We had such a great experience working with Kara. She has her system down pat and made the process of choosing custom invitations so easy. Her sample kit and selection of custom suites (ranging from traditional to modern) simplifies the process of choosing a style of wedding invitation, and yet she has so many ways to personalize the invitations to reflect your style. A family member sketched our venue and Kara was able to incorporate the sketch in the envelope liner which we loved. The invitations were delivered to our home in excellent condition and we got so many compliments from friends and family. Kara was easy to reach throughout the process and so nice to work with. 10/10 recommend -

Working with Kara Anne was so great! I unfortunately had to reschedule my April wedding due to the coronavirus and needed change of date cards and Kara Anne was on it. She made digital cards for me with clear instructions for how to send them to my guests within hours! I sent her my original invitations as well as other bits of inspiration and she matched it perfectly. She did a great job! I would definitely use her services again! -

Highly recommend for wedding designs!
Kara did an AMAZING job with our signage and day-of wedding details!! She took our vision and designed our wedding save-the-dates, invitations, welcome sign, koozies, and other day-of signage. The end result was perfect. Our favorite was the drink welcome sign with a custom water color painting of our pup, Roo!
During COVID, we also had to reschedule our wedding twice. Kara helped reduce our stress by keeping us on track with details and deadlines. We are so glad that we had her support during such a crazy time.
We HIGHLY recommend Kara if you are looking for beautiful wedding designs and stress-free process! -

Kara was hands down the most responsive and flexible vendor I worked with for our wedding! She is exceptionally creative and brought my wedding stationary and day of detail ideas to life. She is also just a super kind person and lovely to talk to every step of the way! She kept me on track with a timeline of when to send out items and when to finalize certain details. Everything ordered through her arrived in beautiful packaging and was stellar quality. She is absolutely the best! Thanks Kara!! -

Kara is such a talented designer and extremely customer focused. After having worked with another vendor it was particularly clear that Kara is leagues ahead of the competition in terms of her design abilities. The menus, programs, and reserved seat signs she did for my wedding were gorgeous and more importantly she was incredibly easy to work with. I was able to leave the design elements in her hands and she executed beautifully. -

Kara was by far the most proactive, responsive and enjoyable vendor I worked with throughout all of wedding planning! She was able to put the most beautiful touches on our wedding and took our vision beyond our expectations. I am so thankful I was able to go to Kara for so many items (even some last minute requests!) I needed and was able to minimize the number of vendors I had to work with. She was amazing at keeping track off all the various items and timelines to ensure everything always stayed on track and remained stress free!
I promise Kara is exactly what you need in the craziness of wedding planning - I cannot recommend her enough! -

Kara is amazing!
If it’s any testament to Kara’s skill, creativity, affordability, and overall pleasantness to work with, I hired her to do my save-the-dates, wedding invites, other wedding things like table cards, AND then commissioned her to do my sister’s baby shower invitations and game pieces. I can’t recommend Kara enough for any of your stationary needs. She made the process a lot of fun; plus, thanks to her versatility, we really got products that matched our personalities (and no, that doesn’t mean I was a bridezilla... I think. Our stationary was black with skulls). You just won’t get this level of service anywhere else in VA; or, for that matter, online. -

Talented designer and a must-have addition to your vendor team!
Kara is a beyond talented designer and was absolutely essential in creating the perfect aesthetic for our September 2019 wedding! If you are looking for someone with talent as well as someone who will help you manage through the details you never thought about for your wedding, Kara is your gal.
After an initial discussion where we provided probably the most vague ideas imaginable of what we were looking for in the design for our wedding stationary/signage, Kara quickly got to work putting together an array of carefully curated options that perfectly captured our desired style and palette. Kara was highly communicative and responsive and managed a very well thought out project plan. Her understanding of a wedding planning timeline and anticipation of shortfalls, where in her experience they tend to happen, was critical in keeping us on track so that we could meet our save-the-date and invite sending timelines.
Kara was never one to shy away from a challenge/new concept and it was in those tasks she completely blew us away! Our Pittsburgh Cookie Table Sign was so unique and spotlighted her artistic capabilities. We had so many compliments on the design elements of our wedding, particularly the signage!
Thank you Kara for all that you did to make our wedding absolutely perfect, from the save the dates to the design elements at our reception! -

From Stationary to Extraordinary
What’s the hardest part of the wedding you ask? It’s the small details
that you don’t have time for, which makes it essential to have the right
team of vendors. Kara of Kara Anne and Co. was one of our first vendors we
committed to, and it’s safe to say it helped carry us throughout the entire
process.
After getting engaged, and picking a date, there is sooo much to do. It
can get a little overwhelming but luckily we had Kara to help us out. We
knew we needed to get our invitations out ASAP, and Kara walked us through
the entire process and quickly helped us create a dream card that helped
get our guests excited about our event a year out. From there, she went out
of her way to help with suggestions and offer advice whenever it was
needed. Up until the last minute we were thinking of ideas, so it was
helpful having Kara ready and able to help bring our visions to realities.
From table tents, wedding invitations, day of signage and everything in
between…We highly recommend Kara! If you are looking for creative,
charismatic, kind and helpful vendor who can take on it all, look no
further! Let her take your simple stationary to extraordinary 😊 -

Kara did the most incredible job making the signage for our wedding. She's fast, creative and has a great sense of style. She gave us options for everything, and she even tweaked certain letters in the font we choose to make them more unique. I loved everything Kara designed for us, but by far the biggest hit was our signature cocktail menu, which featured beautiful watercolors and a drawing of our cat. Our guests raved about it, and even the printer who printed it was showing it off to other employees in the store! Our caterer said he was a little afraid the cocktail itself wouldn't be as beautiful as Kara's illustration! You will not regret hiring Kara to help with your wedding design. She will bring your vision to life in a cohesive, beautiful and totally unique way! -

If you are looking for the most perfect invites/signage/wedding decor/designs, Kara is THE woman that you want working by your side! No matter what you have in mind, Kara will make your vision a reality and the beauty associated with the occasion will be recognized by EVERYONE! Constantly, throughout our planning for our wedding, we had ideas that we couldn't exactly articulate, but Kara understood our requests and entirely exceeded our expectations!
During the initial stages of planning, we met with Kara and gave her our ideas. In a QUICK turnaround, she presented designs to us that totally blew our minds! She made the whole process easy for us and we could not be happier with the results! With her designs and decor on display, we had a wedding that we will never forget and we could not be more proud to have chosen her to help us throughout the process.
If you are looking for someone to alleviate the stress of designing different items for your wedding, CHOOSE KARA! Plain and simple, she is the best!

I cannot recommend Kara Anne + Co enough! She designed all of our day of details for our upcoming wedding in March. We worked together seamlessly to make sure everything coordinated and I can't wait to see it all come together!
Kara was kind, patient and understanding throughout the whole process. She was always quick to answer my questions and willing to help me make decisions. She even gave us the water color portrait she did of our dog for our signature cocktail sign! I know we will treasure that and all her beautiful signage for years to come. -

Amazing to work with and so talented
I had really specific ideas of signage and designs that I wanted for our wedding but couldn't find anything close to it online. Luckily, a friend introduced me to Kara and she made them ALL come to life! She's an incredible graphic designer and brings that professional experience to everything she does. She was so responsive and helpful and we could not have been happier with the details she added to our wedding. I contacted Kara about 3 months before my wedding day, after I realized that I hadn’t even begun thinking about menus, signage, and other design elements for our big day! Kara was totally game to turn around design options in a short period of time, and she came up with the most beautiful seating chart, signage, menus, and programs that I could have dreamed of! Her deadlines were spot on, or even early, her services were VERY reasonably priced (vs. designing and printing these elements on my own), and she was really fun to work with. She’s a great listener and tremendously professional, and I highly suggest that all couples work with her! -

She made all the signs for our wedding and created the program fans, which were super helpful to guests since it was 90 degrees during our ceremony! We have her bar sign displayed on our bar at home now. She is so kind, very responsive, and helped us out last minute without compromising any detail. She's also very clear in her communication, which eliminates significant stress during an otherwise stressful time. We would highly recommend her to every couple.
