  Olivia is AMAZING!!! I honestly wish I could give her more stars. I hired Olivia as my day-of-coordinator and as my florist, but she was so much more! She was always willing to meet, discuss, and make calls/e-mails on my behalf. Everything prior to the wedding was wonderful with her, but my wedding day... I was blown away.
  She showed up early, everything was set up beautifully but she was so attentive. Honestly, she was my calming presence, and made the day go so smoothly. She was there not only for me, but my whole bridal party and even guests, ensuring everyone was taken care of. My sister was impressed by her professionalism and helpfulness.
  I cannot say enough great things about her. Olivia, thank you thank you thank you!

  Olivia was great! We really needed somebody to make sure that everything was organized and went according to plan on the day of our wedding so we hired Olivia as a wedding coordinator. She met with us several times before the wedding to make sure we were all on the same page with how things would happen and then she executed all of our plans to perfection. Plus, she dealt with the unpredictable issues that inevitably come up regardless of how much planning is done. In addition to coordinating with different vendors, we had a lot of DIY decorations that we wanted arranged at the reception and she took care of that. Olivia is also great with floral decorations and made some beautiful arrangements that were on all of the tables at the reception. I could go into details about other aspects of her work that we were pleased with, but probably the most useful piece of information is that she has the right skillset, attitude, and personality to keep everything organized and reduce your stress level on your wedding day.

  Olivia is honestly the best of the best. We would hire her again in a heartbeat! She was always very quick to respond, and she did an incredible job on the day of our rehearsal and the day of our wedding. I honestly don't know how we would have done it without her (on BOTH of those days). She was the perfect mix of friendly and professional. If you're considering hiring a wedding planner, do it, and go with Olivia!

  I cannot begin to say enough great things about Liv and how amazing and sweet she is. My wife was very much against getting a wedding coordinator because she felt that our backyard wedding would handle itself. My wife was convinced we would be fine without one but I insisted that we get one. We met with Liv and she was so kind and respectful. She understood the concerns my wife expressed as to why she felt we didn't need a coordinator and never became pushy or assertive. Liv explained what she could do and how she could help, and my wife agreed to allow her to be our day-of coordinator. Liv was OUTSTANDING! During the wedding my wife turned to me and told me I was right (this will probably never happen again), and that having Liv at our wedding was an absolute necessity and saving grace.
  
  Liv knows EXACTLY how to act. She is professional and respectful. She is never condescending, and she is always understanding. Do NOT try to "do it all yourself" because a wedding planner is "too expensive". Olivia only charged a very small amount compared to our other vendors, and her rates were far below other wedding planners. You truly owe it to yourself to meet with Olivia no matter how much your wedding cost. Please don't spend $20,000+ on a wedding and "hope" that everything will turn out perfect on its own, because it won't! You need Olivia to make sure everything runs smoothly and is perfect on your wedding day!

  Olivia was such a great help! Our wedding was held several hours from our home and with our busy schedules, it was nearly impossible to plan every detail and keep track of our vendors. Olivia more than outdid our expectations! This being our first wedding we needed a lot of guidance on the ceremony. She provided a number of worksheets for our officiant (a friend of ours), and several plans/options for the flow of our wedding. She was also up to the task of communicating with our vendor for our reception, something I just didn't have time for (communication was extremely poor and reviewed as such from others). I really wanted this iconic site and Olivia made it possible. I must also mention Olivia did our flowers and they were exactly as I imagined! The compliments are still coming in from our guests. I managed to create our centerpieces and a few other decor items that Olivia made time to pick up and embellish with flowers (truly beautiful) and then arrange throughout our ceremony and reception site (30+ minutes apart). I will also say my wedding had a few hiccups as I'm told most do (a button fell off the back of my dress), for which Olivia had her handy sewing kit avail. She also had various tools such as a glue gun and steamer in the event they would be needed. After our ceremony she somehow beat us to the reception, greeted us at the door and offered me a drink (fully aware of the needs of bride and groom when this busy) and lined us up for a grand entry without skipping a beat! She's truly a gem, the closest thing to the best maid of honor without actually being the maid of honor!

  Olivia was amazing! We initially didn't think we needed a coordinator or planner of any kind, but when it became difficult to get ahold of some of our vendors, and realized just how much goes into a wedding, we decided to get some help. She was well worth it, and we would highly recommend her for anyone planning a wedding especially.

I received a call back within 1 hour and the planning had begun. Everything from her timely manner to décor was more then I could ever ask for. All the little details that we had forgotten she did and was better then I could have imagined in my head. A few short months later she planned my entire wedding. I told her my vision and she took over from there, including me every step of the way. It was the most perfect day because I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing. I couldn't have gotten luckier with the sweetest, hardworking, and professional event planner!

  Olivia planned and executed an amazing baby shower for me in November of 2014. It may seem a bit over-the-top to have an event planner for a baby shower, but it was my first baby, most of my family is out of state, and it took the pressure of planning out of the equation and allowed my friends, family, and myself to focus on having fun! I wish there was a way to attach pictures to this review because the decor was stunning! I mean, how often do guests of a baby shower plaster Facebook with pictures of your Mom-mosa bar, buffet, decor, and centerpieces? And Olivia did it all herself! It's great to have a planner who is also creative and artistic- since she's able to do a lot of the work herself it saves the client the money of having to subcontract out different people to do those jobs. Also, since Olivia's been in the event planning world so long she was able to hook me up with other great vendors, like a photographer to do my maternity pics and a makeup artist to make sure those pics looked good! I would absolutely utilize Olivia's services again and refer her to others without hesitation.

  Liv Events were phenomenal in setting up and arranging our wedding.   My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Olivia and the services she provided for us! We got her full planning package which included traveling to Cabo for our destination wedding and she also did our flowers. To start off our planning year with her, she set up our entire itinerary for our "planning trip" that my husband and I took last August. She presented vendors to us, we narrowed them down, and she took it from there. She sent us off to Cabo (more organized than I've ever been) with a binder with a schedule of all of our appointments (that she coordinated) and relevant info. She was easy to reach while we were there and was right on top of responding to us.
  Throughout the next 9 months after our planning trip, we had periodic meetings that were super productive. I slipped into a few "moments" as the bride, and she was literally the only person that could bring me back to earth. She is so calm and easy going, but she really knows how to get stuff done.
  Then there was the wedding. She was like a magician. At one point we were getting photos done on the beach and out of nowhere Olivia appeared with a box full of cocktails. The flowers were breathtakingly perfect and I was AWFUL at describing what i wanted. Somehow she nailed it spot on. Olivia knows how to do just about anything, and in a fraction of the time that anyone else could. She touched up my hair and makeup, bustled my dress (MOH couldn't figure it out) and made sure MOH was ready for her speech all within about 20 mins.
  Olivia is extremely talented at what she does, and she's such a kindhearted person that you'll absolutely want to be around while planning a wedding.
  I have already referred her to several of my friends, and I will continue to recommend her to anyone else looking for an event planner. She truly made our wedding the most perfect day and best experience of our lives!

  My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Olivia and the services she provided for us! We got her full planning package which included traveling to Cabo for our destination wedding and she also did our flowers. To start off our planning year with her, she set up our entire itinerary for our "planning trip" that my husband and I took last August. She presented vendors to us, we narrowed them down, and she took it from there. She sent us off to Cabo (more organized than I've ever been) with a binder with a schedule of all of our appointments (that she coordinated) and relevant info. She was easy to reach while we were there and was right on top of responding to us.
  Throughout the next 9 months after our planning trip, we had periodic meetings that were super productive. I slipped into a few "moments" as the bride, and she was literally the only person that could bring me back to earth. She is so calm and easy going, but she really knows how to get stuff done.
  Then there was the wedding. She was like a magician. At one point we were getting photos done on the beach and out of nowhere Olivia appeared with a box full of cocktails. The flowers were breathtakingly perfect and I was AWFUL at describing what i wanted. Somehow she nailed it spot on. Olivia knows how to do just about anything, and in a fraction of the time that anyone else could.   Without Olivia our wedding wouldn't have been what it was. She was so calm and solved every problem and we LOVED working with her. She also did our flowers, which turned out beyond what I could have expected.
  
  Olivia had so many good ideas - little touches that really put our event over the top. From having kids meals ready as soon as people sat down, to passed drinks, a second bar, pre-plated salads, all the little touches that made our guests feel really cared about.
  
  Olivia was always the calmest presence. At our final venue walk through we learned that our planned backdrop (a waterfall) wasn't going to be working. Olivia immediately had a solution and created the most beautiful arrangements to turn the now-plain brick wall into a stunning backdrop.
  
  The day of - oh man, she was phenomenal. If anything went wrong, I didn't hear about it. (At one point we were getting low on ice and she took care of it without a single guest knowing.) We had a pretty significant DIY component to our setup and she was on site starting at 10am to manage it all. By the time we got there at 3 everything that I had envisioned came to life. I had left a detailed spreadsheet of all my decor requests (I'm an over planner) and literally EVERYTHING was done exactly how I wanted. As we were anxiously awaiting the ceremony she showed up with drinks and brought us drinks all night. She even cut and served our cake for us. And I'm sure she did about 15,000 other things that we'll never even know about.

She also told us that the package we purchased was not "unlimited consultations."
  
  Over all I was not impressed with the professionalism of how she handled the situation. She seemed to not have enough time to work with us. I would not refer her to any one.
