Kelsea and her team did my makeup/hair and my entire bridal party for my wedding this past July! It was nothing short of amazing. She truly is so understanding and caring of your needs, and makes your vision come to life. I felt so special on my wedding day. Not only did she make me feel stunning on the outside, she was a calming presence throughout all my emotions (& there were a lot!)💕 -

I can not recommend Kelsea and Radiant Reflection enough. I chose Kelsea after seeing her work on Instagram and there wasn't a style/look that I didn't love. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED my wedding look. I received so many compliments on the and felt so beautiful. My entire bridal party also loved their looks as well. Kelsea and her crew were all so sweet and fun the morning of and really set the tone for an easy and relaxing morning. -

Radiant Reflection was AMAZING!
My wedding planner gave Kelsea as a recommendation for my bridal hair and makeup as well as my bridal party. I had a specific vision for my hair and makeup and Kelsea was able to turn those into reality! She is personable, reliable and a joy to work with! She is truly amazing and wants her brides to look and feel their best. She added extra time in my day of timeline to ensure that she had plenty of time to get everything just right! -

Kelsea and her team were the best choice we could have made for our hair and makeup needs for our wedding day. From the trial to the big day, Kelsea was fantastic and made sure everything followed our timeline so we'd be ready for photos and our first look on time. We really couldn't have done it without them. She was able to get my hair to hold a curl for the entire day. something no one else has been able to do. I've never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day, thanks to Kelsea's talents. Kelsea and two other stylists did hair and makeup for three bridesmaids, two moms, and myself with plenty of time for us to be able to eat lunch and get touch ups after eating. I really can't say enough about them. Even 6 months later, I'm still getting compliments about how good my hair and makeup looked. You can't find a better team in the RVA area. -

I can’t thank Kelsea enough for everything she did for me on my wedding day! As someone who has little experience with makeup, I sincerely appreciated her patience with me throughout the trial process and the day of the wedding. I have never felt more beautiful in my life! The bridesmaids and mothers all raved about Kelsea and her team of artists. On top of all of this, she’s just a generally lovely person to spend time with. I ended up booking a few hours of extra coverage so that Kelsea could assist with touch ups before and after the ceremony, which ended up being a life saver on a hot and humid Virginia afternoon. I feel so lucky to have gotten the chance to work with her and will be sure to recommend Kelsea and her team to friends getting married in the future! -

Bridgman Wedding
Kelsea was amazing from the start! After our first meet on the phone, I knew I wanted her to be apart of our special day! She really listened to what I wanted for my hair & make up while making suggestions to make it even more beautiful! She was patient, understanding & willing to do more or less to create "that look" for the special day. Kelsea was also very attentive to my emails and never left me in the dark with questions or concerns. Her & her team did an AMAZING job on all of my girls. If you are looking for light natural look or a full face make up look, she is the one! You will not be disappointed! -

Kelsea Made Planning a Breeze!
I knew Kelsea from a friend's wedding and loved her work. So when I saw her on Wedding Wire and she was available, I was so excited.
I gave Kelsea a timeline of when my bridal party needed to be ready and she completely took care of planning who got hair/make-up when so I didn't have to worry about it!
The entire Radian Reflection team understood the look I wanted and I felt beautiful! I got airbrush make-up for the first time and it looked and felt wonderful. My bridal party, mom and mother-in-law all looked amazing. -

Kelsea and her team did mine and my bridesmaids’ hair for my wedding on 6/27/2021. She was super sweet and very communicative from the first time we spoke on the phone, to the hair trial, all the way until the wedding. She was able to take my vision and turn it into something even better. I am so happy with how my hair turned out on my wedding day, and the rest of my bridal party was just as happy. Kelsea is an amazing person and stylist! She was so sweet throughout the entire process and always made me feel confident we would get my hair perfect. She did a trial for me, which happened to be the day of my engagements, so she changed up the style for those after doing my trial. It was beautiful! Additionally, we used clip in extensions for both and she did a wonderful job working with my fine hair and extensions. My wedding day hair exceeded any pinterest photos I had saved. She's the real deal! -
