  Not your average Transportation

  Our wedding was in May 2019 . KD Elite team went above and beyond . Anastasia did wonderful job helping us planning all the details and routes. All the drivers were professional , courteous and went extra mile to make sure everything went well. I would highly recommend KD Elite to any type of event. Because in the end you know that you will be happy!

  Highly recommended!!!

  We had our wedding this April. And we had a lot of international guests and big big family. KD elite helped us to make our special day even better! From airport arrivals , rehearsal dinner to the wedding day .Everybody were on time , they offered us a wedding shuttle representative which was amazing!! The great addition was a winery tour for the bachelorette party . Best vendor you can go with !

  Great transportation!

  KD Elite did a great job from start to finish! They were very responsive and allowed for changes through out. I had to add an additional shuttle and make multiple trips and they were great! They even gave us a card and bottle of champagne as a present. I thought that was an amazing additional touch!

  Great Experience

  We hired KD Elite Transportation for our wedding. Anastasia was easy to work with and everyone arrived at the wedding on time. All our guests said the driver was friendly and bus was well maintained. They even gave us a bottle of champagne to congratulate us on the wedding! We would definitely recommend KD Elite for wedding transportation.

  From all the companies we decided to go with KD Elite. It was the best choice.
  Anastasia and Olga did a fantastic job from A to Z. Our drivers Alex & Michael were on time, very polite and stayed in touch with the planner during the wedding. I would highly recommend KD Elite to anyone! Thank you!

  We used KD Elite as the transportation company for our wedding, they did a wonderful job transporting our friends and family to and from the venue. The driver was very polite and professional and we were very happy with their services.

  I don’t know much about the transportation because that was one of two things my husband was in charge of. However, I can say that they were professional, on-time/early, accommodating, and followed all of our instructions! We had several guest comment about how nice the driver was, and how comfortable the seats and ride were. We were also told how convenient it was that the bus stopped at each hotel and made sure to get everyone they needed, and that the driver was very attentive to everyone needs – offering free bottles of water and a wonderful attitude. I would definitely recommend them!

  We had an okay experience with KD Elite. We contracted them for a very large quantity of shuttles - 2 14-passenger on the way to the ceremony, 3 40-passengers after that (which each had a slightly different route based on who was inside). They told me afterwards that this was the largest wedding they had done, and they contracted with another company. Wish I would have known that! The other company's driver scolded me (the bride) for him not having any point of contact for during the day (even though both KD and my coordinator had that information... and I KNOW my coordinator reached out to KD). The other company's shuttle left behind my husband's family, who was outside waiting for 20 minutes in 85+ degree sunny heat (including his 93 year old grandmother). Somehow my number and email were listed as the points of contact (even though 2-3 of the 5 shuttles claimed to not have anyone's number), so I (the bride) was getting texts and emails all day. It was very disorganized. I spoke to the General Manager afterwards, who did apologize and offer us a gift card, and also said that in the future they plan to have a KD employee on-site during the wedding to ensure things go smoothly. We had 230 guests, 5 shuttles, and a complex route (3 stops in between the ceremony and reception, and then a pickup later at the hotel to bring people to the reception). If you have a smaller (150 or less?) guest count, less complexity (everyone goes point A to point B) - I would be open to recommending KD Elite. I will say - EVERY shuttle was beautiful, clean, and safe, and the drivers (except that one) were also super nice. They even brought us champagne, which was cute! If you have a large guest count or anything complex, I'd consider looking for a company that has more experience with weddings.
