  Amazing Experience

  Caitlin was honestly my saving grace throughout the wedding planning process. I’m someone that has a hard time relinquishing control but I also knew planning a wedding was not in my bandwidth nor wheelhouse. She was the reason I was able to take a deep breath and relax, knowing everything was under control. Our wedding was supposed to be outdoor, but the weather was not in our favor and she had a solution for every single concern I had. My wedding was almost a month ago, and I still have friends and family telling me how impressed they were with her. Her composure and calm demeanor are just a few reasons why I highly recommend hiring her for your wedding!

  Amazing wedding planner

  We had Caitlin assist us in planning our wedding in Orlando while we lived out of state and we can’t recommend her enough! We started working with her 18 months out and was incredibly helpful in the wedding planning process. She was very transparent and we trusted her in guiding us in the right direction with vendors, decor and timeline of the wedding. Her and her assistant also went above and beyond the day of the wedding and we really don’t know how we could’ve done this without her.

  We are so thankful we picked Plan It for our month of coordination – Caitlin was amazing and everything on our wedding day went as smoothly as possible. I was a little anxious during the planning process thinking I may be missing something but through the details meeting with Caitlin, I was quickly put at ease. She made herself available for questions throughout the entire planning process and communicated with all of our vendors leading up to the big day, which was a huge help for us. She’s extremely organized and her online timeline with comments/questions was such a great way to keep us on track and gave me extra comfort that we weren't forgetting to do something last minute. Thank you, Caitlin, for all of your help – it was truly the best day ever!!

  Highly Recommend

  I first met Caitlin at my brother's wedding, as she was his wedding planner. When I began to plan my own wedding, it was a no-brainer to reach out to Caitlin again. Caitlin was great at communicating, organized, and detail-oriented. After many years in the wedding business, she had compiled an extensive list of vendors through which I found most of my vendors. She also had great relationships with them, having worked with them before, and this made the collaborating and planning aspect very easy. I found Caitlin to be very helpful at our meetings as she would handle the specifics so I wouldn't have to. She also kept track of the deposits and their due dates for us. I felt Caitlin really made an effort to meet my expectations, and did what she could to make both my husband and I happy. Despite having just had a baby, Caitlin was still just as responsive as before and carried out her responsibilities just as efficiently. On the day of, both our events went smoothly, and this is all thanks to Caitlin. She was always there, checking in, and making sure we had everything we needed. I really appreciated this as it helped take a lot of the stress off us, and we could just relax and actually enjoy our special day. Caitlin is a professional and someone who you can trust and rely on, which is what you really need on a day as important as your wedding.   The Definition of Professional

  Having been involved in every one of our daughter's choices for her wedding celebration on April 22, 2023, we know the level of detail that went into it, and that it would not be easy to ensure that every idea and concept came off as planned. At times it seemed like it would take a miracle worker to bring it all together. But, Caitlin, thanks to you and your team (Elizabeth and Brooke), it ran to perfection.
  
  Ashley told us from day one that if anyone could handle what she wanted to pull off, and handle it well, it would be you. She knew what you were capable of and that you would never let her, or our family, down. Caitlin, you came through with flying colors and we could not be more thankful.
  
  It’s funny…when Ashley & Piero decided they wanted to have the big celebration, we didn’t think a planner was necessary. Obviously, we were living in the past! There is absolutely no way, in a million years, their event would have functioned without you. Thank you for staying on top of everything. Thank you for reminding us to eat. Thank you for keeping us calm and on schedule. Mostly, thank you for everything you and Plan It Events did to make Ashley and Piero’s night one that will never be forgotten.

  Caitlin did a fantastic job of helping bring our vision to life and coordinating all of the details: floral galore, horse drawn carriage, tons of yummy food, a welcome party for guests, beautiful one-of-a-kind ceiling draping, live musicians, and more. I was blown away when I saw our reception room - every detail was perfect - and Caitlin managed last minute challenges (i.e., officiant calling in sick and rain plan!!) with grace and ease. I remember telling people on our wedding day "we obviously have a great planner because I'm not stressed at all!" Highly recommended Plan It!

  Caitlin was the perfect person to help plan our wedding! She helped plan the wedding of our dreams in less than 5 months. I could not have had the day we had without her assistance on the day of the wedding. With a huge wedding party, there was a lot going on and she managed it all. She even learned everyone’s name.   Exceptional wedding planner!

  All I can say is Caitlin was EXCEPTIONAL! Throughout the process she paid close attention to detail and helped with any concern we had. She helped make wedding planning seamless and enjoyable. To top it off, there was a hurricane the morning of our wedding - which is the last thing a bride could want. Our Singer & DJ canceled the day before and Caitlin already had found someone (the day before!) and locked them in for us - literally saving our wedding! We had to completely change all of our original plans to accommodate the storm, moving everything to a new location, completely changing seating arrangements, confirming all rest of our vendors could make it, and Caitlin took care of it all. The wedding turned out to be absolutely magical thanks to her help. My husband and I cannot thank her enough and would recommend her to anyone planning their wedding!

  All I can say is Caitlin was EXCEPTIONAL! Throughout the process she paid close attention to detail and helped with any concern we had. She helped make wedding planning seamless and enjoyable. To top it off, there was a hurricane the morning of our wedding - which is the last thing a bride could want. Our Singer & DJ canceled the day before and Caitlin already had found someone (the day before!) and locked them in for us - literally saving our wedding!   Caitlin was outstanding...she took care of everything for us during the planning process and delivered on wedding day. Even when the weather forced a chanced of plan she was calm, prescriptive, and ensured the wedding was the dream were were hoping for!! Would recommend to anyone!!

  Best decision we made!

  My husband and I both agree that by far the best decision and investment we made was deciding to use a wedding planner, and we couldn't have been happier with choosing Caitlin for the role! We went a very non-traditional route in a lot of ways, with a very specific vision in mind, and she had the perfect vendors to recommend every step of the way. I always expected planning our wedding to be stressful and overwhelming, but because of working with her neither of us felt that way at any point in the process. Everything about the day was exactly how we wanted it to be, and we wouldn't have been able to make any of it happen without her!

  Where can I even begin!?? My husband and I agreed that we had the most amazing day of our lives on our wedding day, and we can’t thank Caitlin enough for helping make our dreams a reality! Every step of the way she was helpful with her suggestions, she was always asking us the right questions/thinking of details we may have overlooked, and overall, she was essential to how smooth the wedding day itself went! She’s organized, detail oriented, and in the week or so leading up to the day she was in touch with all our vendors to make sure they all understood the day of schedule, requirements regarding the venue, etc. All in all, words can’t describe the joy we felt that day and a MAJOR part of the success for the day started with the groundwork Caitlin laid for us! She didn’t just deliver but she overachieved on the whole day!! 10/10!!

The day of, Caitlin and her team not only made sure our wedding was absolutely perfect but she also went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were relaxed and informed with everything that was going on.
