Keller Golf Course and Lancer Catering were absolutely wonderful to work with! They made the planning process as stress free as possible. The venue is gorgeous and they offer an amazing wedding package. I cannot recommend Keller and Lancer catering enough! They exceeded our expectations and our wedding day was amazing! If I had to do it again, I would 100% pick Keller Golf Course as my venue again! Also the food was amazing! Our guests have been raving about it! I'm so pleased with our decision to go with Keller for our wedding!

We met Lyndsey at the February 2020 Wedding fair and they were offering a promotion for booking events in 2020 (pre pandemic), where they were waiving the rental fee. We toured immediately and fell in love. Keller is near the cities and I have driven past there countless times not knowing how beautiful it is!
We booked for a 12/12/2020 wedding, and Lyndsey was there every step and helped me keep on track in the most subtle ways. I would have forgotten to check in with other vendors if it wasn't for her! Sadly we had to reschedule (twice) and again Lyndsey was so responsive to emails, calls, and texts. I have a crazy schedule and I'm very indecisive so it was like planning a wedding with a friend!
Keller requires you to use their caterer (Lancer Hospitality) which I was a little worried about at first because my husband is a cook and has very high standards. We chose the Heartland Buffet and our tasting was so good we raved about it for the next year until we were able to have our wedding! Literally everyone was telling us how amazing the food was and it was the best wedding food they have ever had. Do not skip out on having Lancer cater your wedding party for breakfast or lunch because they are so amazing. We had the chicken BLT'S! Because they have a food and beverage minimum we added on late night munchies. Pizza, Brownies, and Cookies were definitely needed after dancing and drinking for a couple hours.
Then of course the bar! We requested Christine after meeting her at Keller Grille because she makes the best drinks and takes the time to get to know her customers.
Lancer Catering recommended Buttercream Cakes and they waived the cake cutting fee if we used them (this also goes towards food and beverage min). I'm leaving a separate review for them, but definitely recommend!
Keller has a gorgeous fireplace room that we used for our ceremony (140 max) then they have a larger ballroom (250 max?).
They offer many options to rent if you don't want to worry about clean up like I did. We opted for ceiling decor, extra votives, and table numbers.

Keller is everything we were looking for in a venue! Their events manager Lyndsey is awesome!

My son's wedding at Keller this past weekend was nothing short of amazing. There is a dressing room that worked well for make-up and hair and getting dressed, for the ladies (we sent the men to our wedding hotel, the Fairfield St. Paul NE). The Fireplace Room and Ballroom are so beautiful, as well as the views, and everyone LOVED the food. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Lyndsey the manager. Do not hesitate to book Keller for your wedding, you will be very happy that you did!

One less thing we had to worry about. Easy to reach out to and easily accessible via email. I literally emailed at the goofiest hours and usually had a response when I least expected it. I am a nurse and work crazy shifts. She is professional. The catering team was so thoughtful the night of and kept things moving. Everyone raved about our food (street tacos, fry bar) and dessert (fondue dessert bar).
Beautiful venue. Just as planned. No problems. Only regret was that we didn't have enough time to talk to our guests. Highly recommend... thinking of returning for a Quincenera!

Keller Clubhouse and Lancer Catering 100% hit everything on my checklist and then some! Lyndsey, the catering coordinator was so accommodating to our needs and wants and the space was perfect for our intimate wedding (150ish). The food was great, the flexibility was appreciated and the venue was affordable, close to home and beautiful!

I had got engaged in December 2018, and knew that we wanted a summer 2019 wedding! I had gone to the bridal show on a Sunday in February with determination to find a venue. I came across Keller Golf Course & Lancer Catering. I grabbed their card and filled out a contact information form. Monday morning, I received a follow up email from Lyndsey, the senior catering sales manager. She was very professional, helpful, and honest the whole step of the way! My husband and I fell in love with Keller Golf Course, and booked our reception, ceremony, and grooms dinner there. The whole planning process leading up to the wedding was nothing but fabulous! The staff is very helpful! Lyndsey is amazing to say the least! She makes everything so easy for you! She always delivered quick responses to my questions! The staff were friendly and caring. The food was amazing! We received so many compliments of how good the food was and how amazing the venue was!

Keller Clubhouse was the perfect place to host our winter wedding reception. With timeless charm and new renovations, the clubhouse two-room layout was wonderful. Parking was a breeze, even with snowstorms that week. The food was absolutely amazing, our guests have told us it was the best wedding meal they’ve ever had! Lyndsey was a joy to work with. She’s detailed, knowledgable, and helped us create the perfect custom menu and layout for the evening. The event staff were wonderful too! If you’re looking for a charming venue with excellent planning, stellar service, and amazing food - all for a very reasonable price - don’t hesitate to choose Keller!

I had my reception at Keller a couple of weeks ago and could not have imagined a better place to have my wedding. The building is gorgeous and the grounds are perfect in the spring. The vibrant colors of the greens look amazing in pictures. The staff was all super polite and very helpful. The food was amazing and all of our guests have raved about it. Lyndsey was amazing to work with and she made the whole process so easy. Lyndsey made sure everything ran smoothly and perfectly. She really made the whole planning process fun. If you are looking for a place to have your wedding, Keller is definitely worth a visit.

Wooooooow!! Absolutely wow. Having our wedding at Keller Golf Course was the second best decision we have ever made (the first is getting married). My husband and I wanted a fairy tale wedding and got it. The day was absolutely MAGICAL.
Lyndsey Lyon, our wedding coordinator with Lancer Cetering went above and beyond our expectations. She was amazing to work with. Amazing. She made us feel like she was on our team— right away she let us know that this was our wedding and that she would do everything she could to make it special for us. Often times, when loved ones help newlyweds plan their wedding, their expectations of what a wedding should be like take priority and over power what the couple really wants. Lyndsey did a wonderful job of making our voice be heard and not over powered by our parents. It brought us comfort knowing we had her in our corner.
The open house is 100% worth going to. It’s a fun night of free food and seeing the potential of the wedding space. There were twenty other couples + parents there, and Lyndsey made us feel like we were the only bride and groom at the event. We live an hour and a half away from the golf course, so it made our trip to that much more meaningful.
I highly suggest you pay for the draping and cafe lights. It’s ridiculously expensive but extravagantly beautiful. It adds to the “experience” for your wedding. I am still swooning over our reception photos. We had our DJ bring in uplighting— another “worth it” cost. Even if you don’t want to spend a lot of money, having these elements makes it appear like you did.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. For all my foodies in the house, you’re welcome. We had the Harvest Salad, Chicken Skewers and Bacon Wrapped Dates as appetizers, Tuscan Chicken and Pork Tenderloin with potatoes and vegetables as main entrees. So happy with our meal choices! I’m still drooling. Do the taste test.

My wife and I just had our reception at Keller Clubhouse in St Paul and we worked with Lyndsey Lyon. She was fantastic to work with and made sure that every day leading up to the wedding we felt supported. We constantly emailed her and she was always so happy to help. The food was so good (all of our guests raved about the beef). We fell in love with the location and staff during our first tour there! Our day ran smoothly, but we were unable to set up the night before (due to another party being hosted there). We were able to get there at 10AM and staff had set up tables and linens and we were able to jump right into the centerpiece making (the groomsmen did, actually). The only setback we did have was halfway though the engagement, we were told that the menu prices were going up and our quote was going up (quite significantly). We contacted Lyndsey and she discussed a plan with her manager and we were given some credit for lighting. Having her was such a blessing!

We highly suggest Keller Golf Course as a venue -for both the beauty and the amazing staff!

We got married at Keller Golf Course and it was amazing. From the moment we walked in we fell in love with the venue. It's like buying a house, you get that feeling and you just know it's right. We mainly worked with Lyndsey throughout the process and she was so helpful. Very flexible, friendly and we definitely felt she genuinely cared about our wedding and wanted it to go well. The venue itself is beautiful sitting up on a hill and inside had everything we wanted too. On the day of we couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Everything went off without a hitch. The appetizers were amazing and the main course was just delicious. The staff assisting us on the day was really helpful in ensuring a smooth flow for the evening and being respectful and courteous to our guests. Thank you for an amazing night and I would definitely recommend Keller and lancer and Lyndsey to anyone getting married!!!

This is such a great venue! We worked with Lyndsey and she did everything in her power to make sure that we were 100% happy with what the venue would look like for our wedding.

Keller Golf Course with Lancer Catering was absolutely the correct choice to hold my wedding. Lyndsey, the wedding coordinator went above and beyond, making sure that everything was set for my big day. She was extremely responsive and thought of everything so that my day went off without a hitch!! The venue really does have everything, from beautiful grounds for photo ops, to reasonability priced (and delicious!!) food. The amount of space reserved for the day also was wonderful allowing for what my guests have been saying was one of the best weddings they have been to in years :). I can't even begin to tell you how amazing our wedding here was!! Lyndsey (Keller Golf Course) made planning easy as can be and was so kind and fun, our food was A HIT, and the place was beautiful!!!! I would recommend to everyone!

Keller was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. We loved the set up of the space, having both a ballroom and social hour room was awesome. Can't say enough good things about the event coordinator, Lyndsey Lyon. She is friendly, honest, easy to work with, and responded quickly to all of my one million questions throughout the wedding planning process. We were very pleased with how everything turned out!

Lancer Catering did a fantastic job with my daughters wedding but Lyndsey was a rock star! She was wonderful to work with and every suggestion she had turned out great. I would recommend Lancer Catering and i have.

We had such a wonderful time working with Lyndsey. She was informative, knowledgeable, professional and available, so much so that I was comfortable not hiring a wedding planner. Not only was she all of those things but she also genuinely cared. She cared about who I was as a bride and a person, something all brides need going through a stressful time. Also, the venue was beautiful and accommodating. All of my ideas Lyndsey made happen. Our food came out in a timely manner and everyone loved it. I still, months later, get rave reviews from our guests about our venue and how wonderful everything was.

Keller Golf Course provided us with a fantastic wedding. A huge part of that is because of their event coordinator, Lyndsey. She was very quick to respond to our questions (and we had a lot), always friendly, and very accommodating to what we wanted. Unlike a lot of venues their pricing is very easy to understand and there are not hidden fees like other places we toured. We had an outdoor ceremony overlooking Keller Lake. Moving indoors was always an option for us without any additional fees and they would have figured out the logistics. We were even able to set up the day beforehand without additional charges which made the day of much easier to figure out (we would not have if they had booked an event the night before). Lyndsey truly wanted us to be happy with their service and helped us along the whole time. I would definitely recommend Keller.

We recently got married at the Keller Golf Course and fell in love with it right away. It was a perfect fit for us, conveniently located and beautiful views. I am so happy with our decision, the staff were very friendly, food was amazing and we received overwhelming amounts of positive comments. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

My husband and I had a very difficult time picking our reception and we could not have picked a better venue for our Wedding Reception. We are so happy with Keller as they were very professional and we were able to make it perfect for our day. The staff and particularly the wedding coordinator were all so helpful leading up to the big day and also on the big day. They were available whenever I needed questions answered or helpful hints as far as making the day the best it could be. The wedding Coordinator helped set up our name cards and prepare for the arrival of the guests. We were able to have our slide show shown and accommodate a large number of guests. We could not have made a better choice than to go with Keller as our reception venue and we would highly recommend it to others.

We are so happy we had our wedding reception at Keller Golf Course. Lindsey Lyon is a joy to work with and she helped us out any way she could. The staff at Keller were very friendly, easy to work with and flexible (with things they could be!) The new remodel is beautiful. I highly recommend Keller Golf Course for any special occasions!
