We had the pleasure of having Lucy as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding in September 2025.
We chose the day of coordination package and it was nothing short of AMAZING. Lucy was consistently professional, kind, EXTREMELY organized & brought a calming energy throughout the entire wedding process. From the first interaction, she was personable and made us feel comfortable.
She not only answered every question that we had, bur reassured us throughout the entire process that our dream day and vision was within reach.
She was always prompt when responding to any communications, and was extremely flexible (even when we changed things the day of our wedding).
We had so many ideas that we wanted to make happen, and Lucy was able to curate a timeline that fit all of them in - without us feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
We truly do not believe that our wedding would have gone as smoothly if it was not for Lucy being by outside!
Not to mention- she ran the rehearsal the day before and was able to get everyone involved to understand their roles & places (we had a huge processional).

I have had the pleasure of knowing Lucy for several years, initially assisting her at weddings. From my firsthand experience, Lucy always remains calm when faced with unexpected challenges. Her attention to detail ensures that every aspect of an event is flawless and she has a true talent for crafting well-organized timelines. Now that I am getting married, it’s only natural she plan it :) Lucy has been extreme helpful in managing my budget (something I’m terrible at). She keeps me on track with tasks which I appreciate since I want to be involved in every decision. Lucy has been incredibly flexible as I’ve changed my mind on several items. Honestly, I think Lucy is more excited about my wedding than I am! Thank you Lucy for everything you are doing to make my big day stress free and magical! I couldn’t imagine going through this process without you. -
