Wonderful, memorable event.
Nancy worked with me throughout the process suprising my wife with a vow renewal. She let me decide on several options of readings for the vow renewal. I had to change the location and Nancy didn't complain at all. The day of the event, she arrived early and even brought her husband when her assistant couldn't make it. She waited patiently for us ro get settled at the location and was right where I requested when the event took place. My wife was so happy and blown away with the evening. Nancy was the biggest part of it. Ill always be greatful to her. -

Nancy was very responsive and got in touch with me quickly which I appreciated. We were in a rush because our last officiant cancelled on us a week before our wedding. I messaged Nancy hoping she would be available and she said she was. We had an entire phone call discussing the ceremony and I told her that I just needed to verify everything with my fiancé and we would get back to her later to book her. I went to work, came home and talked with my fiancé, and we decided we would pay the full price in the morning and secure her for our ceremony. I woke up to a message saying that since we didn’t get back to her she was no longer available and she used the fact that it was Easter weekend as part of her excuse. Even though we are only having a small elopement that would last maybe 30 minutes on the day BEFORE Easter, and she was aware of the date from the VERY beginning... I was very upset and confused so I tried to message her and clear up any issues and she would not respond to me. Very unimpressed with the professionalism and as someone who works in the industry, could not imagine any of my brides being treated this way by vendors..
