Amazing dj services that can put your mind at ease with the quality of the service.

Chris was amazing. After being nervous about planning a wedding for months, and not knowing what I’m doing, Chris came in and resolved most of the issues we were having. From timeline of the wedding to the synchronization of events, ideas for games, queue music, and how to heard people to different areas a different times. I am so grateful for somebody that was so flexible and could help meet with us prior to the event and work with us to get it perfect. His professionalism is commendable. I think that the thing that I most enjoyed was how fun he made the event, with him there I didn’t stress out at all!

best dj I could have asked for!

If you're in need of a DJ, I could not recommend Chris from Memories of Muzic more!! He was the DJ for our wedding and he was great with communication and ensured every detail was talked about beforehand. During the wedding, he did an amazing job keeping the flow of pace and creating a fun and enjoyable environment! The music was just what we wanted and we heard from multiple guests how much they enjoyed the DJ! Would definitely recommend it for any event you may have!!

Amazing to work with

We met Chris at the wedding show in October of 2019. He is awesome to work with and walked us through every step of the process. The day of the wedding he was all over helping with anything and everything we may have needed. He went above and beyond for us. I couldn’t have asked for a better DJ.

Chris did a great job! He kept the party going and was very flexible with our last minute changes. He was very funny and kept the crowd going. Great job putting things together and acting as an emcee. He was clear in his timeline with us and stayed true to that. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to have a great wedding reception! :)

Chris was amazing to work with! Not only is he a phenomenal DJ, but he went way beyond my expectations. Even when I thought that my wedding was going to fall apart one month before our planned day due to the need of finding a new venue, Chris was more than willing to come to the new venue and help talk about the best set-up for the area. He has great input and advice, but also listened to what I wanted. There was a slight communication error with one of the songs during the ceremony, but in the scheme of what Chris did, it was minimal. I wouldn't have chosen any other DJ! Thanks a bunch, Chris!!

Let's just say our wedding had the potential to be a flop when a huge thunderstorm and ridiculous amounts of rain came down on our outdoor reception while we were at the Church getting married.....the good news is, it wasn't a flop. My wedding reception turned out to be nothing short of amazing and a huge part of this was due to Chris.

From day 1 working with Chris I could tell his professionalism and experience would pay off. He is organized and his online planning sheets are super helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better resource in planning. However, I think his true professionalism and talent really shined though with the circumstances of my wedding.

When I arrived at my reception everything had been neatly moved into a garage. Thats right...my wedding turned into a garage party. But thats ok, because everything we planned to happen, happened because of Chris. He was able to be flexible and kept things organized and the party going despite the complete chaos mother nature bestowed on us that day.

In the end, the rain stopped and we had our first dance under an amazing sunset. Followed by, seriously, the best wedding reception ever. Chris knows how to get people to dance and have fun. I don't think there was a person at my reception that didn't dance.

Our goal for our wedding reception was for everyone to have a blast celebrating with us. Chris made this happen even more than I could have imagined. I can't tell you how many people told me that it was the best wedding they had ever been to.

Hands down I would recommend Chris and Memories of Muzic to anyone who needs a DJ. If he can make a wedding reception turned garage party, the best reception me (the bride), my husband and a ton of our guest had ever attended, he must be the best.

Chris did an amazing job as the DJ at our wedding. He knows how to have fun and interact with people. He has so much experience at what 'works' at a wedding and was very helpful with suggestions. Everyone had an amazing time. Our reception went so smooth and flowed. We owe most of it to Chris. I interviewed several local DJs - Chris was an immediate standout for two reasons:
1. He actually listened to what *I* wanted for my ceremony and reception. He took the time to get a feel for my vision and *then* offered ideas and advice to compliment my concept. If I decided to go a different direction - he was totally on board without any issue or argument.
2. After our initial consult with Chris - my fiancé was actually excited and engaged in the planning process! Ladies, it's easy to get tunnel vision when planning your dream wedding - Chris made the extra effort to get to know my groom and had great "guy-friendly" suggestions to get the ball rolling. He was the only DJ we interviewed that made my fiancé a focus - which meant a lot to my fiancé, and by extension, meant a lot to me as well!

He was on time and professional setting up, worked well with my other vendors . He did the majority of our lighting as well and it was fabulous!

During the wedding and reception, Chris was all about "rolling with the punches". We had a last minute drop in guest count that effected our reception plans, family drama, and a toddler in the ceremony - I didn't have to stress about anything. He was right there with a backup plan for everything that came up. He was prepared, had a solid grasp on my wedding plan/vision and adjusted accordingly. I was able to enjoy the party and my guests - who were on the dance floor having a great time themselves!

Finally, I had this big grand vintage Hollywood getaway envisioned, but the night before the wedding, it didn't look like we could make it happen. Chris found a way to get spotlights set up, everybody lined up outside, and singing along to "Don't Stop Believin'". I'm not quite sure how he did it, but like I said - I didn't have to worry about anything, he had it covered! It was definitely one of our favorite moments and we have Chris to thank for that.

I definitely recommend Memories of Muzic!

He gave me his overall opinion of our wedding and from his recommendations we hired a wedding coordinator to help us with our tight timeline. We found out that there were a few sound quirks at our venue that even the venue didn't tell us! Our wedding music was everything we ever hoped for! Thank you Chris for digging in your archives to find "Nothing Else Matters" with the longer intro! Our guests said that our wedding was the most fun wedding they have been to because of the music. When a song would end, people would start to head off the dance floor but then stay because "oh! I love this song!". Our guests couldn't stop talking about how awesome the DJ was! Wow. I have nothing but good things to say about Chris (DJ) and his wife Michelle (planner). We met Chris at my Brother-in-law's wedding, where they hired him last minute due to their other DJ cancelling. When we saw how Chris got everyone dancing at that no alcohol, vegan wedding, we knew he was the one for us. He was very flexible with everything, from how vocal he was, to letting us "scratch" at the wedding! I did hear through the grapevine that the music was a little loud, but I didn't think so at all. Maybe because I was the party-ing bride at that point!

Michelle was also wonderful. I gave her photos of what I wanted, and she followed them to a T. I can't wait to see the pictures, because I hardly saw all the decor in the whirlwind. But what I did see, what exactly how I envisioned it. I had hired her for Day-of Services, but I know she worked hard well before that day to give us our dream wedding.

They were both very well priced, and totally worth the money for the hassle free wedding I felt I had! I found out about a few glitches the next day, but would have never known had nobody told me! That's how a bride should feel on her wedding day, and that's what Chris and Michelle gave us.

I have no doubt that I drove Chris up the wall with my “I don’t know, you choose” comments. Basically I knew the genre of the music I wanted to play, that’s about it. We are so happy with the song choices that he played. He did an excellent job of digging into his archives to find the perfect Motown music to make our reception amazing.

Memories of Muzic uses this amazing checklist to make sure that any option you have where music plays, it is covered by a song you decide on. Chris did everything in his power to make sure we were happy before the wedding so we had nothing to worry about on our special day. We would use Memories of Muzic again for any event!

I have no doubt that I drove Chris up the wall with my “I don’t know, you choose” comments. Basically I knew the genre of the music I wanted to play, that’s about it. Chris was great! He met with us several times to get all the details just right! He had a lot of great ideas to help the flow of the day and an extensive knowledge of music. He made our wedding run smoothly and I don't know what we would have done without him.

Chris was great. He made the planning portion fun, but very clear it was serious to get the right feel for the wedding. He promised my fear of everyone not dancing would not happen. He was right, almost everyone got up and danced and had a GREAT time.

Chris and Michelle were awesome to work with, they were true to the heart of the bride and grooms taste and even helped them with suggestions that we did not even think of that made the wedding and ceremony event over the top. Thanks Ann and fmy.

Very friendly and professional! Always quick with any call backs, made our wedding more than we could have dreamed of, kept quest on their feet and involved and always knew what was the best thing to be playing next! I would never go with another Dj service and his prices are amazing foe how much they work with you to make you day the best it can be!

Chris was the best!! We have used him for a couple of other functions already and referred him to a couple other firends who are thinking of booking him. He is courteous and fun throughout the whole reception (which for us lasted 7 hours). And his prices are better than any other DJ that we looked up. We reccommend him for anyone looking for a DJ for any event.

I had Chris for the whole day of my wedding & his fiancé was there also helping. They were so helpful all the way through the planning process. They made sure we had everything we wanted for our day. They even stood by us when our reception venue was being awful. Thank you so much!
