  One Stop Wedding Shop

  Kay’s has EVERYTHING! The largest dress selection I have seen! They were able to help me dress my entire wedding party! My bridesmaids, groom & his crew, along with my flower girls and mothers of the bride & groom. The amount of rentals and linens available is outstanding. My reception was beautifully decorated thanks to Kay & her great team! I highly recommend!!

  These ladies were great! I called several stores looking to try on a dress I fell in love with online. No one had it, but the owner here called around and insisted the company send her a sample for me to try on. She even stayed after hours to make the phone calls. At my appointment, I didn't find any dresses I absolutely fell in love with, so I continued shopping around at other bridal stores (I went to at least 6!). I found The Dress at a different store but didn't care for the customer service there. Because I had liked the service there so we, I called Kay's, and they were able to order it for me, and it was cheaper! I am so pleased with my experiences with them and can not way to go for my next fitting in September.

  We got the tuxedos, bride's maids dresses, shoes, accessories, and window treatements here. Everything came in on time, was right, and in good condition. Would use again, just a little expensive I thought.

  Sadly this won't let me post everything that happened, apparently my story is too long. Long story short: My dress was not done correctly, it took until 2 days before the wedding for them to get it right. Everyone there acted as if they were annoyed to help, it wasn't just me either, all the customers in there were treated the same. We spent well over $1,000 with them. Rented tuxes, which one was given to us that went to another wedding. All in all it was a horrid experience and we will never go back. I never complain because I believe everyone has bad days but this went over at least 3 months time and I urge people to go elsewhere. I unless you enjoy added stress to your special day.
