  Rework your budget and make room for a wedding planner!

  I booked my wedding at La Casa Toscana in Fort Myers a year out, and at the time, Becky was the exclusive wedding coordinator, providing day-of coordination. I knew Becky was highly regarded in the industry, and being that we lived out of town, had a newborn, and demanding full-time jobs, I knew that we would need some help! We decided to upgrade to a full service wedding planning package with the Mostly Becky team, and I am so grateful we did!
  
  At first, I'll be honest, it was hard to truly see the value in our decision to go with a full service wedding planner, because there was simply not a whole lot we could do a year out. But as time passed, and the wedding got closer, we immediately began to see a return on our investment.
  
  Becky was a lifesaver when it came to reminders, to-do lists, and overall guidance, and was super responsive whenever I had questions on my end.
  But the real magic came the weekend of our wedding. Becky led our rehearsal at the venue the evening before the wedding, and her positive attitude really set the tone for the weekend.
  
  The day of the wedding, when I arrived at the venue to get ready, I dropped off a bin full of decorative items with Becky, and that was LITERALLY the last time I had to lift a finger the entire day. From the moment I began getting ready with my girls, to the ceremony and reception, everything went off without a hitch! I cannot tell you how many times I heard the words "OMG everything was SO PERFECT" from my guests, and it's because it truly was like something out of a movie. Just so well executed by the Mostly Becky team.
  
  At the end of the night, we headed out and I completely forgot to stop at the bridal suite to gather my things, which I didn't realize until the next morning, Before I started to panic, my HUSBAND told me to checked the car, and of course, there it was - a box in the back seat with all of my items! Still shocked at how that managed to get to the car. How did they know those were my items? How did they get the keys to the car? We have no idea. Probably because they are magical wedding fairy's!
  
  Putting together a wedding is no small task, and it is hopefully, a once in a lifetime experience. If there is somewhere in your budget that you can trim down costs, so that you can hire Becky, DO IT! I feel so blessed for the manner in which we were able to experience our wedding day - at peace and present in every aspect, with absolutely no distractions.
  
  The Mostly Becky team exceeded my expectations with their "we've got your back" way of serving their brides (and grooms). THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

  Perfect level of support

  My husband and I opted for the day-of coordinator package, and it ended up being perfect for us. Even though we were very organized, Amanda helped get us over the finish line the month before, and the day-of Amanda and Juliet really shined. Juliet also attended and ran our rehearsal, which was very nice since we had a friend as our officiant. Together, Amanda and Juliet really helped our day go smoothly. We only had a Maid of Honor and Best Man, so it was even more important to us to have help so they could enjoy the day. It was wonderful having the Mostly Becky team there to work with the vendors and do random things that I’m sure I don’t even know about (I’m told they moved the cutting cake table out of the way of some rambunctious children on the dance floor), to hold my bouquet and veil during photos, and to keep things moving on time. It really allowed myself and my husband to have a worry-free day and truly enjoy ourselves. At one point I heard our venue coordinator start to ask Amanda about an email chain, and I was able to walk away – I have no idea what it was about, and I didn’t need to. One thing I also want to shout out is Amanda’s help in the lead up – we were the first couple to have a plated dinner at The Prelude, and it came with some unexpected complications. Amanda helped coordinate with the caterers and the venue to figure out the logistics, and even though I was nervous going into the day I’m not aware of any large hiccups and I think that is partially due to Amanda and Juliet. They were also both just wonderful people to work with and I’m so glad we had our help on our big day!

  Lifesavers

  Mostly Becky's team made our wedding day feel more like a party we got to attend rather than a party we had to manage! We were lucky to be paired with Amanda and Juliet for day-of-coordinating , and they were such an important part of our day. From coordinating with vendors ahead of time to Amanda literally letting me stand on her jacket to avoid getting my dress wet from the rain soaked pavement, we as a couple, family, and friends were all taken care of so well.

  Mostly Becky's team made our wedding day feel more like a party we got to attend rather than a party we had to manage!   Day of Coordination

  The Mostly Becky team was excellent. I hired them for the day of service and worked with Amanda. I appreciated that they went over the timeline with me and allowed me to give feedback for my wants. Also, they took the lead on contacting my vendors with it, which I so appreciated it.
  
  On the wedding day I knew they were there but they weren't hovering over me the entire time.
  
  The following day I mentioned to my mom that I don't even know if anything went wrong or if there were any hiccups with setup, vendors, workers, etc and that's kind of the point of having them. Maybe everything went totally fine, maybe it was all chaos behind the scenes...but I didn't have to deal with any of it and could just enjoy the day.

  Event/Day of Coordinator

  We had the joy of working with Amanda from the Mostly Becky Team and by the start of my wedding day I felt like we were best friends. She was prepared for all calls leading up to the wedding and would respond right away to emails. I would 1000% recommend hiring Mostly Becky for your wedding. Amanda literally ran across a hay field next to the venue to ask the farmer to stop while we had our ceremony. She calmed nervous and gave hugs. She was the best and everyone in our wedding party was impressed with her. Everyone knew who she was, she was the real boss! THANK YOU AMANDA!!

  If you gave me an ultimatum... to re-do my wedding day without my husband or to re-do my wedding day without Kari... I would think long and hard before I Google "Iowa annullment."
  
  All jokes aside, I truly cannot imagine my wedding weekend without the help of Kari and her team. Throughout the planning process and the weekend itself, she had an answer to every question or request and that answer was more often than not "it's already taken care of." They were so responsive from the beginning, helping me choose the custom package that fit my needs from their unique ala-carte style packages (why pay for a full planning package with calligraphy if you don't need custom stationary!) and answering all of my silly questions along the way. Kari spent the time getting familiar with my vendors and my wedding plans and was such a resource for myself, my vendors, and my family/wedding party. She also got to know me and anticipated when I felt stressed about timing or anything else, always checking in to offer reassurance or a bottle of water, whatever I needed! She kept us on time throughout the busy day without being pushy, even corralling the groomsmen to be where they needed to be.
  
  I could go on and on about how priceless Mostly Becky's services are, but I will just say that they are worth their weight in gold and will make your wedding as smooth and seamless as possible! Thank you Becky and Kari!

  Your Fairy God Mother

  I cannot say enough nice things about Becky! She is a consummate professional and she takes the time to see everything through from start to polished finish. I was a little worried about the cost of a wedding planner but Becky was worth every cent and so much more!
  
  Like most women, I had a very specific vision of what I wanted my wedding to be (and like most women my wedding has been planned in my head since I was five years old). Becky looked at my dream Pinterest boards and made it into a logistical reality. I didn’t have to worry about a thing with Becky, she consulted me on what I wanted and double checked with me before she made purchases on my behalf to make sure I was happy. It was exactly want I wanted, someone just telling me how much and where to sign. Honestly, if this was a fairytale, she would be the Fairy Godmother coming in to help with dozens of little mice. I appreciated her preferred vendors list, too. She said if she were having a wedding, the people on her list is who she would entrust her wedding with. Well what is good enough for the Fairy Godmother is good enough for me. You won’t be sorry if you book Becky as your wedding planner, in fact it may be your most important wedding purchase (other than the ring, of course)!

  Kari was a complete godsend!

  I cannot get over how incredibly attentive, comforting, and organized Kari was for me. My husband and I felt COMPLETELY taken care of during the whole process and day of and can’t recommend the Mostly Becky team enough!

  Becky and her team were effortless! As the photographer, she made working with her and all the other vendors fun, easy going, and made the entire day a seamless and enjoyable event. She communicates ahead of everything and I felt like we were on the same page from beginning to end. She is exactly who you want to help coordinate and keep your wedding day running smoothly!!

  Becky Saves the Day!!

  From start to finish, I felt like I was in great hands. I worked with both Kari and Becky. Kari was so thorough and so fun to work with! We went over an amazingly thorough list and she thought of so many things and small details I would’ve forgotten. They’ve done so many weddings that they had such valuable and useful advice. I feel having Becky and her team alongside me during my wedding allowed me to be more a little bit more relaxed, more present in the moment, and really made it easier for me enjoy the day.
  
  I wasn’t sure if I wanted to book a day of coordinator, and made a decision towards the end of my planning to do it. I am SO happy I did, and am grateful I had an all-star team. The ease of mind was PRICELESS…but also Becky really helped us out when we had a major problem pop up. What really seemed like a hopeless disaster (that popped up within hours of the wedding) was saved by Becky and I can’t behind to describe my gratitude for how quickly she was able to fix it.
  
  If I had to do it all over, I would pick Mostly Becky again and again. Her guidance and organization is a true gift.

  Resilient and delightful

  The BEST wedding planner!!

  Where do I begin? I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner because it is hard for me to let go of control and trust someone else to plan...especially relating to my WEDDING. I am am so happy to say that all of my hesitancy went away right when I began working with Mostly Becky!
  
  Kari was my day of wedding planner and she was AMAZING. She got involved in the planning process approximately 1-2 months before the wedding day. Right from the beginning, she was kind and friendly and so extremely helpful. Fast forward to my wedding day and Kari was my right hand girl. She was there for my every need, constantly reminding me that it was HER job to coordinate and help. I was finally able to relax and it was because I trusted Kari and knew she had it under control.
  
  Kari was fantastic at handling both the little and big details. She was also SO patient any time I asked her if a task had been done or inevitably tried to micromanage...and let me just say, every time I asked or tried, she was one step ahead of me and the task was already completed! Lastly, she was so kind and friendly. I was so grateful to have her by my side because she was involved in every aspect and I will always look back with such fond memories of Kari being part apart of my wedding day!

  Wedding Coordinator + Styling

  “Wedding Planner” truly does not even begin to entail all the Becky is and does!! She is truly amazing and every brides best friend!! I felt her genuineness from the moment I met her. Becky was amazing from the very beginning! Every spur of the moment idea of mine was made reality within minutes by Becky! She took my dreams and made them art for my wedding day, even more so than I had imagined. She was also an absolute pleasure to have on the day. She naturally commanded the attention of everyone when needed, but was a also a reassuring friend to me, the wedding party, and the family. From moving vases and lanterns and preparing candles for the event, to handing me a tissue as I walked down the isle to searching for the perfect plates, glasses, and fabric. My perfect day would not have been as seamless without her. She kept the day flowing with the timeline while also making sure every single flower and decoration was even more magical than I had planned. My guests even raved about how kind and fun she was! She was truly such a blessing. Every detail and the hard work she put in to every little detail did not go unnoticed by us and we are so thankful for all that she did, even if we didn’t have time in the moment to say so (:

  Flawless wedding day!

  Weddings are stressful...or at least so we heard. When the wedding day came around we were able to focus completely on enjoying our special day because we KNEW Mostly Becky had the details covered! Their team went over and above our expectations even after working with us to reschedule our entire day due to COVID. If you want to sit back and relax on your wedding day and just be able to be in the moment with your friends, family, and significant other then Mostly Becky are your people!

  Felt like Friends

  I had Kari Crisman with MostlyBecky, and absolutely loved her. With the pandemic going on, there were a lot of different things we had to worry about. She did an awesome job of letting me know what we could and could not do (and why) when it came to decorations. She would check with the venue on things if she wasn't 100% sure, to me that is huge that she checked before just making the call on things. She did a great job contacting me when she needed something, and I never felt annoyed or bothered by her when we needed to get in touch.
  When it came to the day of there were a couple other girls, as well as Kari, at our venue to help run things. They were all so nice, and it felt like I had a group of friends helping run our amazing day. Kari or one of the other girls were always checking on my husband and I to make sure we were doing well and if we needed anything. I also found out from my grandparents later on, that she also checked on them to ensure they didn't need anything and were happy.
  I didn't plan on having a coordinator, and when I found out that Kari with MostlyBecky comes with our venue for the day of, I honestly didn't think I needed it. Once we started working with Kari about a month out, I quickly realized that I wouldn't have been able to do it with out her. I highly recommend MostlyBecky if the rest of their coordinators and staff are like Kari!

  Working with Mostly Becky's team at La Casa Toscana was absolutely phenomenal. I have been dj'ing weddings for almost 10 years now. Being able to work with this team made it very easy. I knew exactly what's going on, whats up next and how much time I have. The entire night was organized with no hiccups. I would definitely use Becky and her team for future events
