  I absolutely LOVED working with Aubrey for my wedding makeup. I initially found her through my cousin, but later found so many more people who had booked Aubrey for their weddings -- and everyone praised her amazing work. I scheduled a trial with Aubrey a month before my wedding, a spray tan the week of, and my wedding makeup (which also included 7 bridesmaids and 2 mothers). Every girl looked amazing (and like themselves). The makeup stayed on all day long and didn't smudge or smear. I was so impressed that Aubrey could work on so many women and still stick to our tight schedule. She was so much fun and I absolutely loved how everyone's makeup turned out! Thanks, Aubrey!!

  Choosing Aubrey to be your makeup artists is one of the best decisions you can make! She is wonderful to work with and really understand the look you are going for. She did makeup for both mine and my sister’s wedding party and both times she was absolutely incredible. For my wedding both my mom and I got eyelash extensions - they were great! I didn’t have to do my makeup during our honeymoon at all and it was terrific to have that convenience - especially with a beach vacation. Everyone looked wonderful for the wedding and the airbrush makeup stayed on all day. She is fun and professional at the same time - ensuring you have a great time getting ready and staying on schedule.

She was extremely professional and personable at both my trial and on my wedding day! She made sure myself, and all of my girls, looked absolutely perfect!   BOOK HER NOW! Aubrey is hands down AMAZING! Had to pay a bit more to get her to travel to Buffalo but it was totally work it. I was a bit nervous about whether or not she's get 11 people done in 5 hours and she actually finished early! The hair person I hired actually stopped to watch her because she was getting our make up down so quickly! She was so nice and our make up last all night! My friend got married the weekend after and switched to airbrush just because she loved how all my bridesmaids looked!

  I was aprehensive about hiring a make-up artist for our wedding, but boy am I glad I did! What a huge relief to not have anyone worried about the way they look and to just enjoy the day and getting ready process. Aubrey was not only very helpful, she planned and organized trials and the day of schedule. The day of, Aubrey worked with each lady on their specific style and make-up requests. She did a fantastic job of apply all 8 makeups the day of, flawlessly! She made sure makeup looked natural for those who wanted it simple (myself included) and slightly embellished for those who wanted to wear a little more for the occasion. Aubrey is truly talented, and is a very genuine and sweet person as well. A true pleasure to work with, and I couldn't have been happier with my wedding day look. It was perfect and natural, especially given that I don’t wear much makeup normally day to day. I also had Aubrey to eyelash extensions 1 week before the wedding, and I absolutely LOVED them! They made my eyes really pop, and they stayed in place beautifully for the wedding and honeymoon. They’re worth the extra money! On my wedding day, she travelled to my location, which was very relaxed and made our getting ready time so fun! My makeup was even better than at the trial. I’ve never felt so beautiful in my life! She made my 4 bridesmaids, my mom, stepmom, and mother in law look so gorgeous too. Meghan, a girl Aubrey commonly works with for weddings, did our hair. Everyone’s hair also looked gorgeous and stayed in place all night. You won’t be disappointed in working with Aubrey!

  Aubrey and her lashes are AH-mazing. She applied a full set of lash extensions the week before my wedding along with doing my makeup on wedding day. She worked with me to create the exact look I was going for but better! I received so many compliments on my lashes (that lasted forever) as well as how well my makeup stayed on in the 90 degree heat that day! She was able to get my makeup along with seven other wedding party’s makeup flawless with time to spare. I highly suggest using Aubrey for any of your makeup needs!

  Aubrey was fantastic! For my wedding day she traveled to Oneida for a reasonable fee so we could all get ready at the venue. My make up looked amazing, I have never felt so beautiful in my entire life. The bridesmaids who had make up done looked beautiful too. Aubrey was always very quick to respond to emails and any questions I had.

I decided to go back to the studio 3 days before the wedding and got a spray tan which was the best spray tan I have ever received. It was even, faded nicely and lasted longer then most I have tried. My wedding day make-up went without a hitch all 8 people of my wedding party looked and felt fantastic and their makeup lasted all day. I highly recommend Aubrey she will not disappoint!!

  I loved my make-up! It was exactly what I asked for and I highly recommend doing a trial run before the big day since we made a few adjustments and it turned out stunning! I received a ton of compliments and I would use Aubrey again for another special event :)

  I hired Aubrey and her hairstylist, Megan, for my wedding in Ithaca in June 2013. Aubrey and Megan did an amazing, beautiful job on everyone! I can't recommend them highly enough. First, there were 10 people in my party (bride, 8 bridesmaids, and mother of the bride), so I was somewhat worried about timing. I should not have been--these two are such professionals, they had everyone in and out with time to spare. The best bonus of all was that Aubrey actually gives package discounts for large parties, unlike all other vendors that wanted to charge me more for my large party.
  
  Everyone's hair and makeup looked amazing and lasted the day, despite hours of dancing in the heat! Also, I was a bit hesitant about the airbrushing that Aubrey uses, because I'd never been airbrushed before and was afraid it would look cakey. NOTHING could be further from the truth! It was light, and looked and felt invisible. I think for a wedding day, it's the only way to go! I would recommend this team to ANYONE!

It was so wonderful to be able to relax at the venue the morning of the wedding and have our hair and makeup vendors come to us! Aubrey and Meghan did an excellent job from start to finish.   Aubrey is amazing. There are so many good things to say about her and her work. She was always quick at responding and was able to work with my schedule in setting up trial appointments even though she is crazy busy. There were a few colors and things I wanted to change about my makeup for the day of my wedding, and she was willing to work with me and do whatever to ensure I would feel comfortable on my wedding day. 8 of us had our makeup done and we had to be ready by 12. She was at my house bright and early (I live more than an hour away from Syracuse) and she managed to get everyone done, and every single one looked flawless and beyond perfect. My makeup looked more perfect than I ever expected and I did not have to touch it up once the whole day, from 11 am till after midnight.
  I also got the Lavish Lashes put on and they were so worth it and it made my honeymoon a breeze, never had to think about putting makeup on! Thank you Aubrey for everything! :)

  Aubrey is AMAZING!!! I can't say enough how happy I was with her work! She is so easy and flexible to work with and truley loves what she does. My bridal party looked amazing and they were all so happy with the way they looked! All my guest were saying we looked flawless and like dolls how perfect it was. I was nervous before trying her because I had never had airbrush makeup, but it was great!! It feels so light and you can barley even feel that it is on your face! Even after dancing all night my makeup still looked great!
  
  My bridal party also had spray tans and eyelashes done by Aubrey which made the makeup look even better! The spray tans don't make you look fake and orange, they just give you a natural glow! I would HIGHLY recommend her to any bride out there or even for any special event you may be going to and want an extra special look!

  Aubrey is AMAZING!!! She is very fast to respond when contacted. She is super flexiable and makes you feel important. Shes very friendly and does an amazing job! I will never use anyone but her! Not only was my makeup flawless and beautiful for my wedding but so were all my bridesmaids and mother in-law. We all looked like a million bucks!! Aubrey really knows what she is doing. And the make up stays on the whole time!!! False lashes by her also are awesome she puts them on soooooo quick and the look awesome! I would recommend anyone to her that wants their makeup/ lashes or spray tan done. I couldnt be more thrilled. She also has very reasonable prices..should charge a lot more for how wonderful of a job she does!!! :)

  I used Aubrey for my makeup and hair for myself, bridesmaids, flower girls and my mom. She was absolutely wonderful to work with from beginning to end. She is very quick to resond to emails and conveniently located in Armory Square where I also had my engagment photos done. She did my trial makeup and I was so comfortable with her recommendations and suggestions on what fit for me. My makeup looked natural and I received so many compliments on our wedding day and engagment. I found her prices to be very reasonable and well worth it. I highly recommend her, she was a great fit for us and we all looked gorgeous!!!

  Aubrey James is amazing. I couldn't have picked a better person to do my wedding makeup. She is not only amazing at what she does but she helps makes your wedding vision come to life, whatever you want done she will do it to perfection. My entire bridal party looked amazing. The lash extension she does are unlike any other place i've seen, she spends time with you making sure everything is perfect. She is very outgoing and organized and she makes you feel very comfortable & relaxed. Her studio is also an amazing space & big enough for the whole party to get ready. Her prices are so reasonable compared to other vendors especially with the quality and time she gives into her work. Overall, I will be highly recommending her to any future bride or anyone needing makeup, lashes, or spray tans!!

  Aubrey was exceptional! She really knows what she is doing. I had a huge bruise on my leg from my dog and was changing in to a short dress. Aubrey got on the floor, airbrushed my leg, wrapped it up so it didn't get on my dress. Just great! All of my girls looked wonderful and she worked so quickly too! I also got a spray tan before the big day and everyone commented on how great I looked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I actually told her she is worth more!

  Aubrey was fantastic! She did makeup for my mom, my two sisters, and me for my wedding, and also did my hair. Everything turned out wonderfully and we loved the lashes in particular! She did a great job at matching different people's coloring and level of comfort with dramatic or more subdued looks. And the spray makeup was wonderful, it stayed put all night. And my hair was absolutely fantastic - it was very intricate and beautiful and she did a wonderful job getting exactly what I wanted. Aubrey was wonderful to work with - she was flexible and responsive and worked with me as I changed my mind on my initial hair choice. She also kept detailed notes from our trials, so the day of everything went quickly and smoothly. I'd highly recommend her for a wedding or for makeup for a special night out!
