I have so many great things to say about Milan Pepper Films but i’ll start with their team is incredible!! Let me tell you why…
I reached out with a very odd request. It wasn’t to have them film my wedding but to re-create my wedding video with the (not so raw) footage I had. A challenge at best but they gladly agreed.
The original wedding video we received was missing a lot of the wedding day. Important moments were left out of the video, no ceremony or reception coverage etc. I really wanted a video that would cover our entire wedding day. I had an idea in mind on what I hoped the new video would turn out like… let me tell you THEY SURPASSED all my expectations!!
After my new video was delivered I instantly felt like I was brought back to my wedding day. It was put together so beautifully, better than I could’ve ever wished for. I was blown away by how they were able to take the raw footage and story together our day from their point of view as editors.
I am so thankful to have this new beautiful video that I will watch for years to come, show to my future kids one day and watch on every anniversary.
Thank you Milan Pepper Films for making my wedding video dreams come true. You are true artists and any bride will be so very lucky to have your team film their wedding day.

I can't tell you how many sites I have been on or how many reviews I have read until I finally came across Hector with Milan Pepper Films. I was starting to feel so discouraged because many vendors I had spoken to were either way out of budget or not really the style my fiance and I were going for. Then we met Hector. He was soooo nice and so reassuring on the day of our first meeting. He showed us his work and through our conversation, I felt we all just really vibed well which was a huge plus for me. It didn't take long for us to leave a deposit and set up our engagement shoot. He offers great deals and really works with your budget which we truly appreciate. Fast forward to our engagement session, he was on time and was amazing at offering direction and making us feel so at ease. My fiance and I couldn't wait for our pictures and our video! He shocked us when he had it ready so soon! Our friends and family loved the pictures and video and won't stop complimenting his work! Thank you so much Hector for all you do! We can't wait for you to capture all of our memories on our big day!! -

Where to start..
My experience with Hector and Milan Pepper Films has been Night and Day. We first contacted Hector to discuss videography for my March 2019 wedding. We met up at a cafe near our church and venue and he was very sweet and you could tell radiated passion for his work. My then fiancé and I were convinced this guy is the one for the job. We felt he would be the best person to capture and edit our video m, after all, he was the only person we discussed our visions with. Once we signed the contract we were set. Few months later, we contacted him again and this time it we would trust him with our engagement shoot. He was running a special and we couldn't resist. The engagement shoot was great with him giving us direction and capturing great shots. I left him an amazing detailed review.
Fast forward to our wedding day and the miserable months after. Our special day came and I was so excited for the filming of our wedding! He assured me that he would have a second shooter with him to capture many reactions and shots he wouldn't be able to. First of all, his second shooter looked like he was 13 and didn't seemed at all experienced! Hector was the only one I saw filming and his second shooter never left his side. I didn't know if it was a cousin or a brother that he asked to tag a long to label him a "second shooter", but I had no confidence in this guys skill. Any footage I did gtbthatbhe could have filmed was grainy and cell phone quality. That was strike 1. Strike 2 was during our photography session outside our venue. Our photographer and her legitimate second shooter were AMAZING! They took so many beautiful shots and I could tell they have worked for a long time. There were no need for words with them. They knew exactly what shots to take and were so in sync. Just when I thought Hector would give us direction for the filming, NOTHING. I even asked him if he has any idea for us or would like us to do something he had in mind for filming and he simply said "No." My fiancé and I both looked at each other and tried to shrug it off but I honestly felt like he let our photographers do all the work while he just holds the camera. No passion, no enthusiasm radiated from him. I felt extremely let down and not special at all. Strike 3 is the most upsetting. I could have overlooked the previous strikes if he hadn't been so negligent with us. I felt like another number when it came to the editing and delivery of our wedding video. Our contract clearly stated the delivery would be in 55 business days. I understand it takes a while to edit and sometimes delays can happen, but I couldn't believe it took 80+ days for us to finally see our 5+ minute highlight video!! What's worse is the lack of responsiveness and professionalism we encountered! My husband and I had sent him countless texts/emails/and phone calls with no response. NOTHING! And I will be clear when I say all were extremely polite and even tried to be understanding, but it the wait was unbearable. I became extremely depressed and anxiety ridden not knowing if we would ever hear from him or ever see our video. My husband finally decided Facebook messenger would surely help. He got a call back from him saying he had been out of the country filming and he would call him back. Did he? NO. My husband sent a final email, but this time informing him that he and I would start the process of taking legal action, although this wouldn't resolve anything because no amount could ever equal the value of our memories. And guess what? We got an email back. Not from Hector, but his Customer Service Rep. she apologized and assured my husband we'd have it in 2 weeks. She also mentioned this at Hector no longer does video editing, but focuses on the filming. I was fuming! At no point in time was his ever mentioned to us or disclosed. He was the only person we spoke to about our vision and at that point the only person we trusted to execute it. So not only have we been waiting 80+ days, but now we learned he wasn't even doing the job! Now 2 weeks pass after that email and nothing. I email her myself and let her know how unprofessional this whole ordeal has been and how heartbreaking it has been for me as a bride. She then says they have had such a busy summer and they would rather send quality work than just anything. So, just another number. Three weeks after that email, we finally get our video. Am I thrilled? Of course. Am I impressed? NO. Sadly, I may have expected a little too much from Hector and his company because what we received doesn't come close to the vision we had and discussed with Hector. At this point, my husband and I were just happy to receive clips of our families who had traveled near and far to be with us that day. He and I had referred couples to him and I have called each and every one to warn them about him and his services. One couple wasn't so lucky and had already booked and paid. I wish I was writing a raving review, but I have to be 100% honest. Never again.
