There aren't enough words to describe how thankful we are to have come across Madeline while planning our destination wedding. As many of you might know, planning a destination wedding is a very scary and stressful process. Especially because you can't personally check out venues and meet with vendors. However, Madeline made this process so easy, fun, and stress free. She was always readily available to answer any questions and the line of communication was always open no matter the time difference. She was not only easy to work with, but also fun. She always made us feel like she truly cared about every single thing in our wedding turning out just the way we wanted it to... and not only did our wedding day turn out beautifully, but it also exceeding our already high expectations. It truly was the most magical day of our lives and the wedding of our dreams. Madeline, thank you for everything. We truly appreciate you and cannot thank you enough! I had the honor to work with Ms Valentin at the time we met from the beggining of the procees was in cinstant communication to ensure I felt satisfied and made sure we were on the same page. She guided me through the process every step of the way, best of all you don't know something? She will give you options according to the vision discussed. Madeline was an amazing coordinator. I live in Austin, Texas and it was really important for me to have a reliable coordinator to make, my husband and I wedding, a special day. Madeline was very responsive and had great ideas for our special day. She communicated with me at any time of the day. We arrived to Puerto Rico 3 days before the wedding to do the paperwork for the officiant and Madeline went with us and help us through the process; it was quick and easy. I got married at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel, Isla Verde beach resort and Madeline was our wedding coordinator for the day. I thank my lucky stars for Madeline! From the start of our planning she was there to answer my questions and was kind enough to help us when needed. The day of the wedding went off smoothly, she took care of everything and was super sweet. Madeline was very professional and all my guests had great things to say about her. Madeline was fantastic. We had actually tried another wedding planner in PR who was a complete disaster. We really wanted to get married in the Camuy Caverns and the wedding planner we had first cancelled on us because she couldn't figure it out and still charged us. Madeline was then referred to us by our photographer and she was able to get us booked at the caverns immediately. The wedding went smoothly and everything worked out perfectly. It is nerve wrecking getting married someplace far away and she made it easy and was very on top of things.

Madeline was an amazing wedding planner and friend! When I embarked on planning my wedding, I had no idea what to do, and she was always there to guide me every step of the way. From our first conversation nearly a year before our wedding I knew I could trust her, and that she would be like family. I was in the middle of a lot of life transitions and planning my wedding from afar was a challenge, and she was always more than understanding with my busy work schedule. She met with my mom in PR to look at the venue we chose and look at decorations. She helped calm my anxiety and clear my doubts many times. They day of the wedding, a lot of rearranging had to be done, and she was effective at executing everything. Everything on our special day turned out perfect for us, and we enjoyed every second of our wedding. I don't know what I would have done without Madeline! I recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone who wants to plan a fun, beautiful wedding.

I moved from Switzerland to Puerto Rico with the idea to start my business and plan our wedding within less than 10 month. A big challenge I couldn't have done without Madeline!!! Madeline was referred to us by our Photographer. The day I met her, I was instantly sure that our wedding was going to be the day I've always dreamed of.

Madeline has an amazing personality. She is very professional and responsible and gave me so many hearty laughs and warm words which meant so much to me. She gave me all the flexibility I needed to manage the wedding planning and all my other big projects without feeling under pressure.

What I really appreciate about Madeline is the fact that she understood my wish to merge the wedding traditions in this part of the world with my ideas from Switzerland. All her inputs were fantastic and she inspired me to stay creative and happy during all the wedding planning.

The team Madeline recommended (decor / DJ / cake / transportation ...) was just the best of the best. My high expectations of service quality were more than satisfied. Madeline and her assistant made the wedding day to the best day of our life! There is nothing more valuable than completely enjoying your wedding because you know there is the best wedding coordinator running your very special day.

We currently live in Texas and chose to have a destination wedding in Puerto Rico. Madeline was referred to us by our venue. She is extremely knowledgeable and has the sweetest disposition, she really makes you feel like family. She helped us put together a great team of vendors!

Our wedding was such a mixed crowd, from Spanish only speakers, to English only, party animals to very religious. Madeline worked with us to find solutions to help make everybody comfortable and have an enjoyable experience. Best of all, we didn't have to worry about a thing during our wedding! I've been to so many weddings where the bride and groom don't get to enjoy the day worrying about what's going on behind the scenes. This was not our experience at all! We truly got to sit back and enjoy it knowing that we were in good hands!

When Madeline made an exit, she told us she needed to go home and rest because she had bronchitis! 1. What a trooper! 2. Her smile never left her face during our event! Thank you so much for all of your hard work on our wedding!

Words would not do justice for the incredible job Madeline did for our wedding. We met her a year and a half ago and our lives would never be the same again. Not only because of all of the magic she put into our wedding but because we have met an amazing person who is truly passionate and gifted at what she does. From day one Madeline was responsive and provided any help needed to make our dream wedding happen. Anything I asked for she made sure to make it worked... She even found a beautiful Popsicle bicycle cart that served freshly made pops from San Juan ... Organized having a bag piper at our wedding... Anything you wanted she was supportive and made it happen. Not only was she my saving grace with planning a destination wedding she delivered a wedding that was beyond our wildest dreams. The love and magic she put into our wedding was what made it so memorable. She worked so hard for us every step of the way! We are so grateful to have found her and now have a great friend. Our family adored her and already felt like she was part of the wedding. Her passion, talent and flawless professionalism is what helped make our day so wonderful. As soon as I met Madeline Valentine during my wedding prep trip to Puerto Rico I knew I had hired the right person. She was very responsive to any method of communication I chose from the first time I contacted her, until even now after the wedding. She made great recommendations for choosing all my vendors and has so many connections and tricks up her sleeve that she is prepared to handle any unexpected or last minute situation. For example, three days before the wedding I got an email from the website I bought the sparklers for my wedding exit telling me they couldn't ship my sparklers to Puerto Rico. I panicked because you can't get those in PR unless it's fireworks season, which it was not. I called Madeline and not only did she offer me some sparkles she had left over from a previous wedding, but she personally went to party city and bought supplies so she could hand-make me 65 candle crafts so the rest of my guests could participate of the wedding exit. She didn't even charge me for the trouble she went through making these crafts in a such a last minute situation! Hiring Madeline made my wedding day stress-free and a success! Not only is she a great wedding planner, but she has won a special place in our hearts and I would recommend her to any future bride and groom in a heart beat!

Madeline was my day of wedding planner who I contracted through my venue, the Courtyard Marriottt Isla Verde. I don't know what I would have done without Madeline on my wedding day. She coordinated everything so I just had to sit back and relax. She was in my room first thing in the morning to make sure that everything was all set and she checked in on me throughout the day. She also coordinated with all of my vendors so that everything was seamless. She even stayed at my wedding until late into the night to ensure everything was going smoothly. If you’re reading this, you’re probably considering hiring a wedding planner in Puerto Rico. You can stop your search now and hire Madeline Valentine. Madeline saved us time, money and so much stress. The best decision my husband and I made was hiring her. I truly couldn't imagine going back and planning our destination wedding without her.

We selected our wedding venue prior to hiring Madeline and realized how much stress goes into hiring any vendor when you are having a destination wedding. When I decided to hire a wedding planner, Madeline was the 3rd and last planner I called. She was so helpful and gave me so much information before I even hired her. I felt that she really cared and I was so much less stressed after talking to her. She helped me choose all of our vendors before our first trip to Puerto Rico. Madeline scheduled all of our vendors to meet us at our hotel and drove us to our food tasting and to see our venue. Out of the kindness of her heart, she spent time showing us around the island and sharing their beautiful history with us.

I was born in Puerto Rico and had many issues with my birth certificate which needed to be fixed in order to get our marriage license in PR. Madeline spent weeks helping me fix these issues. She went as far as to have a new birth certificate printed with my correct information and let me tell you this was no small task! She helped me with countless other issues I ran into. I wouldn't have made it to my wedding day without her help.

Madeline's day-of service was amazing. There were a million little details that Madeline and her asistant took care of so that we and our loved ones didn’t have to. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Planning a wedding is so stressful and planning a destination wedding is that much more stressful. If you hire Madeline you won't regret it!

We honestly feel she is a dear friend to us not just the best wedding planner EVER!!! :)

PLANNING WEEK WRAP UP

From the first moment of contact, we knew Madeline would do a wonderful job planning our wedding. She sounded genuinely interested in helping us, asked detailed questions, and made recommendations regarding our thoughts for our special day. She also helped us plan our initial trip to start the wedding planning process.

When we visited Puerto Rico to start the planning process, Madeline picked us up from the airport and gave us a personal tour around San Juan which was a great way to start our trip. Since we came to her without even having a date or venue in mind, she booked appointments with venues based on our vision and told us about the benefits in our different options when selecting a date/season.

To maximize our time, she had the vendors come to us. Whether we were meeting at a venue or just in the lobby of our own hotel, this greatly reduced the stress of running around trying to locate everyone ourselves. During our meetings, she was able to communicate exactly what we visualized for our wedding in a concise manner which allowed us more time get to know them and their work. Most importantly, she was honest with us. She listened to what we wanted, gave us her unbiased advice, and allowed us to choose whomever we felt comfortable with.

Madeline was always sure to make us feel comfortable and never rushed us. We had a lot of fun during our trip and were able to return with some concrete results. So far, Madeline has been the most important part of our wedding; without her, we wouldn't have a date, venue, vendors, or a clue of where to start. At this point, I feel very confidant that the rest of the wedding planning will go on as seamlessly as our initial visit and I am excited to continue to work with her through the next steps of the process.

Madeline was an absolute angel from the beginning of this experience. She kept in constant contact prior to our trip to Puerto Rico, which helped her keep us confident and assured that all was going as planned. When we arrived during our planning trip, Madeline picked us up from the airport and showed us around a bit. She is so knowledgeable about the island, it's history, it's people and it's places.
Madeline had prepared an itinerary for us which was wonderful. The vendors either met us at our hotel or other destinations that we were scheduled to visit. With her present it seemed as though the venues took us more seriously. Not to mention she seems to have a contact for everything.
Everything about Madeline and her performance is and was wonderful. She is a fun loving and easy going professional with a huge heart. At no point did she overwhelm or exhaust us. Hiring her has been without a doubt one of the best decisions that we have made so far. Not only do we now have PR's best planner, we also have a gained a true friend. Thank you Madeline.

Can't say enough, impressed. Our wedding couldn't have turned out any better and I couldn't have done it without Madeline, she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Even do it was a raining day in PR our wedding was perfect.

I can't say enough good things about Madeline. She put up with me editing the contract (pulling things out) a few times to get the services within my budget and she did everything she could to still make sure I had a wonderful wedding. The caterer and officiant she hired for us were amazing. Madeline was extremely communicative every step of the way!! They wanted us to come back at the Demographic Registrars office later to pick up certificate but we were due at the airport to pick up a guest. I don't know how she did it but she convinced them to let us sign the form and she picked it up later herself.
