  Kim did an incredible job coordinating and managing our wedding. We had over 250 attend and she handled the crowd with ease. Kim has an eye for beauty and creativity- she executed on our vision and everything worked out perfectly! It was a beautiful day thanks to Kim!

  Kim was by my side the whole way while planning my wedding back in 2013. I was so indecisive, and had never planned an event before. She was so calm and reassuring to me. Kim provided many referrals and eevwn attended consultations with me. If you’re looking for an event planner who is knowledgeable of resources and locations in the Bay, I recommend Kim Otis. You are guaranteed to have a classy event that all your loved ones will race about forever!

  We hired KLO Events as our day-of wedding manager for our wedding in September and they did a great job. We met with Kim several times prior to the wedding to cover all the wedding details. Kim has wonderful wedding ideas that we implemented and our guests loved. Thank you KLO Events!
