  This venue was great for us. It's not much to look at from the outside, but the inside was simple, had a wood burning fireplace (we had a winter wedding), and a large floor area. We fit about 250 people in the venue pretty comfortably. It was easy to get a hold of the contact people at Murzyn Hall, which helped a lot with coordination of setup. This venue is very reasonably priced. Some things you'll want to consider with Murzyn Hall - you have to decorate and take down all decorations yourself, you will need to have a licensed caterer, and if you choose to have alcohol at your wedding, you will need to hire a police liaison. We didn't mind - the price, location and service was right for what we wanted. There is also a golf course near by if you want to take pictures there.

  We picked Murzyn Hall for its enormous dance floor and the ability to use our own caterer. Deanna was very helpful in getting everything ready and organized and making suggestions for decorations and table arrangements. The space is very plain (it's a community center), but we brought in our own decorations and it definitely transformed the space. Much more affordable than other options we looked at, and it is handicap accessible and has a playground on site.
