  My wedding

  Production box was amazing, they came ontime and they got everything on our day we could get. I also got a 1 min video after the wedding that I could share with my friends and family which was a movie. Now I have a 14 minutes long of the wedding and can't stop watching it. I just want to thank Laura McDonald and her team, thank you sooo much for ur help of making our wedding perfect.

  Amazing videographer

  Laura and Althea were simply amazing! I reached out to Laura after booking with a videographer who I discovered, (after I booked), had horrible reviews. I even paid that videographer 50% of the services and they wouldn’t refund me. Laura expressed her apologies to me for my bad experience with that videography company and took on my wedding last minute. She truly save the day! She arrived early to my room on my wedding day and worked diligently with my photographer, Denise Mason. I truly had the dream team on my wedding day! She’s very efficient and pleasant to work with. She responded quickly to all my emails, gave me her personal cell number, and even had my trailer done 2 days after my wedding. I felt so comfortable on my wedding day. She was able to capture our most memorable moments without having a camera in our face the whole night. Just exceptional service! My video is breathtaking and i’m so happy I chose to switch to production box. From the bottom of our hearts, we are tremendously grateful for everything.

  This vendor was amazing.. She was always available for the many questions we had. It was a very pleasant experience working with someone that actually loves what they do (she actually loves weddings and gets involved with the love story, which helps to capture the romance on editing).
  They also finished our video ahead of schedule and we loooved it.. I will definitely use this company again for future events.

  Production Box did our wedding on September 24, 2017. They helped to make, what was one of the best days of our lives, feel even more special. They were on time, extremely professional, and made us feel so comfortable that we almost forgot the camera was there at times. And to top it all off, we now have a lovely wedding video to look back on, and revisit this day. I recommend their services to anyone that is considering hiring a videographer for the wedding.

  Production box...what can I say!! Amazing team and wonderful people who capture the most memorable day of myself and my husband's wedding. Our wedding movie is amazing and they truly worked really hard to ensure they gave us the quality service that we deserved.   I did an extensive search when I was looking for my videography, and I'm so happy I chose production box!!! Not many videographers invest in really professional equipment, and many of the ones that do charge an arm and a leg. Production Box was a great mix of quality and value. They were extremely easy to work with, and we talked a number of times before the big day, despite the distance (I had a destination wedding). They were super responsive, and helped me to feel very natural on a day when nerves were definitely kicking! I would highly recommend them to any bride and other video needs in general!

  We struggled to find a cinematographer providing quality packages at an affordable price and then weeks before our wedding Production Box was recommended. Let me tell you we have no regrets, the entire crew made us feel relaxed as they were capturing our day and let me tell you the final product was perfect....it's like without telling them what to do they managed to capture all the parts we would have wanted ......Perfection.

  The Production Box Team did an excellent job in producing the video for my mother's 100th birthday. They listened to my request, identified my needs and advised me on the most appropriate approach. They were discreet and understood and captured all that I wanted as well as more than I expected. They were extremely professional throughout the entire day.   Production Box did my sister's wedding and I absolutely love the finish product.....On the day they were incredibly patient and helpful with my sis who was a nervous wreck and I apprecite them for that. I can't wait to get married because I know they will do an exceptional job for me too. Highly recommend them.

  I found Laura to be professional and endearing all in one . . . captured my day and has allowed us to relive that day over and over again . . . I still get compliments about my wedding and how they never saw a wedding captured quite so beautifully.

  It was great working with the production box team on our wedding day, they were polite and unobtrusive and so were able to capture many moments that we've watched and enjoyed so much.   We got married in Montego Bay, Jamaica and used Production Box for our wedding video, through Helen G Weddings. We were so impressed with the quality of the video and the professionalism of the videographers. We hardly noticed them the entire day of the wedding, but when we received the final product, we realized they had been there for all the important moments and captured them in such an amazing way. We really liked the style of the video because it captured all the major moments, without being boring and getting bogged down in any details. While planning our wedding, we had considered going without a video to cut costs and we are so glad we took video!!! The memory of that day fade so fast and it's great to see it all in action. The customer services after delivery was great also. We asked for some additional raw footage and they were very accommodating with most of our requests. You won't go wrong with using Production Box! Real professionalism and quality.

  Loved Laura so much!!!

  Laura and Dominik were amazing! Laura was quick to respond and was always super easy to get in touch with, which I feel is a rarity when planning a destination wedding. They were able to capture our wedding exactly how we wanted to remember it. In our original final video, there were a couple clips that we really didn't like, but Laura was SO accommodating and swapped them out for us. The only other issue we had was the quality of our reception wasn't great, but I wondered if it was because it was a dimly lit space. We also qualified for free drone footage, which was something we really wanted, but unfortunately it was too windy to fly the drone on our wedding day :-(

Honestly, it was really tough figuring out how to download the raw footage (and required a TON of space 100+GB) but with Laura's help, we finally figured it out. We loved watching the raw footage almost as much as the final wedding videos. This was a DEFINITE plus! Lastly, Laura was super quick to get us our wedding trailer (2 days) and our final wedding video only took a month to receive! I am so thankful to have chosen Laura's company to capture our wedding day and highly recommend her!
