Don’t plan your Italian wedding without them. I don’t know where we’d be without Luisa and Annick’s commitment to making our wedding weekend perfect. They’ve been incredibly supportive, detailed and patient while going well beyond expectations to do what needed to be done. As a destination bride, they put all my worries to rest and always were two steps ahead of us. We’re so grateful!! -

Annick and Luisa are the very best! And I was raised by a wedding planner, so the standards are high. Everyone said we were crazy for planning a destination wedding, but they made things so easy for us. They took care of all the vendor coordination and day-of logistics, making sure we got to relax and enjoy our day. They brought our vision to life better than I could have dreamed. The flowers, decor, menu, music... all of it was perfect. Just perfect.
Plus, they are absolute sweethearts. I wish I lived in Italy so I could hang out with them. If you are getting married in Tuscany, contact them first! You'll thank yourself- and them- later! -

Great job! The perfect choice.
A very professional and kind person. You can trust her 100 por cent. It rained few moments before our ceremony and she managed to change to plan b in such a perfect way that it was much better than plan a. Very remarkable.La Bottega del Sogno's reply:

Luisa was fantastic from start to finish. She helped us with everything we could need. We had found a venue we loved but as we were in England we needed someone to help us with all the vendors (flowers, wine, photgrapher, photobooth, lighting etc) and make our wedding perfect. She was so helpful and kind, she had brilliant ideas and looked after everything for us. She even let us send about 100 boxes with all of our wedding stuff to store with her before she arrived. I would reccomend her 100%. For those getting married from the UK it was especially helpful because she was able to find a celebrant who could perform the wedding at the villa rather than having to go to the town hall. Everything was brilliant! Thank you Luisa xxxx -

I live in Paris and when my (now) husband and I decided to get married, we were living and working here; we were really anxious about the whole organization of the wedding we wished to be celebrated in Pisa (Italy). So, definitely not that easy to do by ourselves from Paris...so chatting with an old friend of mine, by chance, I got Luisa's contact. My first impression was that she really cares! She is very professional, she pays attention to all the details (even those I would have never thought about!!) and everything is under her control. No stress, no panic! She is ready to please her clients and she completely understands what fits them better . We get closer and closer with Luisa and she is a really good friend now. Positive and unexpected surprise: the overall budget has been lower than expected. I think that this has been due to the fact that Luisa knows a lot of people in Pisa and in the surroundings and she can easily make your dreams come true! -
User1357596 Sent on 10/01/2013Luisa is wonderful to work with. I must admit, I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner at the start, but quickly saw that I made the right decision.
Planning a wedding is no easy task. What made it even more difficult was having to plan it from an other continent! I could not have done it without her.
Organizing a wedding is a LOT OF WORK! much goes into the coordinating of all the details. Timelines, contracts, choosing flowers, hair dresser, make-up, reminders--she takes care of it all.
She knows the best suppliers around and the best locations, you just have to pick! Obviously I didn't know anything and Italy was calling me for a wedding. Thanks to Luisa, it happened fantastically ;-)
It was reassuring to know that I didn't have to even think about it. Luisa not only knows the business, but is a wonderful person to work with. She is reliable, professional and takes time to get to know her clients (and make you feel like more than a client).
She absolutely puts her whole heart into each wedding details.
I recommend her for the best Italian wedding experience. -
User1961887 Sent on 12/10/2014The staff of the Bottega was wonderful! I thank you them very much!! They met all my wishes (as location, cake and wedding cards) and they fully live up to my expectations!!! Actually, I didn't have enough time to follow all the details of my wedding party as Louis and I decided just last September to get married in November. We live between London and Bruxelles: no time at all to get along with our relatives transportation, location in a villa, decoration etc. etc, in the mountains around Pisa (Monti Pisani)...the city where we met 10 years ago at University during Louis Erasmus study programme. The Bottega was very helpful and took care of any detail. We wished a simple ceremony but with many flowers and nice music and even if November is not a good month for flowers, they were able to find beautiful iris and white roses. The Villa for the party, its frescos and huge garden with fountain was even more beautiful with the proposed decoration (very simple, but with white, long candles...). Louis family was very, very impressed. The girls of the Bottega had, last but not least, a very friendly attitude and were very supportive with all our Italian-Belgian relatives. I did not stress out with logistical aspects and I deeply enjoyed my WEDDING DAY!!
I definetly recommend the Bottega!!! -
User1983749 Sent on 12/24/2014We had a wonderful wedding day in summer 2013. Luisa was very helpful and friendly. We were very demanding couple, but Luisa was very patient to assist us to arrange the wedding. What really touched me was that Luisa was very personal. She made me feel my wedding was also important to her as her own one. She lent us many vintage stuff and if you really want to have a wedding in Pisa, where is exactly Luisa's hometown, she would be one of the best choices for you guys.
I have to highlight the hairdresser and the make-up artist Luisa introduced because they are just unbelievably good. About the photographer and the musician I would love to suggest you to look for them yourselves as well and then compare with what Luisa recommended in order to get the best result. The florist was also very nice. As to the rest, the invitation and so on, I would say it was descent but in the end I make it myself. About the cake and the wedding menu, there was a bit communication mistakes but it was alright, and people seemed satisfied. The wedding car as well, we found by ourselves.
What we want to say is it's your wedding, so there are many things you have to pay attention and take care of, and what Luisa could do is to 'help', not manipulate or direct. And in fact she is more than helpful and always wants to help personally. With understanding and trust, both sides would be very happy to complete the same goal. Happy Wedding!
