Rev Russ was amazing from the first meeting where we got to learn more about Rev Russ and his process, to the day of our wedding. The ceremony was beautiful and Russ's energy was perfect. He was there for us every step of the way and even helped us with writing our vows. If you get the opportunity to work with Russ, you won't regret it. He will make your wedding ceremony very special. -

You should only select Rev Russ to officiate your wedding ceremony if you want the best wedding officiant.
My now husband and I have been where you are today. You are trying to select an officiant for your wedding ceremony. There are plenty to choose from on The Knot and Wedding Wire. Not to mention friends and family members who may want to do it. (Don’t go there!)
Selecting a wedding officiant was one of the last vendors we selected. Somehow, we had overlooked that our officiant was one of the most important choices we were to make.
Thankfully Rev Russ was available and our dream wedding was guaranteed to become a reality.
Do yourself a favor and ask Rev Russ for an appointment to get together…you will be glad you did.

My husband and I believe that we were drawn together by love and our meeting and falling in love was no mere coincidence. We wanted our wedding ceremony to reflect our love for each other and to celebrate the magical journey that brought us together.
We wanted our special day to be uniquely ours and to set the stage for our future life together as husband and wife. Because of this, we wanted to find the perfect wedding officiant. We searched, we interviewed, and eventually we found Rev. Russ. Our patience paid off.
Like so many things in our relationship, we feel like we were ultimately drawn to Rev. Russ. The first thing we noticed was that he was truly interested in us! He didn’t start pitching his services… He listened and the conversation flowed effortlessly and made our decision easy… We hired Rev. Russ to officiate our wedding.
Ultimately, we feel that hiring Rev. Russ was the best decision we made for our wedding day. Our ceremony was unforgettable. Nobody talks about our venue, our DJ, or our food… But they share with us is how much they loved our ceremony. The reason for that is simple… Rev. Russ was awesome.

Rev Russ is the best officiant we spoke to during our planning process. He was worth every single dollar and more. My husband and I were so open to how our ceremony would look, especially because we are very non-traditional, so all we asked of Russ was for a heartwarming and intimate ceremony. He helped us through the process, spoke with us as many times as we needed, and made sure to take all our needs and questions into account when crafting our ceremony. And when I tell you Russ made the perfect ceremony for us, I really mean it. I’m not one to get emotional, but I cried (and bonus points because he had a tissue on hand). He presented our personal love story in a way that really spoke to the heart of our relationship and made our guests feel that love with us. He really heard our requests and delivered beyond our wildest dreams… If you are looking for the best officiant possible for your wedding, you NEED to book Rev Russ, you will be glad you did! -

Russ was the best choice we made for our ceremony! He did an awesome job at crafting our "love story". It was so special to hear, and I can tell that he took time and care to make sure the ceremony reflected "us". After the ceremony, many guests asked us how we knew him, they were shocked we only met him when we chose him as our officiant! Rev Russ is wonderful!
We had such a wonderful time working with Rev Russ. He's so easy to talk to, and our ceremony was perfect. We received so many compliments on the ceremony, and he did such a good job of capturing exactly what we wanted; we asked for a lighthearted ceremony with some laughs and we got exactly that. He's definitely a funny guy, we 100% recommend working with him. -

Rev Russ was the first and only officiant we spoke to - from the moment we met via phone, we connected, and we knew she was the perfect fit to marry us. We have been together for a long time and have known each other 10+ years, so it was vital to have someone special and kind marry us. Russ made the whole planning process easy, and the resulting ceremony was just what we wanted and, at the same time, far exceeded our expectations…it was a work of genius.

We were referred to Rev Russ by some friends. From the minute we met him, via Zoom, we knew we found our officiant.
The whole planning process was easy, yet thorough. In fact, it was fun.
Our wedding ceremony was amazing. Our guests were captivated from the processional through the recessional. They laughed and cried as we celebrated our love. Rev Russ is an engaging and a gifted storyteller.
The ceremony was the talk of the reception – it still is being fondly remembered.

We are truly grateful that we chose Rev Russ
Rev Russ was recommended by both our photographer and DJ. After a delightful Zoom meeting, we knew Rev Russ was the perfect officiant to bring our wedding ceremony to life.
Rev Russ played a very special role in our wedding, and we are truly grateful. Our ceremony exceeded our dreams and expectations; it was wonderful.
We collaborated with Rev Russ and together we crafted a beautiful ceremony.
The fact that our ceremony was written for us and is one-of-a-kind, is so special.

We recently received our completed wedding video. As our family gathered for Thanksgiving, we decided to debut our wedding video!
Everyone who attended, loved our wedding ceremony that was officiated by wonderful Rev. Russ.
On our wedding day there was a buzz at the ceremony and the reception. It was obvious during the ceremony and later at our reception that something awesome had occurred.
Our dream wedding had come to life, due in large part to Rev. Russ.
Our wedding was fun, entertaining, and at the same time sacred.
After watching the video for the first time, we just had to write this review and express our deep gratitude to Rev. Russ.

After we selected our venue, we ask our planner about an officiant. She asked us about our dream ceremony and after we shared, she pulled out a list of 20 or so officiants. She took her pen and crossed out all the names except one…Rev Russ.
When we got home, we reached out to him and set an appointment to meet.
Our meeting was great. We hired him immediately. We are glad that we did.
The whole journey with Rev Russ was great. The ceremony was awesome. Everyone loved it. Thanks so much Rev Russ. Rev Russ is a fantastic officiant and a wonderful person.

I have attended several my friend’s weddings. After our engagement, I paid careful attention to the wedding ceremonies that we attended.
You see, I had a vision of my dream ceremony, and I was underwhelmed by what I was witnessing. The ceremonies were dull, boring, and meaningless. After attending these ceremonies, I was concerned. Could my dream wedding be brought to reality?
With that in mind, we began a thorough search for our officiant. Eventually we found Rev Russ and it did not take long for us to realize that our search was over. We found our officiant…Rev Russ Sorensen.
Boy, did Rev Russ deliver. Our ceremony was absolutely wonderful. It was my dream come true. Our ceremony was beautiful, meaningful, inspirational, and emotional. It was fun and at the same time sacred.
I can attest that we had several engaged couples in attendance and after the ceremony, they either found Rev Russ after the ceremony to meet him and get a card or called us later for his contact info.
We are so grateful to Rev Russ – Our ceremony was indeed a dream come true. We were the center of attention, our love story was shared, and our friends and family gained a deep understanding our love for each other. Well done Rev Russ!

In this topsy turvy time, our original wedding plans were abandoned. We were disappointed to have to change our plans and have a smaller wedding, but everything turned out perfectly and exceeded our expectations. This was due mainly to Rev Russ.
He carefully worked with Rev Russ and together we created a beautiful ceremony. Our ceremony was beautiful, meaningful, and fun. Hiring Rev Russ was the best decision we made for our wedding ceremony. It was an awesome day and will never be forgotten by us and the people who attended.
