We hired Nathalia Rose Events as the month of coordinator for our wedding reception, and are so grateful we did! We were so overwhelmed at first (est. guest count was 400), however, Natalie and her team were simply amazing. From providing feedback to reassuring us about all of the little last minute curve balls and potatoes, Natalie seemed to always know what we were thinking and what we needed. She was extremely organized and communicated clearly with us and our vendors to make sure we were all on the same page the night of our event.
We could not have had the night we had without Natalie and her team. She is so incredibly kind, caring, and absolutely killed it when it came to helping us bring our vision to life on the day of our event. My guests also had nothing but good things to say about how well organized everything was, and I cannot recommend Nathalia Rose Events enough. -

Calder’s Creations provides outstanding service and is a pleasure to collaborate with. I had the pleasure of attending their wedding, and the designs for the event were exquisite. Every aspect was meticulously planned and executed flawlessly, from the pre-wedding family event to the main celebration. The entire experience was truly remarkable. The attention to detail and the personalized touches made the event feel both unique and intimate, creating an atmosphere of warmth and celebration that resonated with everyone present. The floral arrangements were breathtaking, with vibrant colors and elegant compositions that complemented the venue perfectly. The catering was equally impressive, offering a delightful array of dishes that satisfied even the most discerning palates.
Moreover, the team's professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the entire process.
