Beautiful Videos
I was impressed with the quality of Jon’s video of my son’s wedding last Fall. Communication beforehand was excellent. I didn’t have a worry or need the the day of the wedding. And the finished, beautiful product was available soon after. Jon will be doing another son’s wedding next Spring.I was impressed with the quality of Jon’s video of my son’s wedding last Fall. He did an outstanding job at my Wedding this past November! He gives you multiple options on the the video and even lets you approve the cuts before the final. Great quality with a helpful and caring professional
The quality of his work were just amazing and he was super friendly to work with. Very professional and helpful. So happy with the service and final product we got. Moments me and my husband get to cherish for the rest of our lives and something we get to show our kids some day in the future. Bad service......
Unfortunately, my experience with Jon Lofquist Films was not what I expected. While the final video was of decent quality, the process leading up to it was frustrating. Communication was slow, and there were several instances where my messages were left unanswered for days. The production team seemed disorganized, and there was a lack of attention to detail in the editing. I had high hopes based on their portfolio, but I was ultimately left feeling underwhelmed. I would suggest Jon improve his communication and customer service before working with future clients.
I’m really disappointed with the video I received from Jon Lofquist Films. While the initial consultation was promising, the final product didn’t match the level of quality I was led to expect. The editing felt rushed, and there were noticeable issues with the sound quality that shouldn’t have been overlooked. For the price I paid, I expected much more professional results. It’s unfortunate because I was hoping to have a lasting, high-quality video, but this felt more like a last-minute project. I wouldn’t recommend their services based on my experience.

I will never shop here again
Do not waste your money on Excellent! I ordered a product, and it took forever to arrive — nearly three weeks. When it finally did show up, it was damaged and not even close to what I ordered. I contacted customer service, but they ignored my emails for days. When they finally responded, they gave me the runaround and said there was nothing they could do. Horrible experience. I will never shop here again."

I tried to return them, but their return policy is a joke — they don’t even respond to messages! I ended up just throwing them away, and I lost my money. Do yourself a favor and shop with a company that actually values its customers.

I don't know how this company has such good reviews. I had a terrible experience with Excellent. I ordered a product online, and it took over a month to arrive. When it finally did, the item was damaged, and customer service was impossible to reach. I tried emailing and calling for weeks, but I received no response. Worst customer service ever. Do not buy from them!

The product was completely different from what was shown on the website, and it didn't even function properly. When I tried to get a refund, they refused to issue one and kept pushing me to return the item at my own cost. This is a scam, plain and simple
