  Responsive, helpful caterer

  Michael’s catering was an easy choice for us. Jann was so responsive, helpful, and easy to work with since the beginning. Our email chain was the longest I’ve ever had on my email before! Everything was so perfect from the linens, plates, food and service! I literally have no complaints at all, everything was perfect! We were so lucky to have had such great food with great service! Seriously still getting compliments from people about the food! We loved the carved bourbon smoked beef and Mac and cheese! 1000% recommend, they helped our day be so smooth and easy!!

  I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

  We can not recommend Michael’s Catering enough. I am sitting in the airport getting ready to leave for my honeymoon while I leave this review because that’s how many people have reached out to us to tell us how great the food was at our wedding last night. As for our experience with the Michael’s team - stellar! Jann was BY FAR our favorite vendor to deal with; by the time wedding day arrived we truly felt like Jann was more of a guest at our wedding than a vendor. Michael’s Catering is top notch quality, incredibly responsive and honest with clients. Through this process we found some vendors would give a ball park price then nickel and dime you along the way. That never happened with our catering; Jann and the staff was upfront with pricing (very reasonable when compared to other caterers in the area) from day one and never wavered. Absolutely book with Michael’s Catering!!

  Don't look any further - Michael of Windsor is Where It's At!

  Hard to summarize the amazing experience that we had with Jann and Michael at Michael's of Windsor in such few words. Both Jann and Micheal were truly incredible to work with throughout the entire planning process and were so helpful for our vision and ideas of what we wanted for our wedding, not only food wise, but linens, placement of tables and decorations, and so much more.
  
  They were always available to have calls with and go over details with and share ideas. Not only was their food and presentation amazing, but the overall service from them and their staff blew us and our guests away. They helped with so many little details beyond just the catering to make our day perfect.
  
  They provide amazing food and service and go above and beyond to make your big day as perfect and easy as possible and I cannot express how appreciated that it. I highly recommend Michaels of Windsor for anyone who is looking to have high quality, fairly priced meals and outstanding service for their wedding or event.

  Outstanding Caterer in South Central PA

  Michael’s Catering was a gem to have as the caterer for our daughter’s wedding. Jann was super responsive and helpful throughout the process. Compared to other caters, Jann was extremely remarkable. We were really pleased in how she managed the tasting, setting the menu, providing the china/linens, etc. and getting us answers. Her advice about how to schedule/organize the cocktail hour/meal/reception were outstanding. More importantly, the quality of the food and service was over the top! We had many guests remark how great the food was, including a number who said how much better the food was compared to other weddings they attended recently.
  
  Michael’s Catering also provided great service in managing a slightly different dessert situation, with pies instead of cake and helping manage a Cookie Table. We were also thrilled with her pricing. We got a great package and could not say enough wonderful things about this caterer.
  
  We highly recommend Michael’s Catering! You can’t go wrong with Jann and the food and service she provides.

  Wonderful! Book Them!!

  Jann and her team were so wonderful for our wedding. The food was absolutely delicious! Jann was very responsive during the planning process. She was very accommodating with things and was very professional. Her and her team were so kind! She brought our vision to life and all of the linens they provided were awesome! The cutlery was so nice too! I couldn’t recommend Micheals Catering enough! Thanks again Jann! It was a joy working with you!

  Don't think twice about booking Michael's Catering!

  We sincerely cannot recommend Michael's catering enough. First of all, the food was absolutely delicious, and in terms of planning and communication—we could not have asked for anything more from the moment we first made contact with Jann, to the end of our wedding night.
  
  Jann is an absolute pleasure to work with—I honestly miss communicating with her on a regular basis now that our wedding has passed! She is extremely quick to respond, and went above and beyond to answer all of our many, many questions and make sure we felt comfortable with all of the decisions we were making throughout the planning process.
  
  Jann & Michael were so accommodating—we had a few details throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner service that were important to us and they made sure that everything was perfect. They even did some custom recipe experimenting for us to accommodate a special request we had for cocktail hour.
  
  Now on to the food... Everything they make is SO delicious—consistently fresh & tasty. We had a large wedding (~250 people), and the food could not have been any better. Everything from cocktail hour to dinner service was just so yummy. We got TONS of compliments from our guests on how delicious the food was, and also how wonderful the staff was. All of the servers were efficient and kind. Don't think twice about booking them!!

  Wonderful Food & Service

  Not only is the food excellent but Jann is the best! From the tasting to the actual wedding we could not be happier with our choice :) You cannot go wrong with choosing them. They have many delicious options to choose from and Jann was there to answer any questions/concerns. They were so professional, the presentation was beautiful, and so many people told us how good the food was.

  Phenomenal Job

  Hands down, the best caterer out there! Michael and Jann are phenomenal to work with. They made sure we had an opportunity to taste the food before booking, had great communication, affordable prices, and AMAZING food! Throughout the cocktail hour they had servers continuously passing out appetizers, the buffet was hot and delicious and they were attentive to us and any dietary needs. We would rebook them again in a heart beat! Phenomenal job!

  Absolutely fantastic food and loved working with them

  Bad weather, shining caterer

  Venue Lauxmont Farm Rotunda. Weather, torrential rain. Attendees, 150+. Atmosphere, love and fun to the max. Food vendor, Michaels Catering with a menu of deliciousness and professionalism and service matching our guests happiness. Their food was as good as when we had a tasting 1 year before. I highly recommend the Parmesan crusted chicken breast, mac & cheese and smoked beef. All were delicious and served with elegance. We tip our hats to Michael’s catering and truly think them for the success of our wedding event.

  Beyond Amazing

  Jann was so incredibly helpful from day one. First thing we did was email Jann to set up a tasting the food was incredibly delicious I wanted it all lol) After that was a start into lot of planning and Jann couldn’t have made the process easier. She is a true professional and masters her work.

  Excellent service and even better personalities

  Jann was the best! I knew from the moment of our tasting this was going to be our caterer. She was so quick to respond, broke down pricing into a lump sum to make it easy and even made the food to our personalities and the season. I got so many compliments!

  Highly Recommend!

  I loved working with Michael’s catering! The owners are the nicest people. Our whole experience with them was nothing but wonderful. They prepared dinner for our wedding and killed it! Jann even prepared our plates and checked up on us during the reception. The displays were beautiful and it all tasted even better. Highly recommend!!

  Friendly, Professional, Excellent

  Jann and her team were beyond amazing for our wedding day!! Her responsiveness to any question we threw her way was quick, friendly, and helpful. They were always straightforward on pricing (no gimmicks or hidden costs). We are thankful to have have found someone we knew we could trust with every detail of catering for our day.   Jan and Mike are so warm & welcoming and make your wedding day feel like the most magical and special day of your life! They go above and beyond to make sure your wants and needs are met. THE FOOD is AMAZING! All of our guests kept raving about the meal and desserts, even going back for seconds! I could not thank Jan, Mike and all of their staff enough. This team was the best decision I made, they truly feel like family at the end of the night and are always looking at the best interest of the bride and groom.

  Everything we were hoping for in a catering service

  Michael's Catering was the first vendor we contacted about planning a wedding for our daughter on our home property. They guided us through the process and when it came to the wedding day they did everything that they said they would, and more. Every detail was beautiful and perfectly executed. The appetizers and the meal were delicious and the bartending service was on queue! What a memorable day! Can't wait to plan another event with them.

  The Perfect Caterer!

  We hired Michael's catering for our wedding. Their prices are very reasonable and they are very accommodating. I had guests with several food allergies and they prepared separate meals for those guests so they were still able to enjoy our dinner. Those guests were so honored that Jann and Michael were able to do that for them. All night and even after the wedding, everyone talked about how delicious the food was and several even said "it was the best wedding food they've ever had." Michael's Catering went above and beyond with helping to set up and clean up after the meal. I highly recommend them for your catering needs!

  The Absolute BEST

  My (now) husband and I used Michael's Catering to cater our wedding in July. This was the best choice ever!! Jann is one of the sweetest women I've ever met and answered the thousands of questions I asked, whether it was directly related to catering or not. The prices are fair and include sooo much. No need to worry about renting the right amount of wine glasses or champagne flutes--everything is included in one comprehensive price. But probably most importantly, the food is FANTASTIC!! We had a hard time choosing things during our tasting because everything was so delicious. We thought, well surely when they are cooking for 120 people, the food might not be as good as at our tasting...we were wrong. So many guests raved about our food, even weeks later. Most people do not expect to have food of that quality at a wedding. I was actually really sad that we were so busy with pictures that we didn't get to enjoy much of cocktail hour and the food served then. Jann and her husband Michael exceeded our expectations, and I would recommend them to everyone!

  Jann is simply the best

  Michael's did a fabulous job with everything. I got many compliments about the food and was told they had to force themselves to stop eating. They provide linens and silverware, and they can also provide the cake and a bartender if you choose. For me it was so nice to have one less thing to worry about.
  
  Jann is great to work with; she has a great personality, and I guarantee she will make you laugh. She has a lot of expertise in the wedding industry and answered all my questions even when they weren't related to food. When I found out last minute I need three more high tops; Jann saved the day by adding them to the order and even brought them with her to the venue.

  Outstanding food!

  We chose Michael’s catering as our food vendor and we just can’t say enough great things about them! The food was outstanding and we received so many compliments! Everything we selected was so good, the chicken, beef and the Mac and cheese! Jan was so easy to work with, made everything fun and even hooked me up with my own bottle of ranch dressing! I’m not a fan of balsamic but this made me feel so special! We loved having them as a part of our special day. We would absolutely recommend them!!

  Family Level Service

  We knew we were going to go with Jann and Michael from the first time we met them! We instantly clicked and they made us feel like family throughout the entire process. Their professionalism is well above average with quick response times to my millions of questions and to my specific wedding day requests being met at the highest standard. Now on to the food...this is all most of our guests talked about. Everything was delicious and well presented. I would recommend them to everyone I know!

  An Absolute Joy to Work With

  Michael's did a FANTASTIC job with our wedding reception.
  
  Prior to the big day, we had quite a few email conversations with Jann to iron out all the details, ask questions, and make adjustments. She always responded quickly with a level of personalization and joy that was so fun...regardless of how "annoying" we were being. Lol. When we met her for our tasting, she welcomed us into her home and made us feel like old family friends as we sampled the selections we'd made...and even some that we didn't!
  
  On our wedding day, the only real interaction we had with Jann and her ultra-professional, super-conscientious, wonderful staff was when we sat down at our sweetheart table following our first dance. She approached us to offer a quick word of congratulations and to let us know that she would be preparing plates for us, that we didn't have to worry about a thing throughout the entire reception. The plates, and drinks, showed up in just minutes and the food was incredible!
  
  We heard from almost every one of our guests that their own interactions with Jann and her staff were very good...not to mention how much they enjoyed the food.
  
  We couldn't be happier with our experience with Michael's and would highly recommend them to any and all couples looking for a professional, friendly, hard-working, and delicious caterer for their wedding day.

  Fantastic food and fantastic people!

  Jann and Mike did so much to make our wedding day everything we dreamed of. As a bride wedding planning can super stressful but Jann was so helpful and made going over all of our different options from food to linens and flatware so much fun! Also on the day of Jann and Mike both did so much to make sure that we were able to enjoy our day without any worries. The food exceeded expectations (10/10 recommend hot crab dip, meat balls and mashed potato bar), and the adult slushies that they offer are a must on your wedding day. We are so glad we got to have Michael's cater our big day, from set up to clean up and everything in between thank you guys for everything you did for us!!

  Jann and her husband are wonderful! The food was amazing from taste testing to the actual wedding day! Jann is wonderful to work with. Always answered my questions fast. And always checked in on us leading up to the wedding day.. and of course during our wedding! Very professional. Jann and her team were amazing come wedding day. Cocktail hour I saw the servers mingling and making sure everyone was served. Reception time was just as great! She took care of us (bride and groom). And everyone enjoyed the food! She was the sweetest person. I had no worries come my wedding day!
