From the moment my husband and I have worked with the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center we have been treated so good. If I wanted something they didn't have, they made sure to find a way to get it. They have any and all services you could imagine! I cannot tell you how NICE everyone was. Literally every single person we ran into, even if they had nothing to do with the wedding, they treated us with kindness, and always with a smile. The FOOD was amazing. We got SO MANY compliments on the main course (chicken and tips) and even the late night pizza was amazing! 1000% recommend this venue for a wedding!! Not one bad thing to say.

Exceptional from start to finish
We were blown away by the level of service we received. Every member of the staff took such pride in their work and it showed. They were prompt and courteous and helped us with every detail.
They adapted to our changing needs and helped guide há to the best option for us. Never did we feel pressured but instead only supported. Additionally the room and space was clean and newly renovated. Our guests raved about it being “a one stop shop” where once they were there they did not have to leave!

Knock it out of the Park
We had our wedding here in September of 2023 and the room, decorations, food, and service couldn't have been better. We had many people comment on how impressed they were with the timing of the food and how good it was. We live in MN so we had limited time to stop by and ask questions or see the room. Michelle was very flexible and made time for us when we were in town. After the wedding they really helped us pick up and provide a secure place for us to store items that we weren't able to move that night. It was awesome and the whole experience made our wedding even better.

Amazing Service
The Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Green Bay had the most outstanding service throughout the entire planning process with our wedding. The staff are amazing and so helpful from the very start to the very end of our wedding night- and even following up after the wedding. Our wedding coordinator went above and beyond to do exactly we envisioned our special day to be like. They made sure the day and night went smooth and assisted with any and everything. I would highly recommend the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center to everyone that is looking for an amazing place to have your wedding with great staff.

We decided to have our wedding reception at the Radisson Hotel and I'm so glad we did! Michelle was wonderful to work with and very responsive. The whole team was great and helped with anything that was needed prior and day of wedding. Our best man made mini cheesecakes for our cake table and Michelle's team even placed them out for us. It was very easy working with them which is a bonus when dealing with all of the wedding stress and planning. Highly recommend! Also, the family style dinner was delicious!

Michelle was so easy to work with. Always responded very quickly to emails. Food is excellent! We had so many complements, plus their brownies and lemon bars. Omg! All staff was easy to work with and when a new head staff started, they would make sure they introduced their selves and see if there was anything we needed. After dinner, tables were cleared a little too quickly but that's ok too. They even provide some decor which is amazing! There was not an event the day before or after so setting up on Friday and packing up Sunday was the best scenario for sure. We had cupcakes which they boxed up for us and stored in the fridge over night. We truly never witnessed which amazing service at halls before. Plus the hotel rooms are so clean and nice. And breakfast is an amazing buffet. 100% recommend Radisson to anyone!

If you are looking for your reception venue, look no further!
We had our reception at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center for our July wedding. It was the best decision we could have made! The Radisson Hotel was recently renovated and it looks absolutely beautiful. Our catering manager, Michelle, was incredible! She scheduled time to meet with us in person. She was both professional and personal. She provided a thorough review of services, helpful checklists, and timeline. We were expecting 200-300 guests and they had multiple rooms to choose from with plenty of space. Their packages were fair and included a lot of complimentary items. We ate at Cedar & Sage restaurant that had great service, delicious food, and tasty drinks. There is also a beer garden! We had our rehearsal dinner in the plaza club which was a perfect space and we enjoyed a yummy Mexican buffet. Michelle included the state room for the bridal party to get ready which included plenty of 6 ft diameter tables, tall mirrors, plenty of lighting and filtered water. The food was delicious. The servers were amazing, friendly and accommodating. The table settings with complimentary center pieces were to our satisfaction and it was one less thing to worry about. There was plenty of space for a dance floor and DJ. The Oneida casino was a nice option for late night activity after the wedding. Complimentary breakfast was included if guests booked their room(s) under the wedding block and it was great! Word of caution: if guests book their room(s) under a third party and not directly through Radisson, complimentary breakfast is not included.

Definitely recommending this place
This place was amazing me and my husband got married June 18th of 2022. we couldn't have asked for a better location we had our ceremony, dinner and reception here and it was the best day of my life they handled everything which was a relief off our shoulders. They asked us a great number of times through out the day and night how we were doing and how we were liking things. I would do my wedding hear if I had to do it all over definitely recommending this to people.

Michelle helped my winter wedding dreams come true. We were able to do our wedding ceremony and reception at the hotel which was huge as there was plenty of family and friends from out of town that wanted to stay there. It was able to accommodate our big wedding and made it seem like everyone was still fairly spaced out and we weren't on top of each other. The food was absolutely wonderful. All 3 main menu items are great! My husband is a typical Wisconsin man where we had beef tips and chicken but if I would do it again I would get the ham for something different. :)

Excellent Rehearsal Dinner/Reception Experience
Planning your wedding can be stressful. Choosing the right vendors eliminates some of that stress. Michelle Brenzel helped us plan both our rehearsal dinner and reception at the Radisson. The rehearsal dinner food was amazing, the staff was beyond great. Michelle and team were also great when it came to the reception, helping with decorations and every other details. If you overlook it, Michelle won't. With Michelle at your side, your reception at the Radisson will be everything you imagined.

Michelle and her team at the Radisson are great! From when we booked last year up until the very day of, they were responsive and answered all of the typical bride to be questions! The week of, they were there every step of the way, helping put out decorations, and just making sure that everything would be perfect for the day of. We got tons of compliments about that night (especially the late night pizza which was amazing). The recent updates to the conference/ball rooms and the hotel rooms are also very very nice! We would absolutely recommend the Radisson to anyone that is looking!

Wonderful Experience
From the moment we started planning our wedding and toured the Radisson, we knew this was where we wanted to have our reception. Even with all the craziness of Covid, Michelle was so great to work with! All of the precautions that were put in place made all of our guests feel safe. Our family style meals were served plated, snacks were served by an attendant, and the tables were spaced 6 feet apart. We also were able to have the whole ballroom which allowed us lots of space for social distancing and allowed us to not limit our number of guests. The hotel and hotel rooms were remodeled and so beautiful. Everything was absolutely perfect! I 100% recommend the Radisson!

Very Accommodating Venue!
This ballroom is large and spacious! The wedding coordinator, Michelle is so great to work with. She is responsive, flexible, and on top of things. She stayed in contact with me throughout all the important planning. The covid precautions that the Radisson created and followed were very thorough. Our family style meal was plated and served to all guests, all our cupcakes in individual clear containers, and our late-night nacho bar served by staff. I heard all great things about the food from guests...it was delicious, hot, and came out in a timely manner. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend!

The Radisson was amazing! We were scheduled on 8/8 and I was nervous to contact anyone when Covid first hit (hoping that if I didn't talk to anyone, it wouldn't be affecting my wedding). Michelle reached out to me and calmed my nerves. Even when the rules and regulations kept changing, Michelle kept up up to date on everything that was happening. They helped make my husband, my guests, and me forget that we were in the middle of a pandemic. If we were to plan it all over again, we would happily pick the Radisson again!

Smooth and Stress Free Wedding Venue
Our decision to go with the Radisson for our reception did not disappoint! Michelle is awesome to work with and will go out of her way to make sure your day is perfect. My husband HAD to have "Busch Light" and it wasn't on the list of beer choices, but Michelle made it happen! We worked with Michelle from start to finish and she even made sure to be there the day of and check with us personally that everything was exactly how we wanted. This venue was by far the best bang for our buck, too. The number of complimentary items included with booking the venue (centerpieces, linens, lighted head table, and on and on) was so great for our budget AND any little add on items we wanted were extremely reasonable. The room looked absolutely beautiful when we walked in on our wedding day. We used their up-lighting, lighted skirts, and floating candles and votives at each table and added some of our own lighting here and there. This is only the beginning of the wonderful things the Radisson did to make our day perfect. They did not disappoint!

Best Wedding Venue by Far!
We could not have been happier with our experience at the Radisson. We chose to have our ceremony on site as well which made everything a lot easier. It was very convenient having everything in one place. We were very impressed with the customer service the entire team provided. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful and professional. Our main point of contact was Michelle and she was a great resource. She was available to answer any questions we had and she was very knowledgeable about everything. They even give you a checklist to keep you on track during the planning process and then about 1-2 months before the wedding date we met with Michelle to go over everything on the checklist and finalize all the details. Michelle even stopped by during the cocktail hour to check if there was anything we needed and to introduce us to the person who would be working all night with us. Several times throughout the night they came up to either myself or my husband to ask how everything was going and if we needed anything (we never did because they had already taken care of everything). Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I sort of even felt like a celebrity with how they were treating us! Add to that the amazing food and reasonable prices, the Radisson was the perfect place to have our wedding!
