  She helped me and my wedding coordinator come up with such a creative way to display my dessert. It was beautiful and perfect. The guests absolutely love the pastry, cupcake, and cookie that you display. Your creativity and professionalism far exceed my expectation.

  Carol and her team are amazing to work with! We knew we wanted something different for our wedding other than the typical candy bar...etc...etc...and with Carol's delicious shaved ice cream goodies...well, we knew we would have a big hit! All of our guests loved it and both my husband and I highly recommend it! Aside from the yummy goodness, Carol is really wonderful to work with and she is extremely accommodating of our needs. Her team arrived on time and was really nice to our guests! This is very important, especially with wedding planning! Thanks Carol and Team!

  Carol and her team are amazing to work with!   I had NY Show for my sons'1st birthday party and they were just GREAT!!! I had 130 people and they brought more than enough to serve all! Everyone had seconds! I have gotten so many compliments from our guests! I would recommend this to anyone! Great People! Great service! Great taste!

  This is the best idea ever for an event! My good friend's wedding had New York Snow there to cater in place of having the catering company provide dessert! Genius if ur looking to cut cost! If not, it's a great addition! Who would have thought. I'm glad this is now an option versus the typical candy bar, s'mores, etc bar. Flavored were great, yummy toppings, and they had something called drizzles that was to die for! 5 stars from me!!

  We used New York Snow for a school event. Carol, the owner, was extremely flexible and very professional. Both the kids and parents enjoyed her product.
