking a HUGE risk dealing with this lady.

  Did not deliver, not truthful and won't respond

  I paid for funeral programs for my husband and she did not deliver what I ordered. On the morning of his funeral we were at Office Depot getting programs printed. She promised a refund with a screenshot and then pulled the refund back. She has not responded to calls, text messages nor emails. A business that lacks compassion and professionalism during such a difficult time is beyond terrible. The fact that she received full payment of more than $400 for an order and did not provide the products and service expected shows a high level of deception, theft and poor business practices.

  Ricki is a scam and con-artist!!! I don't even know where to begin. My overall experience with her was bad. If I could've given 0 I would. I will not lie or take away from her work but the stress and headache trying to get what you paid for is not worth it. DO NOT BUY!!! The day before my wedding she refunds my money!!!!! The service was horrible. I paid for my items (invitations/programs/aisle runner/cd favors and menu cards) December 23 2016. My wedding was February 18 2017. i followed her payment requirements and was still left 3wks before my wedding without invitations!!! Emailing calling texting Facebook Instagram any means to reach her and she will not answer unless you threaten her. She finally sends it. 1wk before my wedding no sample of my programs cds menu card or aisle runner to approve to print. 1 week!!! This was after a very promising phone call from her that since I was out of town she will try to communicate better and treat her out of town clients better because not only do I have to go through a shipping company I have to clear customs for my items and all that takes time. Thursday 2 days before my wedding she sends 1 box on the one day express after promising again that I will receive 3 boxes with all my items. Only my programs came. Not what I ordered added my sons name was spelt wrong. The day before the wedding! No menu cards. No guest favors. No aisle runner!!! After all the correspondence. I sent an email. No response. My coordinator sent an email. No response. I called. No response. I texted. No response. I consulted with my lawyer only then after that email did she respond. Knowingly that she did not send the items. She tried to blame a shipping error but she never put the items on. Ups can confirm! She is a liar. She's very unprofessional. She takes your money and the day before your wedding you're left running around trying to clean up her mess! If after all of this you still want to buy from her my suggestion is to order 2yrs in advance!
