  Wonderful Fall Tasting!!!

  My fiancé and I attended the Majestic Oaks Fall tasting for our 2024 October wedding. We had the best time; Aurora the Sales Director was amazing in the sales process laying out the space and how we can best utilize it for the size of our party size. The banquet staff was attentive throughout the event. Nikki the events manager was there to answer any questions we had about our day off. If the tasting was any indication of how our wedding will go we are beyond thrilled and truly know we are in good hands!

  Great spaces, wonderful staff!

  We recently attended a wedding at Majestic Oaks Golf Club. Not only was the venue gorgeous, but the food, service and staff were AMAZING!
  We had been at Majestic Oaks a few years prior, and WOW has it changed - and for the good!

  Amazing experience!

  We have Aurora give our venue tour and she did an amazing job! Majestic is such a beautiful please and the outdoor venue with the willow tree was by far my favorite part.

  Majestic oaks is amazing

  My husband and I chose to have our wedding at Majestic Oaks and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision! Nikki was a godsend- making sure our wedding day went smooth and helped with all the planning ahead of time. Incredibly affordable and very beautiful. Even after a few mishaps on the day of, the staff were incredibly kind, generous, and accommodating. The bartenders, catering staff, and event coordinators helped make our wedding day perfect. They even surprised us with some amazing wedding decor! If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend! And as a bonus, my husband and his groomsmen loved the course!

  Wedding & Reception

  My wife and I got married here in late April 2023. This venue was exactly what we were looking for and more. Our ceremony and reception were in the Fireside Room. Our dinner was in the Majestic Room. We are very impressed with Nikki and her skills to be on top of everything. She was very involved and great at communicating with us regarding any changes in the schedule or the many questions we had.

  Perfect Choice!!

  My husband and I had our wedding here in April and it was just beautiful! Pam, Nikki and Zach were all so awesome! We were pleasantly surprised with the customizable packages this venue offers! Everyone was so friendly and helped us literally every step of the way! Even though it ended up being too cold to have our ceremony outside, they made sure everything worked seamlessly for an inside ceremony! The food was excellent and we’re so happy we chose Majestic Oaks for our special day!!

  The BEST day!

  We had our wedding at Majestic Oaks on October 15th, 2022, and it was the most amazing day.
  During our time planning, there was some turnover of sales managers and event coordinators at the venue, which I have also realized is common in this industry.
  Aurora was the venue coordinator AND Sales manager for the last couple of months and our big day, and I am SO thankful she was.
  Aurora is on top of her game and helped make our big day THE BEST DAY! We also worked with Pam, who was fabulous as well.
  Together they are the dream team.
  Aurora and Pam were both very responsive to emails.
  The food and the serving staff were amazing, they washed all of our chargers (rented from elsewhere) without even asking!
  The venue also held on to some stuff we couldn’t fit in vehicles the night of for me to pick up on Monday after.

  Benson Wedding 9/23/22

  Majestic Oaks Golf Club and wedding venue. My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about this venue. Our wedding was Friday, September 23, 2022. Under the pergola outside. The most gorgeous view. This was the absolute best experience. Our wedding coordinator Aurora was amazing, she walked us through every step of the way to make our day perfect. She was very great at communicating with us. Text, email, or a simple phone call. She kept us in the loop at all times. The day of our wedding the weather was not very predictable it was going to rain most of the day but stop at certain times. Aurora and staff made sure that if it did rain, we would have a 2nd and even 3rd location for our ceremony, set up and ready to go. Our ceremony was at 3pm. It did rain but it rained before and after our ceremony. It stayed dry for us! We sure got lucky! We had a tent reception that was beautifully decorated. The food was amazing! The guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was.This venue was so professional and a amazing experience. I would recommend Majestic Oaks for couples that are looking for a wonderful, stress free, professional wedding venue.

  Great Experience

  It was such an easy and helpful process to work with Majestic Oaks to do a walk through and book the venue. Jordan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all of our questions!

  Venue of our dreams

  We just had our wedding at Majestic Oaks over Labor Day weekend and everything went perfectly. We also had our rehearsal dinner there. Aurora was so organized and made sure everything was logistically ready to go, and Zach carried everything out the day-of. We had our ceremony at the pergola with over 200 guests, a cocktail tent with live music, a plated meal, reception with karaoke, and more live music in the evening, and everything went according to plan. Also, best wedding food ever, possibly best beef short rib ever. So many good backdrops for photos as well, and you can't beat the price, either. They were a pleasure to work with and I'd recommend Majestic Oaks to anyone hoping to plan an extravagant yet affordable wedding!

  Amazing experience! They helped us with everything we needed!

  We had to find a new venue 3 weeks before our wedding due to covid complications. I called on a Saturday and Majestic Oaks got us in on that Tuesday to review wedding details. They did everything from helping us plan a budget friendly meal and drink menue to providing us with a last minute propane tank for our patio heater. Their outdoor tent is very nice and was able to accommodate all of our guests (even with COVID restrictions). The wedding planner answered my emails, phone calls, and text messages at all times of the day. The food was incredible! They kept our real flower center pieces in a cool place for us until they put all of our decorations out on the table for us. I would recommend them a million times!

  My group had our "Valentines Dinner" on March 1 and we had a blast. I did work with Jacki and Heather -both of these ladies were very professional and responsive. We got the value of our money. The food was awesome , the staff was very friendly and professional ; we are looking at using this facility every year.

  My husband and I were very happy with the customer service. Dani and Alissa were accommodating to our needs. We had a small and intimate wedding and they were helpful in making our day perfect! The communication during preparing was also great! This venue is amazing, both indoors and outdoors! you just have to see it for yourself.

Special congratulations to Stephanie who was always super nice and very flexible since the beginning. All the staff was very professional and gentle. The place was just perfect prepared and the rehearsal dinner was very nice! I strongly recommend it!!!

  Heather Minkler and her team at Majestic Oaks Golf Club made my wedding day as special as I dreamed it would be. With last minute changes due to rain, my ceremony was rushed inside. She did not made me made up my mind until a half hour before the ceremony began. I brought in my own centerpieces and the team set them up just the way I wanted them. Heather was on top of the ball for everything. Everytime I needed to find her, she was there. Thank you sooo much Majestic Oaks Golf Club.

  They were incredibly helpful and responsive. It was a beautiful ceremony - we were married at the pergola site. The food was very good and the bar service was very professional.
  
  The biggest part - it was such a huge deal! We got married on a Sunday and got a really big discount! You honestly can't find a better price for such a wonderful ceremony.

  They were very flexible in the time they allowed us to come decorate. Prior to the wedding they had a tasting where you were able to taste all the foods they offered! Was very helpful in helping us decide our menu! The coordinator we worked with was very prompt in responding to emails and was helpful in making multiple changes up to the wedding day to make it perfect! Couldn't have asked for anything better!
