  Grazing Table is a must

  Fantastic! We used them for our 9/14 wedding and everything served was amazing. For dinner we had the pulled pork, chicken supreme, roasted potatoes, and alfredo. We also got the chicken and waffle sliders with hot honey butter which people really enjoyed. But, the one we got the most compliments on was the grazing table. Wow! It was beautifully set up and everything was so good. The staff was fantastic and I want to highlight Bobby. He was delightful to work with and he helped so much when our venue cancelled on us. He was great with communication and even came to the new venue to see the set up before the actual wedding day. Highly recommend using them for any catering event. I did not get a picture of the food, but we did get one of the grazing table!

  Personalize Service

  Bobby is wonderful; he worked with my fiancé and myself extensively throughout the entire process, and delivered a GREAT experience and meal the day of our wedding. We had zero complaints, and the pricing is very competitive. Our guests all enjoyed the food, as did ourselves.

  Great choice!

  1, the food was amazing and they were super easy to work with! I did not have a wedding planner so I was doing everything myself. They always responded fast and helped work with me to creat the perfect look/feel for my wedding! They even let me get the silverware ahead of time so we could wrap it with the special napkins I got for the wedding. They even decorated the table they set the food on on which was a very pleasant surprise!

  Great Experience and Great Food

  We had Knife, Herb and Fire cater our June 11th wedding, and they did not disappoint! As foodies, we had high expectations, and Chef Joe pulled through!
  We were impressed with him from the start, as he provided us with a wonderful tasting experience.
  Throughout the entire planning process he was responsive and flexible with helping bring our vision to life.
  On the day of our wedding his staff was friendly and professional. The presentation of food was on point, and there was plenty of food! My only regret is that we could not eat more! ;) 10/10 would recommend.

  Fantastic food and owners!

  Meeting Joe, the owner, I knew I wanted to work with him immediately. Wonderful, kind person and the food sold itself. The presentation was impeccable and everyone raved about how delicious everything was.

  We had a plated service for our fifty wedding guests and I whole heartedly recommend Joe and his crew. The food was fabulous and all of our guests were complementing the service and quality/flavor of the food…even the next day! The chicken meatballs, satay, manicotti and chicken supreme were all divine! Oh, the food presentation is just as great as the food itself! I ever have need of a caterer again I know 100% who I will choose! Thank you Joe and crew for helping make our wedding so special.

  My husband and I are so glad we used Knife, Herb and Fire to cater our wedding reception! The food was amazing, the staff was professional and courteous. Joe was so patient with us and remained our constant contact throughout the entire process ensuring things went well on our wedding day. I would hire Knife, Herb and Fire again in a heartbeat!
