Le Grand Triage: Wine & Whiskey Reviews

I have worked with Manon and Le Grand Triage several times. As an event planner, I love finding vendors who are local and excellent at their craft- Manon is both. She helps us create unique, themed wine lists- her wine knowledge is incredible. Manon is very responsive and will go above and beyond to make sure we are pleased with the final wine list. I cannot recommend Manon and Le Grand Triage highly enough!

I have worked with Le Grand Triage on numerous occasions for both personal and bulk orders and I could not be happier with the service they continuously provide. I worked with them around the holiday season when I placed a large order for Christmas gifts. From the day I inquired about my order up until the very end, they provided top notch service and made themselves available to answer questions, provide guidance on design, and help with decision making. They even hosted us for a wine tasting session to help decide on which wines to gift! Eric is incredibly knowledgeable about the wines he offers, and Manon is a pleasure to work with, providing expertise and transparency throughout the entire process. The presentation was beautiful and the bottles were very well received and enjoyed. I am a member of their wine club and will continue to regularly use Le Grand Triage as my go to wine shop for all intensive purposes. 

I have been ordering wine with Le Grand Triage for over 2 years through work and liked them so much that I decided to use them for my wedding. As a person who is responsible for events at a French company, the quality of the wine is of utmost importance! Eric and Manon have been wonderful and they have always been able to provide us with exceptional wine choices that work within our budget.

When it came to my wedding, I wanted only the best! We decided to go with a caterer who let us provide our own bar because honestly, the options we were seeing were $65/pp on top of food costs for awful wines that were sub-par. Knowing that my wife and I are foodies, we wanted our guests to have a good experience in that department and having decent wine was a big part of that.

Not only did Eric invite us in for a private tasting, he looked at our menu ahead of time, asked us for a budget range and then tailor-made a presentation on his iPad that explained how each wine would pair with each course as well as history on the wine-makers etc. My fiancée and I felt so special and it ended up being one of the most enjoyable parts of planning our wedding. Eric is really knowledgeable and easy to talk through things and went above and beyond inviting us to come back for a 2nd tasting when we didn't find quite the right fit for the red the first time. We never felt pressured and always felt he had our best interests at heart.

The wedding food and wine paired perfectly and we received lots of compliments. We are so grateful to them for making us look good for a fraction of what we would have spent on bad wine with a caterer! On top of the quality of the wine, they are very professional and efficient which makes working with them a breeze. Highly recommend!
