Our experience with Tara and Premier Party Planners was amazing from start to finish! From the detailed description of the full service planning package on the website to our first meeting with Tara, we knew we were in good hands. Tara took care of all the behind the scenes details and paperwork, and kept us on track when she needed our input. She found great vendors within our budget, and was extremely thorough throughout the planning process. The amount of stress she relieved was well worth the investment. We will miss working with her, but we cannot recommend her and the Premier team to potential clients enough! -

Tara Ruffier from Premier Party Planners is the absolute best! From the first day I met Tara at Premier Party Planners, she has been helpful, accommodating, and kind. She helped me plan and organize my wedding while I was living out of state for an internship. Tara helped keep all my details straight even when I would change something last minute or change my mind. Tara did a great job of listening to both me and my mom as we dreamed about the day together! She is incredibly responsive via email, text, and phone call. She also has a great eye for design and helped me craft my "timeless romance" wedding reception even though I knew nothing about flowers or decor. Tara also did a wonderful job working with our church to make sure everything was taken care of for the wedding ceremony which was off-site. If you need a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, do not hesitate to hire premier party planners and Tara! I can't thank Tara enough for the excellent job that she did for my wedding and reception. -

Working with Premier Party Planners was the best decision we made for our wedding! Elizabeth was PHENOMENAL and so incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I told my husband that this was the best money we spent for our wedding. Thank you to Elizabeth and the whole team at PPP - our night and weeks leading up to the wedding were so easy. Tara with premier was a GOD SEND for our big day at the North Carolina Museum of Art! From start to finish, she ensured there were no hiccups. As a bride, I didn't have ONE SINGLE WORRY the entire day. Tara went above and beyond the entire planning process and her expertise and professionalism was appreciated the whole time! From handling dress malfunctions the day of, to coordinating with all of our vendors and ensuring everything went off without a hitch, Tara made August 12th, 2023 the best day of my life. If you are considering a wedding planner I cannot stress this enough- HIRE TARA FROM PREMIER! Give yourself the gift of a stress-free wedding so you can ENJOY IT! -

I can't say enough good things abut Tara and the wedding planning experience working with her & Premier Party Planners! We did partial planning for our wedding at Market Hall which I HIGHLY reccommend. I get overwhelmed with decision making and we had a larger wedding so there was a lot to think about, but Tara made everything SO easy during planning process. She truly is on top of everything and can think of every possible solution you may need. On our wedding day everything came together so beautifully and she even helped add a few creative personal touches to our decor which meant so much to us. I got so many compliments on how smoothly our wedding went and people said I must have had the best wedding planner around. I seriously got to enjoy my wedding day to the fullest and spend time with our guests without any worries. Tara is so kind, professional, creative, organized, and just wonderful all around. Working with Tara was the best decision we could’ve made for our wedding day. She was truly invaluable to me throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. I told my husband many times that working with Tara was worth at least double what we paid for her services. We had so many guests tell us that our wedding day was seamless. Even in the very few moments that it wasn’t, Tara handled everything with grace, patience and a calm demeanor. Our wedding day was a dream come true. It was everything we could’ve ever wanted times ten, and we have Tara to thank for that. The company is called Premier for a reason! -

I could not recommend PPP more! We worked with Tara for our wedding at The Bradford, and from the beginning of our planning journey she was always extremely accessible and enthusiastic about our vision. Whenever we had a concern or question, she answered immediately and gave us her pro-tips which helped the actual wedding day run extremely smoothly. She is extremely organized, thoughtful, and communicative. When our original plan was literally rained on and we had to deal with both the cold and the heavy rain, she supported us emotionally and helped us tweak the rain plan so we could still have a beautiful aesthetic and experience. My bridal party who didn't even meet Tara until the rehearsal day were immediately impressed with her upon meeting her, and she made them feel prepared to tackle their duties on the wedding day. Her design taste is impeccable, and it was really evident in the last-minute decisions we had to make because of the rain. I am grateful to have worked with her and PPP!
