  Best videographer ever!

  We love Steven! Steven is professional, communicates amazingly, and just an all-around awesome person to both know and have worked with. We knew as soon as we talked with Steven on the phone that he was the videographer we wanted to hire, he had never been up to Sedona and our wedding was going to be his first time there and he got a new drone to be able to capture some awesome drone footage for our videos. We got married on September 13, 2023 and we received our 2.5 minute video on September 18, 2023, it was such a delightful surprise on our honeymoon to be able to see parts of our day from another perspective, and it was so beautifully put together! Steven and our photography team worked seamlessly together that you would think they had worked together before. We can't say enough good things about Steven, and are so excited to see the longer film because the shorter film is already perfect!

  Exceptional Wedding Videographer and Artistic Director

  Hiring Steven was one of the best decisions we made in building our team for our June 2023 wedding in Napa. We appreciated the upbeat and positive energy he brought throughout the planning process. He was super helpful and provided proactive guidance to make our day as seamless as possible. Working with Steven allowed us to feel reassured and confident that we would have all the content and footage we had hoped for from our special day. Steven went above and beyond to work with us throughout our wedding weekend and put a package together to film our rehearsal dinner in addition to the wedding. We will forever be grateful for Steven and having so many important moments throughout the weekend captured so beautifully. Steven was one of the most professional vendors we worked with and he was very solution-oriented during the day of the wedding, which was logistically complicated, and provided a great sense of calm. His artistic direction was top-notch and we're very thankful of all the creative guidance he provided us with as those are some of our favorite shots. He did a fantastic job working with our other vendors and everyone in our wedding party loved him. The final product of the wedding films beat expectations and we were very appreciative of Steven being collaborative and patient throughout the process to ensure our vision was brought to life.   AZ Film Company was one of our favorite wedding vendors! Steven is incredibly talented and we absolutely love the beautiful highlight videos he created which capture our wedding day perfectly. Before our wedding he asked questions to find out what was most important to us and then delivered what we wanted and more. His work exceeded our expectations and we are so grateful to have his exceptional videos to enjoy for the rest of our lives. Steven is hardworking and easy to work with.   We love Steven!!

  Steven is an amazing videographer! From the moment I first spoke with him, I knew we were in the best of hands for our Wedding. He has been such a great partner and now friend through this wedding planning journey. Steven really knows what he is doing and knows the questions to ask prior in order to capture the most perfect wedding video of your dreams. He was so amazing and easy to work with and made us feel at ease. I would work with him over and over again and recommend Norcal Filmworks to anyone!! His work is incredible and we will be forever grateful to have found him to capture our perfect day.

  Preserve your memories with Steven.

  You will love working with Steven, book him immediately. Steven was a dream to work with throughout the entire wedding process. Steven was so thorough and organized leading up to the wedding. Steven spent the time to really understand my husband and my story, what we cared about most, and the overall flow of the day to set us and him up for success. His attention to detail and planning really allowed for a flawless day at the wedding.
  
  On the wedding day, Steven was early, well prepared, beyond professional, and had the best energy that made us feel comfortable. Steven really focuses on capturing the candid and real moments that we love. He was able to seamlessly work with our photographers to make sure he got the shots he needed, but in a way that was never obtrusive or in your face. Steven blends right in and makes you feel comfortable. He is also so nice and funny which helps make things easier right from the start.
  
  Only a week after our wedding we got our first sneak peek, and I am already obsessed and it's just the sneak peek.   Wonderful! So happy we found Steven!

  We highly recommend Steven! He was the videographer for our wedding and we are overjoyed by his work! His cinematography and editing skills are sublime. We love our edit and will treasure it forever! Not only is Steven's work incredible, he is so great to work with. He is down-to-earth, very sweet, and extremely caring. Amidst planning our wedding in the Covid era (and on a very short time-frame), there were a lot of elements to our wedding that we needed help with. Steven gave his all to be there for us and help us every step of the way, which was a huge blessing. Prior to the event, we not only discussed what we'd like from our wedding videography, but Steven also helped us edit our day-of schedule based on his lengthy experience in this business. He was even gracious enough to come to our venue the day before the event and help us set up and decide which spots would be ideal for us to use visually and cinematically! Throughout the whole process, he kept us feeling calm and safe at an otherwise very stressful time. We couldn't be more grateful. Last but certainly not least, Steven's talent as a videographer is top-notch. He has an eye for beauty and he knows how to give you different styles for whatever outcome you'd like. We personally found that his cinematic shots are absolutely stunning! He was also so nimble and did not miss a single beat of our wedding, even though there were many parts of it that were not traditional. We chose to only get one videographer, but Steven made sure that he would still cover all angles at all times. He set up still tripods with cameras - focused on the areas of the main action, and then he walked around with a steadicam on him to capture all the details from different angles. This allowed him to cut between different shots within the same scenes for our video edit. We are so grateful for all of Steven's thoughtful work, his kindness and care toward us, and his talent in this field! We will definitely be hiring him again for our events in the future. Thank you, Steven! You're amazing!

Steven was my only vendor who proactively reached out to me 60 days and 30 days before the wedding to have planning sessions, and he was very fun to be around at the wedding. The video turned out amazing and instantly brought tears to our eyes as we watched it the first time. He captured all the best moments and also listened when I mentioned that I wanted specific scenes and voiceovers in the video. He was flexible, accommodating, energetic, and most importantly a truly talented videographer. To say the least, he exceeded expectations!

  Fantastic and relaxed videographer

  Steven Is exactly what we wanted! My husband was very hesitant to get a videographer as he thought it would be too much of a production, but Steven really stood out of the way and barely made his pretense known, but still managed to make us the most beautiful wedding highlight reel. I couldn’t be happier!!! He also worked very well with the photographers even though he’d never met them before.

  Steven Is exactly what we wanted!   Nor Cal Filmworks perfectly captured our day!

  We are so glad we selected Nor Cal Filmworks as our wedding videographer! Steven's quality of work is amazing, and he's professional, personable, and makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera right away. I'd recommend paying the extra fee to have a second videographer there - totally worth it! Steven was very receptive to our preferences and edits, and we were so happy with our finished product.

  The best videographer one could ask for!

  We loved having Steven be part of our special day. He spent many hours beforehand prepping us for the big day and made us feel so at ease throughout the process. He was a delight to have around on the actual day and you can tell he truly loves what he does. Above all, his video of our wedding is absolutely exquisite and more beautiful than we could have imagined. We wholeheartedly recommend him to every future bride and groom!

He is truly an artist and so great at what he does. He has an eye to capture all the details in such a creative way. Anyone who views his videos will be completely stunned.

  Working with Steven was the best! He was very professional and was also very social and fun to be around. He covered our wedding day for 8+ hours on 12.31.16 and the footage turned out absolutely amazing. He was working his butt off, too. Steven is very approachable and accommodating to meeting your exact needs. He met with us 2 weeks beforehand, via Facetime to go over our wedding timeline. He is also available to meet in person but due to limitations on our end we did it via Facetime. That really helped getting a feel for how the day went. Honestly, we were a bit unprepared for the meeting in terms of exact details of certain shots we wanted, etc. Steven, with his experience, was able to give us a few ideas on what to look for, how to act like the camera isn't there, etc. He just made everything very smooth and easy and we can't express that enough.
  
  We decided to do the editing portion on our end, so he provided us with all of the raw footage from the big day. Even after he delivered the footage, he was very open to questions we had on editing tips, storage, etc. Can't ask for more than that.
  
  To sum it all up: he does amazing work, he's a great guy to be around and on top of that he is a true professional. I would highly recommend hiring Steven and his team to film your wedding, you will not regret it!

  We recently got our wedding video back from NorCal Filmworks and we couldn't be happier. They captured some of the most beautiful moments from out wedding! Steven was a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly, professional and involved. Great videography company, would highly recommend them!

  We had given up on finding a videographer that would work for us when we came across Steven and NorCal Filmworks. We are SO glad that we found NorCal Filmworks and that they were available to film our May 23, 2015 wedding at Pageo Lavender Farm in Turlock, CA. Steven went above and beyond for us and gave us a wedding video that captured everything we could have hoped for!   Great, Professional, and sociable Videographer

  Working with Steven has nothing but a joy. My Wife and I had a specific vision on what we wanted to see and he not only exceeded that, but also blew us away on the quality of the video. He is very professional, showed up early, never missed a phone call, and always answered our questions. He’s also very personable. We’re naturally not comfortable in front of the camera, but Steven made sure we were at ease. Honestly, we didn’t even notice he was filming at times. We would recommend Steven to anyone including our friends and family.

  Steven of Nor Cal Filmworks was wonderful to work with. We had a wedding at our home, and he came out and met with us there to discuss exactly what we wanted and check over the site in detail. We had some specific thoughts about the look and feel we were after in our highlights video, and he nailed it. Steven was very open to and responsive to our ideas and blended in so well during the ceremony and reception that we barely noticed him. Our friends and family were extremely impressed by the quality of our video, and we love it. Nor Cal Filmworks was also much more reasonably priced than a lot of the ither videographers we looked at, so we feel we got excellent value.
