    Extremely knowledgeable and professional

    Working with RC Special Events was amazing. We had a tent wedding out in Northern Longmont. They were great in helping identify the best tent for our needs as well as the various decorative options that would help transform the space like bistro lighting packages, cocktail rounds, ceremony seating, as well as the reception tables and seating. Consummate professionals, they were great. Would highly recommend.

    Outstanding customer service!! Have been working with RC Special Events for over a year, now. Have not had one single issue over the course of more than 30 events. Ian (the owner) and Kathleen have gone above and beyond to ensure that our rental needs are met; with accuracy, prompt communication and delivery, and guidance when needed. Ian has gone so far as to make recommendations that benefitted our business more than his bottom line. That's incredible.

    Had used another competing company for the previous 2 years and cannot report having nearly the same experience. Often received incorrect goods, had rude delivery people, and major tent malfunctions.

    RC Events is hands down the best rental company in this region. We are fortunate to have them!

    Easy to work with in every possible way. They had everything we needed, delivered it in plenty of time, and picked it up when they said they would. All of this for a fantastically low price. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

    We had our ceremony and reception in a venue that doesn't typically do weddings, so we had to do a lot of rentals -- RC Special Events was great at keeping us up to date with prices and receipts.

    Everything was delivered and picked up properly. No issues at all -- Thanks RC!

    They worked entirely with my venue on delivery and pickup since my venue had another event the night before. The rentals were delivered as promised and were exactly what we picked out. I would definitely use them again for an event.

    They totally toke care of me! There was a color of linen that I wanted that they didn't have and they got it from a diffrent store room and really just did a great Job. Quality was excellent
