  Everything was just beautiful.....food presentation was gorgeous and tasted delicious! Heather is wonderful to work with and will do any and everything! Highly Recommend!

  Unfortunately, Pretty Presentations Catering did not live up to their promises. Pretty Presentations failed to respond to emails for weeks, was vague and evasive with specifics related to wedding planning, and refused to give an monetary estimate for their services. In my experience with wedding planning, other caterers would respond after one email with a menu and price per head estimate; it seems to me that the caterer, who is being paid for their services, should do everything in their power to please the client. Pretty Presentations was unprofessional; they allowed random people to interrupt consults, were scattered and unorganized, and made little effort to provide the client with any sense of security or assurance. Though the food was good, it was clear that Pretty Presentations doesn't place value on clients that do not have an unlimited budget. After speaking with prominent wedding vendors throughout Mississippi, it is clear that Pretty Presentations continually has a lack of effort and professionalism with brides who are not their biggest "spenders". Pretty Presentations is known to be unreliable, unprofessional, and disinterested in their clients. Further, Pretty Presentations failed to follow up with information for the client despite their insistent claims that they would... Perhaps Pretty Presentations doesn't need any new business since many unaware brides in Mississippi use them. However, they should rest assured that their treatment of clients, unprofessional behavior, and lack of effort will be told to brides all over the state. Pretty Presentations does not deserve to have a claim on much of the market in Mississippi, but undoubtedly their true colors will shine despite their efforts to appear as a good value and reputable company. Brides, if you are looking for a company to fulfill your wishes of a dream wedding, you would be much better suited to look to Wendy Putt.
