Catherine was a very effective wedding coordinator and was highly attentive to our needs. We've exchanged many emails throughout the year and she was always prompt to respond to our questions and concerns. It was a destination wedding for us (30 guests) and so her recommendations for makeup artist (Melissa, who was wonderful), White Rock beach setting (with foliage, lava rock, and picturesque setting sun), officiant (Pia, also wonderful), and musician (Jamie Lawrence, who learned to play "Blowing in the Wind" by Bob Dylan for our event!!) were all grade A recommendations. She also recommended staying at Hotel Wailea, and our family and friends really enjoyed staying there for the weekend, relaxing all day in the spa/ pool area. The beach was conveniently located close to where we were staying and where our reception was (Gannon's restaurant).
Catherine worked alongside with Jennifer, and although I had most of my correspondence with Catherine over the year, both of them came the day of the wedding to prepare and gather people at the beach and at Gannon's. It almost looked like it was going to rain that day too, but it didn't, and I was happy to find out that they had already thought of a backup plan in case.
As our wedding experience unraveled, it became apparent that everything we needed was in order and the entire wedding went without a hitch. We thank them very much and in our opinion they did an exceptional job at creating a very memorable wedding for us and our families.
