Megan made my wedding day go by so easy !
I unfortunately had a server company that didn’t fulfill what they said they’d do on the contract but Megan stepped up and helped out .
She helped me organize the last details for the day before & the day of .
I was able to enjoy my day because of her help :) -

Wonderful Experience
We found Megan through my best friend. She did her wedding a few years ago. Miss Megan Janes made planning my wedding a breeze. Everything was perfectly organized and looked more perfect than I could even imagine. Throughout the whole process she kept me calm, cool and collected. Their was no way I could have made it without her. We had to reschedule twice due to covid. As soon as we rescheduled both times, she continued as if nothing had even happened. I cant thank her enough for making my wedding day, a day that I'll never forget. -

Excellent planner
Miss Megan Janes has put together numerous fundraiser events for us. We are a non profit and she has made our fundraisers so stress free and has brought us a great deal of funds to keep our non profit going. -

Definitely a must
Miss Megan and her assistant were great. They did partial planning for us as we were renowing our vows and they went above and beyond what I expected from a planner. I would highly recommend everyone hiring a planner. When we first got married, we didn't hire a planner and now I see why its neccescary. -

This woman is a nightmare!!
STAY AWAY!! My wedding was 4/2/22. She didn't show up at my wedding! Apparently, she was called out of town and failed to let me know! -

Stay away!
STAY AWAY! Booking her was by far the worst decision of our wedding planning process. Where do I start? We hired her as a Day-of-Coordinator and let's just say she was nowhere to be found! At the rehearsal, she stood in the back and did not help at all. She sat back and watched as I gathered everyone together, made announcements and lined people up. My entire bridal party asked me afterwards who was supposed to be my coordinator because Megan didn't do a thing or even speak to anyone. Fast forward to the wedding day and I honestly forgot I hired her. We took first look photos and once again, she was nowhere to be found. My photographer and bridal party all had to communicate with each other to get everyone organized for the photos. Megan did not contact me or anyone in my party to to get us in place or even come to my room once the entire day! I had to text guests to see when I needed to come down to walk out for the ceremony! During the ceremony she didn't help anyone line up (I am pretty sure she never learned anyone's names) or instruct them when to walk out. Thank goodness for the venue event sales staff, or the ceremony would not have happened! She stood under the stairs the whole time and did not say a word. And finally, the MAIN issue, she left 2 hours early! We specifically had in our contract that we needed her to stay and help break down and gather our personal items. She left after the cake cutting!! When I called her over and over to find out what happened she said "the venue staff said they would clean up"!! Yes, they clean up the tables and dishes, but they are not responsible for our personal belongings! She did not fulfill at least half of the duties we contracted her to do, and after promising us a full refund, she has ghosted us. She has not returned any of our calls and texts for 10 days.
So unprofessional and not worth the headache. I was better off saving the money and paying my bridal party, who fulfilled most of her duties. We feel scammed by her and extremely frustrated that she does not even have the courtesy to contact us back after messing up such an important day for us. -
