  Everything was just perfect. People raved about the selections and said they visit the restaurant quite often. Peter does almost all of our sit down dinners the past few years and I have never had one complaint.

  I actually arranged my wedding and reception around when Peter & Maria could cater it. I used Peter's Cuisine in the past for another event and realized they are the best. I didn't have to worry about anything before, during, or after. They helped me plan the menu and table settings. They got everything prepared and then executed flawlessly. Everything that came out was way over the top. From the lamb to the sea bass, it was the most wonderful flavors and plate presentations I have ever experienced.
  One thing I would recommend is book early so you don't miss out.

  Great food, great service. I ordered food for 75 people. Setup, served, and cleaned up without a hitch. I would definitely hire again for different events. Highly recommend.
