  Everything I Could Have Asked For

  From the very beginning, Diana and her team were absolutely wonderful. I was so anxious and worked up about so many parts of the wedding planning process, and she not only listened with empathy (and lots of patience!) but also provided helpful advice, planning expertise, and coordination. I am positive I didn't see even a 10% of what she did behind the scenes to make the day seamless. The day of, everything went more perfectly than I can describe--it was smooth, easy, and intuitive. If I could change anything about my wedding, it most certainly wouldn't be Planned Perfection; I would have hired them at any venue, at any time, in any context. Thank you so much!!

  If I could give Danielle Prince and her team more than 5 stars I would. If you think you don’t need a day of coordinator or you’re on the fence about hiring one, do yourself a favor stop thinking about it and hire Danielle! I was waiting for the stress of wedding planning to hit, but it never did, even the day of the wedding. Danielle was with me every step of the way, always checking in, coordinating timelines and answering endless questions. The day of my wedding Danielle and her team made my vision come to life and helped to create the most perfect day of mine and my new husbands life. She’s amazing. Her team is amazing. I would 100% recommend Danielle and her team from planned perfection!

  Perfection is an Understatement

  My dad may have walked me down the aisle but Danielle was the one who got us there. The best decision we made for our wedding was hiring Danielle from Planned Perfection. She went above and beyond throughout our entire planning process, and we wouldn’t have had the most amazing day without her!
  
  We changed our wedding date when we were already a few months into the planning process and Danielle coordinated everything to make sure we could still use the vendors we had already booked for our date change. She also accommodated all the little additions we made as we got closer to the day, there is nothing Danielle can’t handle!
  
  Her and her team truly brought our vision alive and highlighted every detail so perfectly! We’ve received such high praise from our friends and family for how incredible the day was, and it was thanks to all the hard work her and her team put in. We are beyond thankful for her services, and we can not recommend her enough to anyone who is in need of a wedding planner!

  The Best Decision We Made

  We booked Cindy of Planned Perfection as a Day of Coordinator for our wedding and it was the best decision we made! At first I was hesitant to book a day of coordinator - you always think you can save money doing things yourself - but trust me, book Cindy. She is worth every penny!
  
  Cindy went above and beyond, attending all of our meetings with the venue and making sure every detail was thought of and taken care of. From the start, Cindy was there to offer vendor recommendations and answer any questions we had. She also created a wedding day timeline that we were able to share with our bridal party and parents so everyone was on the same page for the day. Cindy confirmed details with all of our vendors so we didn't have to worry about coordinating arrival times, set-ups, etc. and made sure all of our flowers, cards etc. were packed up and loaded into my parents' car at the end of the night. Speaking of that, my parents mistakenly received a parking ticket during the wedding in a space we had reserved. Without anyone knowing, Cindy called the city and had the parking ticket removed. This is just one example of how invaluable Cindy and her team were that day!
  
  Both our bridal party and guests have complimented us on how smoothly the day went and I credit Cindy and her team! They allowed us to be present with our family and friends and fully enjoy our day.

Our wedding was at Excelsior in Lancaster, PA, so we hired Danielle as our day of coordinator. 2 other coordinators were there to help Danielle on the wedding day. From our very first phone call, I knew Danielle was who I needed to make sure our wedding day went perfectly. She knew Excelsior like the back of her hand, so that helped tremendously in our planning. During planning, Danielle was quickly responsive, detailed, and extremely organized. On the day of, I wouldn't have even known if something went wrong because her and her team were on it. We've had multiple guests tell us they have never seen a wedding day go as smooth as ours did. We cannot thank Danielle and Planned Perfection enough!!

  The Perfect Wedding Weekend

  Danielle Prince and her team are amazing. She helped us with every detail of three wedding-related events - the Welcome Party, the Wedding, and the Thank You Brunch. Her recommendations were all spot on, and her organizational skills and follow-through provided comfort throughout the process. The events were seamless. Also, during the three days of activities, there was nothing that the team could not handle. The list of last-minute items they address is endless, but a few stand out because no one should expect the wedding planner to have an immediate fix or pay attention to every little detail. Removing oil from a bridesmaid's gown, hemming my dress so I could safely perform the mother-groom dance, and making sure the tables at the brunch were constantly replenished, to name a few.
  
  We simply could not have pulled this off without them and I feel blessed that we were lucky enough to find them.

  The BEST decision we made throughout our entire wedding. If you're even considering hiring a wedding planner... we could not recommend Danielle and the Planned Perfection team more. When we first started down this wedding journey, my husband and I decided we wanted to take on a three-day wedding celebration; unfortunately, we also found out that we weren't actually good at planning everything needed to make that happen. Danielle made that a complete non-issue. She guided us EVERY. STEP. OF. THE. WAY. She had the perfect blend of thoughtful guidance, check-ins, and brainstorming sessions mixed with a calming confidence that NEVER made us feel overwhelmed or guilty for missing any of our deadlines (Danielle, if you're reading this, we still can't figure out whether or not it ever bothered you that we would take 2 weeks to respond to emails haha).
  
  If we wanted to, we could write for days about every single nuance she handled, about how on our wedding day we didn't ever worry about a single thing, about how there were a million things happening in the background but we just got to enjoy every single second of our day... but for anyone reading this review, just know that you could not make a better choice and we mean that from the heart.   Diana provided thoughtful input during the wedding planning process with solid advice on making the countless decisions required for my daughter’s special day. She was responsive and always available for last minute questions.
  Truthfully, the day of assistance was crucial to making the event seamless even as the weather deteriorated and many last minute changes were necessary. She was calm and handled every aspect of the entire day- start to bringing all the gifts/flowers etc to our home finishing after midnight.
  I highly recommend Diana and her team! Fabulous job!

  Planned Perfection was the perfect fit for our wedding. Danielle and team really made sure our wedding come together without any issues. I really don't know what we would have done without their guidance. I highly recommend them and can not say enough positive things about Planned Perfection and Danielle.

  Kellie is the BEST!

  Our best decision while wedding planning was hiring Kellie. She was our day-of planner, but she truly went above and beyond in every aspect and was with us in every step leading up to the wedding. Kellie is extremely hard-working, organized, personable, passionate, and invested in the couples she works with. She was so helpful in the planning process and did so much behind the scenes work to make our day run perfectly, even getting soaked in the pouring rain to pack up our car at the end of the day so that we did not have to stress. We owe our perfect day to Kellie and her team and could not be more grateful!

  Book Them!

  We don’t have enough good things to say about our experience with Planned Perfection and our planner, Kellie. We chose the day of coordination package, but Kellie was there from day one guiding us and answering questions. We had absolutely ZERO stress the day of because Kellie handled EVERYTHING. We are so grateful to her and the rest of the Planned Perfection team.

  Brought my dream wedding to life

  Kellie absolutely blew me away! From start to finish she made the whole wedding planning process so pleasant for me and made me feel at ease. She always responded fast and had the answers for me when I had questions (I had a lot.) Kellie managed to always take care of everything with a smile on her face too. I seriously couldn’t have done this without her! I would recommend her time and time again!!

Now that I am post-wedding I can say she is worth her weight in gold!!! Danielle is extremely responsive and really made sure that every little detail was taken care of. She worked with my other vendors seamlessly to ensure a smooth timeline on my wedding day. Truly nothing went wrong and I believe that is due to Planned Perfection! To top it off Danielle is so sweet and easy to talk to, and I really enjoyed communicating with her. I would 1000% recommend Danielle and Planned Perfection to anyone getting married.

  Amazing experience

  I could not commend Cindy enough. She was BEYOND our day of coordinator, she was tbe backbone! Cindy helped keep the entire process, over our 2 year engagement, absolutely seamless and stress free. She not only helped run the behind the scenes the day of but made sure our vision came to light and we could not have been more thankful for her and her teams help. 10/10 would recommend, over and over again!

  Cindy is the best!

  By far the best thing we spent money on during wedding planning was getting a day of coordinator through Planned Perfection! Cindy Ray is not only an amazing person but she is an outstanding wedding/event planner. We opted for just day of services but Cindy still made herself very available when we had questions about our venue or other vendors. She was always quick to respond to texts/calls and emails. She gave us honest opinions and answers to every question we had and we were so thankful for her expertise. We got married at Excelsior and Cindy knew the venue inside and out. She had a close connection with our catering team and vendors so as things got closer to the wedding day, Cindy was the go to contact point to make sure things were completed. Cindy is extremely organized, kind and has the most calming personality so you definitely want her in your corner during the final chaotic weeks of wedding planning. Once the wedding day started we were completely hands off and truly got to enjoy our wedding day! Cindy kept us on schedule throughout the entire day. Cindy's team set up all our décor, moved signs and flowers among the venue as we moved throughout the space, and even packed up all the left over alcohol and décor at the end of the night. She went above and beyond and delivered our clothing and gifts to our suite at the Marriot so that we could go straight to our after party. It was truly a stress free wedding day thanks to Cindy and her entire team! We cannot thank them enough and we would recommend Cindy to anyone planning a wedding or large event!

Cindy was available for months leading up to our wedding to answer our questions, handle communication with vendors, and calm our nerves. When we had to transition to a backup plan due to weather, Cindy provided valuable advice and much needed comfort. She and her team helped put together a beautiful backdrop for us that turned out so beautiful in pictures! On our wedding day, she was BEYOND helpful. She and her team checked in when we needed them to, kept us on track for getting ready and photos, and completely transformed our venue space while bringing our entire wedding vision to life. Outside of wedding planning, Cindy’s caring personality and kind heart shined bright. It was evident how much she truly cares about her couples and wants nothing but the best for them. So many of our family and friends commented how wonderful she was, just going to show how hard she worked throughout the day (all while being pregnant too, lol).   Planned Perfection was a life saver!!

  Hiring Planned Perfection was one of the first and best decisions we made when we got started planning our wedding! Our original venue required a day-of coordinator and we opted to bump it ip to their partial planning plan and we are so happy we did! Danielle was phenomenal and helped us so much with vendor selections and all the moving parts that go into planning a wedding. We even had a change of venue and she was so incredibly helpful with notifying our vendors and made that transition seamless for us. Danielle is super knowledgeable and has a lot of experience and contacts in the Lancaster area, and always makes herself available when questions or concerns arise. Our wedding would not have been the same without her help, and she was such an important part of making our special celebration great. Diana also helped us with our rehearsal and answered all of our ceremony questions and helped us deal with some last-minute changes since one of our wedding party tested positive for COVID the day before the wedding, and took a lot of stress out of that situation. I worked full-time and was in graduate school through our wedding planning process, and hiring Planned Perfection as part of our vendor team was a life saver for me! I can’t thank them enough for all their help and support in helping make our wedding celebration so special. I highly recommend the Planned Perfection team for anybody planning a wedding around the Lancaster, PA area!!

  Do yourself the favor and hire them!

  Danielle was instrumental in getting us through the wedding planning process, and we quite literally could not have gotten over the finish line without her! We are immensely grateful to her and the Planned Perfection team for making everything so easy on us. Our parents and bridal party loved Danielle, and we cannot recommend her enough.
