  From someone in the industry...

  To say that Potomac Point was the reason for our magical day is an understatement. As someone in the Events industry—and wine industry as well — Potomac Point excelled on every level. They took time to listen to all of our needs and helped us through even the most detailed of planning tasks.
  
  The moment they really shined was the day of. We had a windy day and several of our plans had to change, but all of the staff (especially Taylor) were able to pivot and make sure everything ran smoothly. From excellent catering and a beautiful venue, this place has it all, and I'd gladly recommend it to any couple!

  Amazing wedding

  Ppw exceeded our expectations in a way I can barely describe. Taylor and Chelsea truly handled everything. They and the ppw team did all of the decor setup for us after we dropped off the supplies and they went above and beyond, including the pergola. The room looked amazing. We dropped off some spare centerpieces/supplies in case they were needed and they used them to further decorate the room. They made sure everyone knew what was going on at all times and constantly checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I cannot overstate how easy they made the process. They were also very responsive to my many questions I sent over prior to the event. The owner Skip was there that morning as well and he was also friendly, helpful and welcoming.
  
  The biggest hit at our fall wedding was the mulled wine. It was delicious, warm on a cool day and we got so many compliments about it. There were crab cakes delivered down to where we were taking pictures after the ceremony since we were busy for most of cocktail hour and I wanted to make sure I got to eat some. The short rib, mashed potatoes and truffle creamed spinach were delicious and tasted the same as during our tasting even when prepared in bulk.
  
  We got some fall colors albeit just short of peak season and so many guests told us how beautiful both the venue and the drive to the venue was.

  Potomac Point Winery = THE BEST!

  Potomac Point Winery & Vineyard made our wedding day feel like a dream come true! There are so many elements about this venue that make it extremely difficult not to fall in love with. The scenery, the ambiance, the staff, THE WINE - all of it just made it so easy to be in pure bliss throughout the entire day. We had made multiple trips to PPW prior to our wedding day to get a feel for the atmosphere and what it had to offer and it DID NOT disappoint. The entire staff from the hosts, bartenders, servers, to even the owner, Skip, always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. We worked heavily with Chelsea and she was a big contributor as to why our wedding day was so successful. Her level of expertise when it came to communication, organization, and professionalism both leading up to the big day and on the day itself is simply unmatched. She not only listened, but actually implemented every detail we requested to ensure it matched our vision. We'd also like to thank Taylor for being helpful throughout the process as well. We originally fell in love with the outdoor essence of PPW, but unfortunately the weather was not on our side that day. Chelsea and her team worked diligently to ensure that the pivot to an indoor event went smoothly and it was absolutely beautiful! Guests were captivated by being in the Cellar area for the cocktail hour and were impressed by the quick turnaround from ceremony to reception decor. The quality of food and drink selection was amazing as well and there were nothing but smiles all around. The wedding package was worth every penny. It took out the hassle of dealing with other vendors and ensured we would get exactly what we were looking for. We seriously cannot stop raving about our choice to be at Potomac Point Winery and we can't wait to host another event there!!!!

  Amazing September Wedding!

  Everything was perfect, our wedding coordinator Taylor, was very helpful throughout the whole process and day of helping or giving us any and all the information we needed making the process smoother. The chef was amazing and very accommodating as our party and the bride had several food allergies, and we got so many compliments about how amazing the Hors d’Oeuvres and meals were. The owner, Skip, was very involved say of watching the weather very close. It ended up pouring rain but the alternate reception in the ballroom and cocktail hour downstairs was still just as perfect and the whole staff worked very quickly to get everything flipped around for the indoor plans. All the staff was friendly and professional. All around everything was amazing and we’d 100% choose to do our wedding at Potomac Point Winery again!

  I had my wedding here in July of 2023. When I say it turned out amazing the staff was awesome , the food was amazing, the venue it self is beyond beautiful. I would highly recommended booking your wedding here. You will not regret it !

  Everything about this venue was absolutely incredible. The staff was always more than accommodating and helped our wedding go down without a hitch. The wine and food is delicious and the entire venue is stunning. There are not enough kind words that we could write about this place

  November 2022 Wedding

  Our wedding at Potomac Point Winery was absolutely amazing. The venue was gorgeous, the staff was very pleasant. Taylor was the wedding coordinator and she was so awesome! She was easy to reach and was also extremely accommodating. Very pleased with my entire experience!

  Incredible Staff, Food, and Venue!

  The moment my husband and I saw Potomac Point Winery, we knew it would make the perfect backdrop for our wedding. However, we didn't know that we would be lucky enough to work with the incredible PPW team. Taylor and the PPW team made us feel welcome, celebrated, and feel heard throughout our entire year-and-a-half planning process. Everything from answering our 100 questions during planning, to making sure everything we needed for our Jewish ceremony and reception was taken care of, to remembering our preferred wine and hors d'oeuvres and having those ready for us right after the ceremony was truly the best. I had SO MANY friends and family members tell us how impressed they were by the PPW staff and of course the gorgeous landscape - some joked they are going to use the same venue for their upcoming weddings. We cannot wait to come back for years to come and drink the delicious Potomac Point Winery wine, eat the incredible food, and marvel at the beautiful scenery where we got to say "I Do".

  Perfect wedding!

  The Potomac Point Winery is the place to host your wedding. I highly recommend this venue. The location is perfect! The staff is extremely professional and attentive to details. The venue coordinator Taylor Buel is one of a kind, super patient and always ready to reach out. My daughter and son-in-law had a magical wedding! Feeling happy and grateful!

  Fairytale Wedding

  Potomac Point Winery is an incredibly beautiful site for a wedding. My son and his fiancée were married there earlier this month (October) and we have only great things to say about the venue, service and support. Taylor, the coordinator, was patient, professional and knowledgeable. She helped to manage every aspect of the event, which was fairytale perfect. We couldn't be happier with our choice.

  Potomac Point Winery is an incredibly beautiful site for a wedding. My son and his fiancée were married there earlier this month (October) and we have only great things to say about the venue, service and support.   Potomac Point Winery was the perfect place for our wedding! Taylor was so easy to work with, very responsive and made wedding planning so much easier! Every time I had a question about the planning process, I would email her and receive an answer so quickly back. During the wedding day, she put together everything so perfectly and really made our vision come to life. Everything about the venue is amazing for a wedding - beautifully set up, plenty of space, and amazing food and wine. We had such a hard time deciding on food and wine during our tasting because everything was so good. We heard so many compliments of our venue from our guests and are so happy we decided to have our wedding here!

  Best Day Ever!

  I love Potomac Point Winery and was thrilled to be able to get married at such a beautiful venue. The landscaping and Mediterranean-style decor helped us capture stunning photos.  I joined the wine club and love visiting the winery and being able to share it with friends and family! Our wedding coordinator Taylor was super helpful beforehand answering questions and following up with vendors. On the wedding day, she checked in throughout the day and during the event to make sure things went smoothly. Also, the wine and food were delicious - guests commented on the yummy salmon and veggies, and the Abinato wine was a crowd favorite.

  A beautiful and amazing experience

  We feel so lucky to have found Potomac Point for our wedding! Everything was so seamless and beautifully executed. I truly can't believe how smoothly everything went the day of. Our guests were in awe of how beautiful the venue was and how efficiently our wedding day went. Throughout the process, Taylor was so communicative and responsive. She truly alleviated some of the stress of planning of a wedding. We highly recommend this beautiful and wonderfully run venue to anyone!

  A beautiful slice of Tuscany in Virginia with a wonderful team!

  My husband and I wanted to get married in Italy; when we realized that it wasn't realistic, I began hunting for something that felt like Tuscany and was overjoyed when I found PPW.
  
  The venue is stunning (photos barely do it justice); guests couldnt believe how much it reminded them of Italy. Every single person we interacted with during our 1.5 year planning process (from the event coordinator, Taylor, to the restaurant staff, the chefs, and even the owners!) was a joy to work with, extremely accommodating, and so sweet. We threw a few curveballs their way around guest dietary restrictions and our desire to have very specific cocktails, and the team went out of their way to make our day come true.
  
  All in all: beautiful venue, wonderful staff, and great food and wine. We wish we could repeat this day again and again!

  The best venue ever!

  I cannot express how amazing Potomac Point Winery is. Everyone who I worked with truly cares about you and are always willing to help you. They made the entire process stress free! Their food and wine are AMAZING! My husband and I cannot express how much we loved Potomac Point Winery. They truly made our day special and we will be coming back.

  Taylor and the entire Potomac Point Winery team did an amazing job with our wedding! They provided excellent service and helped us make sure that everything went smoothly throughout the day.   Perfect backdrop for our wedding!

  Potomac Point Winery was such a great venue for our wedding! They were incredibly helpful in helping us dream up the perfect wedding day. From the ceremony down to the end of the night they helped with the timeline, setup, and delivered on the most amazing meals and appetizers. We couldn't have had such a perfect wedding day without their hard work and especially Taylor Buel - her attention to detail and hard work made the day go off without a hitch! Highly recommend this wedding venue - gorgeous views, great food, and amazing staff.

  Beautiful venue!

  We recently held our wedding reception here and it was a wonderful experience. From start to finish the staff were so accommodating and helpful. The food was so amazing, we had a hard time deciding after our tasting! That’s to say nothing of how absolutely beautiful the venue is, all of our guests were raving about it. They were also really flexible and handled everything very professionally. I have them all my decor I wanted to use the day before and they just made it all look so nice, they really know what they are doing. It was a perfect day, you won’t go wrong with this venue!   Above and Beyond Expectations

  I really expected to dislike PPW (I grew up in the area and am prejudiced against Stafford for no real reason), but from the moment we drove onto the grounds, it took our breath away. Every wedding-related location is stunning, from the ceremony site, to the patio for cocktail hour, to the ballroom. Sydney (the venue coordinator) was an angel -- not only did she answer my endless emails and offer advice on the timeline and set up, but then she (and her team) actually set everything up for us on the day. Everything looked even better than we imagined it, and the entire process (from setup to takedown) was stress-free and #handled. Even the food at Grand Cru was phenomenal -- guests were raving it's the best wedding food they've had! I highly recommend PPW -- it's a great value for everything you get (beautiful venue, great food, awesome day-of coordinator, etc.).

  Book Potomac Point Now!

  Potomac Point Winery was a phenomenal venue for our wedding, and we would highly recommend them! From the first email exchange with Sydney through the wedding day, Potomac Point Winery was excellent to work with. Sydney was patient and prompt in answering all of our many questions. As a planner myself, it was refreshing to know that the day of, Sydney was there to take care of all of our needs from coordinating with our vendors to setting up our decor and centerpieces perfectly. It took a lot of stress out of our wedding day!
  
  Ceremony-wise, Sydney worked through the ceremony logistics with us to ensure that we were able to plan the wedding of our dreams.
  
  Catering-wise, our guests raved about the food. As foodies who cook regularly and enjoy trying new restaurants, we wanted to make sure that we served food at our wedding that was equal to or better than the food we cook for ourselves at home. Potomac Point did not disappoint. They were very accommodating of all of our guests' dietary restrictions and allergies, and worked with us to ensure that they tailored the menu to meet our food preferences.   Beautiful winery!

  Wow! We can’t say enough great things about Potomac Point Winery. Other than the obvious fact that it is a completely gorgeous venue, the staff are absolutely superb, and the food and wine are DELICIOUS! We had visited a few venues by the time we made an appointment for Potomac but right from the get go Sydney, the venue coordinator, was amazing. She made us feel so reassured. Sydney is knowledgeable, patient, professional, and so sweet. A total gem! For those of you who decide to plan a wedding without a wedding planner, like us, Sydney is a fantastic support in helping get the day organized and to ensure all vendor needs are met. We also want to give a shout out to Jonathan (banquet coordinator) who made sure we were well fed. The wedding goes by so quickly so in the middle of doing activities and talking to everyone we barely touched our food. Jonathan made sure for both our rehearsal dinner and reception that we got extra helpings to take home. This was so appreciated as we were given another chance to enjoy our food. He also made sure all our guests were taken care of and those with special requests (vegan, food allergies, etc). Our wedding was fantastic and people like Sydney, Jonathan, and the rest of the friendly staff made it incredible. We got the wedding of our dreams! Thank you Potomac Point!   We can’t wait to get married here!

  My fiancé and I had the most incredible experience with Potomac Point Winery from our first email exchange to when we decided “this is it” and signed our paperwork within the hour of viewing the entire winery. It’s stunning, and truly a hidden gem (as others have said!) We can’t wait to show our family and friends the beautiful venue.

  We feel so lucky to have a friend recommend PPW for our wedding venue. As a couple who had their wedding plans flipped on their head by COVID-19, we were thankful to work with PPW on our adjusted plans. Their venue coordinator, Sydney is a complete rockstar - so laid back and experienced with all things that go into planning a wedding. After meeting her in person for the first time at our rehearsal the day before the wedding, I told my then-fiancé that she made me feel like I could relax and know that things we're going to run smooth. She was so flexible, helpful, and relaxed on our big day. The banquet team was equally amazing - everyone was super professional and kind. Not to mention a gorgeous venue. Thank you to the PPW team for everything - highly recommend getting married there!

  Best wedding ever!!

  We just held my sisters wedding here, and it was flawless!!!! The staff really knows what they are doing. Sydney was amazing and held us all together!!! She had to heard a group of us groomsmen and she did a fantastic job keeping us in check. None of it would have been possible without her. Thank you so much Sydney! And another huge thank you to Jonathan!!! I believe he was one of the manager, and he was so helpful and nice. He kept the whole thing together on the big night! I know it is a lot of work to keep up with a wedding, and they all did so awesome!
