When searching for a DJ for our wedding, we encountered a plethora of options. Most of the companies we contacted simply intended to send one of their DJs without revealing who would actually be performing at our event; they only mentioned that someone would be assigned based on our musical tastes. This approach didn't sit well with us until we discovered Will. From the outset, Will made an effort to understand us and our family. Really enjoyed the music and DJ Will!
We found DJ Will through a recommendation from our photographer, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! He was absolutely fantastic! Our venue had both outdoor and indoor areas, and he managed the crowd seamlessly, guiding them from one location to another as needed. I hardly had to think about the music, which was exactly what I wanted. He provided us with paperwork to fill out regarding our special songs and music preferences, and he took our input and ran with it. We had the option to create a playlist for more control, but I simply didn't have the time, and it didn't matter because he read the crowd perfectly and delivered. We received numerous compliments from our guests after the wedding about how much they enjoyed the music and DJ Will! BONUS: He is an expert at bustling and helped me get my bustle started, showing my bridal party how to finish it, which I truly appreciated! -

Don't hesitate to choose Will Shumate as your DJ! From the start, he fulfilled all our requirements. On the event day, he was not only friendly and accommodating but also incredibly flexible and a blast to be around. We still get questions from guests about the songs he played, and many remarked that it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to, thanks in large part to the fantastic atmosphere on the dance floor. A perfect 10/10 for both the DJ and the vibes! Will is one of the top DJs in the industry! -

Working with Will was nothing short of AMAZING!! During the initial planning phase of my daughter’s wedding, we had a video conference call with him. He was not only kind and professional but also incredibly helpful!! His ideas were fantastic and prompted us to consider various aspects as we organized everything. He provided us with a detailed questionnaire that significantly aided us in determining the schedule for the day, the ceremony music, and the reception. A few months prior to the wedding, we had another video call to finalize all the details. Will assisted us with the timing of our ceremony music, collaborated with our soloist, and truly understood our vision for the entire evening!! He was an outstanding master of ceremonies! A DJ can either elevate or ruin your celebration, and we aimed for our guests to have a delightful and unforgettable experience. Will Shumate exceeded our expectations on every level! Throughout the planning phase, Will was prompt in his responses and very approachable for any questions we had. On our wedding day, Will Shumate was our DJ, and he truly excelled!
