I was soooo scared to order my dress online and they made the process so comfortable and easy. The communication was great. The dress was exactly everything I wanted! It was one of my favorite parts of our wedding!

The selection of dresses they have are beautiful. Ordering online was a bit of a gamble, but Elaine was very kind and had detailed pictures of the dress. Shipping was incredibly fast, and returns were offered if needed. The dress was absolutely beautiful with no flaws. I'm very happy with my purchase, and would definitely recommend!

I fell in love with a Milla Nova gown online, and after trying it on at a bridal store I knew it was the one! I got my measurements taken and placed my order a couple days later. I needed to have the gown shipped to my parents home, and planned to drive there (a few hours away) to try it on. Elaine coordinated this wonderfully for me. The dress arrived in pristine condition and earlier than expected! I couldn't be more thrilled with my purchase, especially the amount of money I saved! If you're on the fence about buying your wedding dress online -- don't be! This was a wonderful experience!

If you fall in love with a dress from Lace Bridal, don't hesitate to buy it! Elaine was so prompt and friendly and my dress came within a matter of days. It looked identical in person as it did in the pictures and I paid less than half of the price than I would have if I purchased it brand new. I bought it a few months ago and still look in the garment bag almost daily because of how much I love it. Can't wait to wear it in October!!! Thank you guys again.

Lace Bridal is the best used wedding dress company PERIOD. I placed my order for a Casablanca dress last Friday and received it 5 days later on Thursday. They are legit and Elaine is very prompt and kind. I'm so happy with my dress and fortunate to have gotten it for the price paid (500). The dress looked exactly as it did in pictures. I only need to make one small alteration but other than that, BRIDES who are on a budget, this is the place to get your dress from.

I bought an Allure gown (retail $5000) for a very very good price and it came as described and in amazing condition. Even the seamstress noted how well it was preserved and looked brand new.
I live in Phoenix. I emailed that i wanted to buy the dress on a Sunday night. They responded immediately, invoiced me and paid via PayPal. They shipped the dress the next day, arrived Thursday and Elaine emailed me to let me know they attempted delivery and it was in the post office. She checked In with me several times during the 48 trial period they provide. If I didn't like the dress, I could've shipped it back and just paid a $30 restocking fee, which is amazing to allow almost a full refund on a gown.
I decided to keep my dress--- allure c200. It's amazing and they saved me so much money!!!! Thank you for fabulous professionalism and an amazing dress for an amazing price!!!
Take a chance with Lace Bridal. They're the new kids on the block but provide an amazing service!
