  Wonderful Personalized Experience

  All our interactions with Occasions staff was efficient, informative, and helped us perfectly cater our wedding reception dinner. The owner, Carla, was especially helpful in making sure we were able to create a customized menu for our needs, taking into consideration various dietary requirements. They went above and beyond to make sure the reception was set up beautifully, helping fix details and clean up beyond what we expected. All staff was courteous and kind during serving, and provided complimentary cake cutting, making sure leftovers were boxed and sent with us for the honeymoon as requested. I would highly recommend Occasions Catering for their quality of service, competitive pricing, and menu flexibility.

  Highly Recommend Occasions Catering

  My Wife and I recently got married and selected Occasions Catering as our catering vendor. We are so thankful we had Occasions Catering to support our wedding for so many reasons. I highly recommend and endorse this catering company.
  
  EXCELLENT VALUE - We found Occasions Catering to provide excellent value for our wedding. Reasonably priced, great food, able to create customized menus, and friendly supportive staff.
  
  GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - We worked directly with Karla Curry of Occasions Catering to plan out our menu, work through logistics, and fine tune our plans leading up to the wedding. Karla was easy to work with, very responsive, and she worked hard to ensure the event went off without any issues. I appreciate that Karla helped us fine tune the menu and that she was willing to come out a week prior to the venue to meet with our wedding planning and walk through logistics. Due to all the prep that Karla helped us with, we felt very confident in what to expect from catering team leading up to the wedding.

  Fantastic Experience!

  Working with Wendi at Occasions Catering for our wedding was such an easy and pleasurable experience! She was always quick to respond as we planned our outdoor fall wedding. My husband and I had recently moved to the Olympia area and she was helpful in suggesting other vendors, including a bakery for our cake and a venue for an after-party. She had previous experience at our venue which was helpful as we worked to plan some logistics. Occasions was flexible with our desire to honor my husband's Greek and Italian heritage and allowed us to customize a dinner menu that worked for us. They also provided a vegetarian option for one of our guests and were quick with responses about possible possible allergens that may have affected our guests.
  On the day of the wedding, everything went so well! Wendi checked in with me to confirm that I still wanted to follow the timeline we had laid out and made adjustments as we went. The serving staff was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job! They kindly set aside appetizers for my husband and I at our table, and even gave us a little box of goodies and snacks for the end of the night!
  All of the food was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the baron of beef. The gourmet s'mores bar was a big hit with our guests, and really added to the overall atmosphere of our casual park wedding.

  If you are in the market for a catering company, look no further, Occasion's Catering is it! We hired Occasion’s Catering for our wedding and we can not say enough good things about this company! Our entire experience, from choosing a menu, menu tasting, to wedding day and everything in between was absolutely incredible. We chose the Dinner of the Northwest menu option and the food was absolutely AMAZING. Our guests were so pleased. Karla was extremely organized, communicative, on time, and efficient.   They were great at communicating to us what their schedule was going to be before the event! They made sure I had their number so if anything was needed during the event, they would be available to help!

The food was great and she checked in on us multiple times through the night to make sure we were adequately fed and watered. Also got a to-go box to snack on when we got home.   Choose Occasions!

  I am so glad I decided to work with Occasions Catering for my July 2021 wedding. They made the planning process a breeze, and Vanessa, my coordinator, was very responsive whenever I had a question. During the reception, guests commented on how good the food tasted, with multiple guests stating it was the best catered food they'd had in a long time. (Their brisket is AMAZING!) Occasions even prepared separate dishes for our guests with dietary restrictions, which I really appreciated. I'd definitely seek out Occasions again if I needed to cater another big event!

  Karla and her staff made our day so special! All staff was extremely nice and responsive. The bartender made note of our drinks to send us away with one when we did our send off and the staff set up a BEAUTIFUL dessert table. Karla checked in with us numerous times to make sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t recommended a better caterer for your event! The flexibility they had while planning during COVID was greatly appreciated. Was willing and able to make any adjustments we needed.

  I am so happy we chose occasions catering. Karla was so accommodating as we had to change our plans multiple times with COVID. She was understanding and gave great suggestions through ever step of the planning. The staff was so great during the wedding reception and made sure all of our guests were happy and full.

  Karla and her crew are incredible to work with! Karla is so calm and professional. She listens so well to everything you want and makes sure it happens. She is in close contact the entire time to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Her staff are trained to the highest standards. The day of our wedding was 105 degrees and Karla's crew were phenomenal. Every single detail was attended to and my guests are still raving about the setting, food, and service. Thank you, Karla and crew. You helped to make our special day perfect! You are the best!

  I can only say great things! My guests LOVED the food (they all came back for seconds and thirds)! Throughout the whole planning stage and even during the wedding, they were so responsive and very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My Fiance and I were looking for a vendor for out wedding, we knew what kind of food we wanted (steak & Salmon) and were going to have about 35 guest. No one would even come under 3,0000.00, but when we spoke with Karla and she made some great suggestions. The first proposal was under 2500.00, we went out to Olympia to have a taste meal 💯% delicious. Even after adding 5 more meals and a few extras the bill was barely over 2700.00, on our wedding day we didn't have to worry about anything and our guest Loved the food.   This vendor remained on top of state regulations during the pandemic and always responded to my emails in a timely manner. Food was amazing and wedding guests stated that enjoyed the food and service. Very professional and courteous.

  Through the craziness of COVID and having to reschedule our wedding, Karla helped us through all of it. Occasions took care of so many of our wedding details and were just amazing. I don't know how I could have planned my own wedding without their help.

  Occasions Catering catered our September 2019 wedding at the Washington State Capitol. They were lovely to work with, professional in every way, and created a wonderful evening for our guests! I appreciated their hand-on service every step of the way, and their flexibility in dealing with a venue that can be challenging to cater, as there is no kitchen and no prep space! Truly great service!

  Wonderful wedding catering!!!

  I would highly recommend Occasions Catering for any special event. They catered our wedding and everyone raved about the quality, taste and quantity of the food and desserts. The bar staff and servers were so kind and Alex the catering manager was absolutely refreshing to work with. If we ever have another big event, we will absolutely given them another call!

  I have nothing but excellent things to say about Occasions Catering! Karla and her team catered my outdoor wedding with passed appetizers and a plated dinner for 100 guests. In addition to the food being excellent, Karla was organized, communicated quickly, and handled the entire day (and my 100 emails leading up to it) with absolute professionalism. Our guests all remarked on how much they enjoyed the catering staff - the servers were friendly, knowledgeable, and polished. I am especially thankful to Karla for making sure the food was safe for my ring bearer, who has allergies to nuts and dairy - not easy ingredients to avoid. I would absolutely hire Occasions again!

  Would use Occasions Catering again in a heartbeat!

  This organization is a very experienced, very professional caterer. They provided the appetizers and dinner for my daughter's wedding reception and they did an excellent job. Service providers were great and friendly too. We ordered salmon and flank steak. Our guests are still raving about it.
