Mammoth Mountain is an incredible place to have your wedding. It is truly a unique venue/caterer for a wedding because they have so many options for the setting, size, food, drinks, etc. They have a wide range of venues based on the type of wedding you want, that accommodate any number of people ranging from an intimate wedding to a several-hundred-person wedding. The menu provided by their caterer is incredibly diverse, including different cuisines, but also different degrees of "fanciness" ranging from street food to plated fine dining. Mammoth staff is incredibly helpful, and they do the best job at reminding you of deadlines leading up to the big day, whether that be payment deadlines, or creative deadlines. They assign you a Wedding Coordinator who truly does a bulk of the work when it comes to planning and executing the wedding. Our Coordinator, Kristin, held our hand throughout the planning process, and made it incredibly easy to plan a wedding for the first time. On the day of, I did not have to worry about a thing; she coordinated everything with our vendors and kept us to our schedule all night. Mammoth Mountain is truly a unique vendor for a wedding, and I could not recommend it enough.

Mammoth Mountain and the wedding planners and staff associated with the resort have been nothing but wonderful since we first went to their Wedding Gala a few years back. Even when our wedding had to get postponed when COVID struck this year, to when we had to postpone it even further to 2022, the staff have been nothing but supportive of our decisions, and understood why we had to make said changes. I've only worked with Mammoth's wedding planners so I cannot compare them to any other locales, but I would definitely recommend them! They have all been friendly, helpful, and easygoing since the first time my fiance and I approached them like deer in headlights at the nervousness of broaching the subject of wedding planning.

I cannot wait until March 2022 when my fiance and I finally get married on Mammoth Mountain!

Mammoth and June have always held a special place in our hearts so for my now husband and I it was an easy decision on where we wanted to have our wedding. The entire planning process with MMSA was such a wonderful experience. We specifically worked with Amanda and Paige who were immensely helpful and supportive. They had such a quick response time to my questions and helped put me at ease when I was stressed about the weather or contacting other vendors. (Something to consider is “mountain time”. Vendors in this area may vary in their own response times, but rest assured they will get back to you. They’re giving couples the attention they also deserve.)

We also hired outside coordination as well as vendors from out of town and MMSA’s communication and collaboration with the other members of our wedding team was beyond seamless. We had our ceremony at Forest Chapel and the reception at Camp High Sierra on a day in which the fall mountain weather could not decide what it wanted to do (sun, cloudy, drizzle/rain, windy!!). I’ll never forget the kindness of the Mammoth catering staff who gave us warm drinks and ushered us into the reception area during cocktail hour to thaw by the fireplace because we spent nearly thirty minutes in the cold taking our portraits!! While they do work with so many couples, they truly make you feel valued and take the time to get to know you and your significant other to figure out how to nail all the details.

Our special day was perfect and so much more than we could have ever imagined.

Mammoth Lakes is a very special place for both my husband and I. Its our happy place that we escape to as much as we can all year long, and so, it was a no-brainer for us in selecting it as our wedding location. The team at Mammoth Mountain is absolutely fantastic. From inital inquiry to even well after the wedding, everyone was so kind, professional, diligent, and, extremely knowledgeable. They were patient and helpful with every question asked or idea presented. I really appreciate their collaborative approach leading up to our wedding - it made the planning so seamless, stress-free, and fun! Most importantly, my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. It was perfect in every way because of their awesome work. Our guests are still reminiscing and talking about it nearly 4 months after! Thank you to the entire MMSA wedding and catering team for making our special day absolutely perfect.

My husband and I got married at June Mountain, and we could not have been happier with our experience! The team made the wedding planning process easy from beginning to end - quick responses prior to booking, meeting our coordinator & vendors in person at the wedding expo, easy communication, and professional & flexible execution the day of. I want to say thank you to Kristin Gay for being there every step of the way, bringing the positivity and paying close attention to details, and to Jacob Erickson for his outstanding customer service, ability to adapt quickly, overall organization and high quality catering. If you are thinking about getting married at a Mammoth venue, do it!

Kelli & Amanda at Mammoth Mountain are amazing! We got married at the Sierra Star Golf Course and it was a gorgeous setting. There were wildflowers all around the venue in August. The day ran seamlessly and Kelli worked with all of our vendors ahead of time to make sure of that. The appetizers and food were good. Two things to consider before booking: 1. Travel is super hard for guests if they’re coming from out of town. There are limited flights to Bishop (40 mins away) and they’re expensive in the summertime. 2. While Mammoth Mountain is affordable and amazing, the other vendors in town couldn’t be worse in responding and pricing. IF you get a response for booking, prices are triple of vendors in bigger cities. All of our vendors traveled from out of town, and even with travel fees they were still cheaper than the mammoth vendors.

My now husband and I got married at the June Mountain Ski Lodge in June Lake (one of the many Mammoth Mountain venues). From our initial contacting of the venue through the process of booking, and then eventually having our wedding this team was amazing to work with. They were very easy to communicate with, answered all our questions in a timely manner and in general were spectacular. The day of couldn't have gone more smoothly, all due to their team. Our wedding was absolutely magical in part due to them!

Mammoth Mountain was the perfect venue for us! We chose this venue because it was beautiful and because there was mountain biking. Our wedding ceremony was on top of McCoy station and our reception in Parallax. The views were stunning and we had a blast! Our coordinator Amanda, was just amazing. She was responsive, very friendly and really made sure everything came together smoothly. There were so much to do from mountain biking (recommend doing after the wedding to make sure no one gets hurt), hiking, kayaking and enjoying the town. We definitely recommend this venue!

Loved loved LOVED getting married in Mammoth! It has been my dream to get married at Sierra Star since the first time we golfed there and it was everything I dreamed of. The team there was amazing and the food/drinks were great. The scenery was perfect and I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. Highly recommend MMSA!

Our wedding through Mammoth Mountain was absolutely a dream come true! They have always been very responsive and helpful since our very first inquiry email. We first decided to book with them after we attended one of the Spring Wedding Expos to scope our venues. The expo itself was beautiful and everyone we met was so professional and kind. We ended up working with Amanda and booked the Forest Chapel for the ceremony and Lincoln Bar for the reception. Both of the venues were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff were there for us at every turn. They made the planning process so seamless and made our vision come to life. We are not from the area so it was comforting to work with people we knew we could trust. Everyone was so helpful and thoughtful in making our day perfect for us and fun for our guests. All of our guests have been raving about the wedding ever since, and we wish we could do it all over again!

Long story short, we pulled off our dream wedding here, and the team made it easy.
As a queer couple, we held a little trepidation going into wedding planning, but everyone at Mammoth was absolutely warm, welcoming and professional.
Our coordinators Erica and Stacey, our catering manager Amanda, and all the Mammoth staff made the planning process seamless and uncomplicated. I can't understate what wonderful venders that came recommended from their preferred vendor list too (they'll get their own rave reviews.)
Even through two years of pandemic postponements, our team kept in touch and remained flexible until we were comfortable enough to finally have the wedding. (The complimentary-with-contract wedding galas were a blast in the meantime.)
When it did come time to nail down the details, we were blown away by how the team embraced our vision of a nerdy fantasy (LOTR) wedding. They are willing and equipped to pull off nearly any theme and vibe, and ours was certainly different, but it turned out absolutely perfect.

This team was magic - among a global pandemic, wild fire closures, and early surprise snow they have us options and comfort knowing they were on our side. Our wedding day was perfect and the venue and food was amazing! All our guests were impressed. Thank you Natalie, Amanda, and Peter at mammoth! We visit frequently and now we have extra special memories in our favorite place.

The team at MMSA is just amazing! There is no way we would have been able to pull off the most amazing day of our lives without their help. We reached out to them after we decided last minute to just go for it and have a wedding and I am shocked that they were able to pull everything together for us in just 2 months. They have been super responsive since the start, on helping us with choosing venues, colors, reservations, vendors, food, etc, and they worked with us with all our last minute choices. Natalie, our wedding coordinator, is incredible. She will work with and figure out whatever you throw at her and she will go the extra mile to help out with any difficulties during the day-of as well as during planning. She seriously alleviated so much stress for me. I couldn't have asked for more amazing people to help us with our wedding, don't hesitate to hire them, they will make everything so much easier for you!

We planned our wedding with Mammoth Mountain and are so, so glad we did. Our wedding was more lovely and magical than we could ever have expected, and our guests absolutely loved it, too.

First off, our coordinator, Natalie, was brilliant. She honestly saved our day. We planned our wedding for September 10 at Forest Chapel/Parallax, but the Forest Service closed Inyo National Forest due to wildfire risk, requiring us to pivot last minute. With only 10 days until the event, Natalie seamlessly re-coordinated a wedding at the Sierra Star Golf Course. It went off without a single issue.

Natalie is an excellent day-of coordinator. She interfaced perfectly with our other vendors (Minaret Photography, FreshTracks Entertainment, and Mums ‘n’ Roses) to handle many of the wedding-day

logistics behind the scenes. We paid for Mammoth’s additional day-of event setup services, where Natalie’s event staff take care of setting up all the little details (e.g., your signs and décor). Natalie and her staff organized everything just right, taking a ton of stress off us and our families. She was also a calming and supportive presence throughout the day, helping us with the flow of events, finding moments for us to take a breath and recover, and seamlessly working to keep the event running smoothly without being intrusive.

As for the venue, we ended up at Sierra Star by accident (the forest closure mentioned above). One of us was initially against having the wedding at a golf course, and we were both very excited about the forest/mountain setting of Forest Chapel and McCoy Station. However, we absolutely LOVED the setting and flow of the wedding at Sierra Star. The ceremony venue was beautiful, overlooking Mammoth Rock and surrounded by tall trees, all with awesome lighting. The reception venue is so close to the ceremony, making it easy for all our guests to transition after the ceremony. The cocktail hour space on the lawn is charming with the market lights and provides a lovely spot for guests to relax and mingle throughout the night when taking a break from dancing. And, the open-air tent allowed for fresh air and a great flow for guests between dinner, dancing, and other activities. We were ultimately delighted with the venue and cannot recommend it enough.

I cannot say enough good things about your experience with Mammoth Mountain! Everything was smooth, seamless and problem free. It was so easy working with the mountain because they have everything ready to go and you just have to make selections! It’s so easy and all included in their packages they offer. We had such a great time at our wedding and enjoyed every moment! Plus it’s the most beautiful place on earth!

My husband and I had the most amazing experience working with Mammoth Mountain (especially Amanda & Natalie) to coordinate our wedding ceremony at Forest Chapel this past summer. Amanda and Natalie helped make our big day SO magical for us... I cannot thank them enough! It was everything we have ever dreamed of, and was so very special for our guests. Mammoth Lakes is one of very favorite places and there are so many stunning places to have a wedding ceremony and reception. You will not regret working with Mammoth Mountain to plan your big day!

As soon as I reached out to Mammoth Mountain, Amanda was extremely responsive and thorough, and made it clear right away that her job was to make sure we enjoy our day. Every detail was taken care of, and rather than our special day involving stress or being a "blur", it was a whole day of celebration and love that we will never forget a moment of. Beyond Amanda and Natalie's fantastic work, the food was genuinely delicious, and the vendors they recommended to us for our cake, photography, flowers and music were perfect and worked seamlessly with Mammoth Mountain Resorts. I am so glad we went with Mammoth Mountain- they helped us stay on budget and have the joyous celebration without stress we had hoped for and beyond.

Amanda was so attentive and professional. She probably answered a million questions for us before we decided to book the elopement package with her. Our wedding was cancelled due to the wildfires in September. When the forest reopened we quickly put together our wedding again. All the vendors she recommended were easy to work with and professional. I highly recommend booking your wedding through Mammoth mountain. Thank you for making our wedding special!

The team at Mammoth Mountain literally made all of my wedding dreams come true. I honestly do not think our day could have been any better, and that is absolutely down to the amazing team I was lucky enough to work with. From the very beginning, they were so detail oriented that I felt secure that nothing would go unnoticed. The personal attention and assistance we got all the way through the process left me extremely confident that the day would be the best of our lives. Amanda, Loree and Stacey were an absolute dream to work with, and put up with my many questions and texts outside of work hours, assuring me all the way that weather concerns and unplanned power outages wouldn't cause any issues on the day. I cannot thank the Mammoth Weddings team enough for making it the most magical, amazing day of my life.

Not only did they help find us venders in their area (who were amazing) hey helped us with the smaller things that made our day perfect, they had a beautiful rehearsal, contacted and communicated with all of our venders, handled our music, set up, and did all the clean up. They helped with everything and did their best to make it the best day with no stress. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. They made a destination wedding so easy. Thank you so much!

and fun wedding! Nothing went wrong that day!!

My husband and I got married on the top of June Mountain August 3 and it was an absolutely perfect and flawless day. The venue is gorgeous and the staff made everything so easy! I didn’t have a thing to worry about and everything was all taken care of and went off perfect! Our guests rode the chairlift up the mountain and I’ve had so many compliments from all of the guests that it was the best wedding they’ve ever gone to. I would do it all over again and highly recommend it. Also the food was amazing too! I would highly recommend Eureka Photography for pictures!

Mammoth was the best place for us to marry since that is where we met, We could not have asked for a more perfect day! Being that we got married on top of the mountain and had the reception at Mid Mountain Parallax logistically I had worries over how our vision and day would pan out with riding gondolas and all the décor that needed to be set up. Stacey handled everything 100% and made our vision happen perfectly, the day was flawless and the weather was perfect. A week before the wedding we had something we wanted to add which was a hard accommodation but Stacey made it happen. I cant say better things about the staff and crew that pulled off our beautiful day and all the guests were raving about how great the food was. If you want to have a magical beautiful wedding choose Mammoth. Thank you for making our dreams a reality YAY Mammoth!!

The views speak for themselves and the mammoth mountain staff made our day so perfect! Everyone from our wedding planner, Natalie Saini, to all of our local vendors (dj Rick with freshtracks, Steve Dutcher photography, and kim kittinger for flowers) who worked so closely with the staff to make sure our day went smoothly even when the weather didn’t cooperate right before our ceremony. The day went on without a hiccup and it was still perfect. Any special requests we made, they made it happen. They are very flexible and make your vision come to life. They are detailed oriented and make all your worries go away. Their communication thru email, texts, and calls were always professional and there was never a delay when I had any questions or concerns. They gave a great timeline to work off of and many different options of packages to chose from! We are so grateful!

Everyone who was involved with our wedding went above and beyond. The staff at Mammoth Mountain is so helpful and accommodating. We would recommend the mountain to all our family and friends for future event.
