  Great experience 🤗

  The whole team at joes dj service did a great job! It was very easy communicating before the wedding, and on the night of they were flexible and accommodating. The timing of the music for the ceremony and the mic setup was perfect and the whole night went smoothly! They took some requests but also were able to play all the songs we had on our list too. It was a great night!

  David was an absolute hit and played a pivotal role in turning our celebration into an unforgettable dance party.
  
  From the moment the music started, our guests were on their feet and grooving to the beats. David had a fantastic sense of timing and a knack for reading the crowd, ensuring that the dance floor was never empty. David’s song selection was on point, mixing our favorite tunes with crowd-pleasers that got everyone moving.
  
  What truly stood out was David’s ability to seamlessly transition between songs, creating a flow that kept the energy high throughout the night. David also accommodated our special requests.
  
  David’s equipment and setup were top-notch, providing crystal-clear sound. David was professional, punctual, and worked seamlessly with our wedding coordinator to ensure a smooth flow of events.
  
  Additionally, David acted as an excellent emcee, making announcements and keeping the evening's schedule on track without being intrusive. His ability to strike the right balance between entertainment and organization was commendable.

  Wedding MVPs!

  I knew that the DJ would be an important part of our wedding, but I had no idea how crucial Joe’s DJ Service and our DJ, Ryan, would be to making our big day memorable in all of the best ways. Going with real pros made all the difference, as it’s clear how much the professionalism and expertise of the Joe’s team really paid off.
  
  AJ was fantastic to work with ahead of our wedding. He was beyond patient and understanding when we needed to postpone due to the pandemic, and when we finally started the planning process in earnest, he was quick to answer every question I had. From strategies to amplify the ceremony at our remote outdoor venue to the best mic setup for our videographers to capture the audio they needed, he’d done it all before (and worked with many of our Bozeman-based vendors as well), and the value of that experience was clear. And of course, the detailed questionnaire and follow-up call the week before the wedding was the perfect way to make sure we’d ironed out all of the details. As a bride, it often felt like my job to think of everything, but with Joe’s, I got the comfort and relief of a pro who’d thought of everything I hadn’t and was always one step ahead.
  
  Our wedding day was wonderful but a bit chaotic, validating all of the prep work Joe’s did to be ready for anything. Some nasty weather rolled in and we had to change quickly to an indoor venue, but because we'd been over the backup plan, our DJ was able to shift gears quickly without scrambling for new instructions.
  
  And about that DJ: Ryan was a ROCK STAR!! It was a bit of a fire drill for him to pack up his equipment when the rain came and switch over to our alternate venue, but he did an absolutely amazing job. The second setup worked really well, with all of our guests able to hear our ceremony clearly—a huge priority. Ryan was also very responsive to feedback, turning the volume down during dinner when asked and rolling with other requests. We’d provided a list of songs in advance, but unfortunately his printed copies got rained on and partially ruined… however, I didn’t realize that until much later because he understood our vibe so well that he ended up playing what we would've wanted anyway!
  
  We got compliments not just from guests but from our shuttle drivers saying that the party sounded fantastic and that we had the best playlist—all thanks to Ryan! We loved the fantastic energy he brought, joining our friends on the dance floor and understanding exactly how to keep people pumped up. We wanted a mix of country, pop, and some “guilty pleasure” tunes from our college days. He managed to find the perfect blend, switching it up to keep things fresh without giving anyone musical whiplash.
  
  The moment Ryan became the real MVP of our wedding was when he approached our venue and got them to extend our end time! He saw how much fun we were having and took it upon himself to see if we could keep things going. We had the very best night, thanks to Ryan’s intuition and initiative and the professionalism and preparation of the whole Joe’s team. I cannot recommend them enough!

  Awesome DJ service!

  We hired Joe's for our destination wedding. What a wonderful experience! They have such a professional and efficient process, AJ and his team really know what they are doing. After our final phone call with AJ the week of the wedding, I was quite confident that we'd be happy with our DJ. Taylor surpassed our expectations! She was so communicative during the night, she was reading the crowd so well, and our guests had an absolute blast. Also, our officiant was one of our close friends and it was her first time, Taylor gave her a few really helpful tips. My officiant/friend could not stop raving about her afterwards. Great experience!

  Exceptional from the first song to the last

  Outstanding service from start to finish. Working with Joe's DJ service was easy and so pleasant. It was very clear what they needed from me to make my day perfect. Our DJ Drew was incredible, he transitioned through all our songs and during the reception was able to keep our more reluctant crowd engaged and dancing. Even when things didn't go as planned (like a fire alarm during the ceremony) Drew was wonderful at lightening the mood and helping to get everything back on track. Overall I couldn't recommend them enough for your wedding or event. From the coordination with AJ to the final song Drew played, they made the event a success!

  Excellent vendor to work with professionally

  As a wedding videographer, working cooperatively with the DJ service is key for ensuring the overall sound quality of our videos. They have always been very collaborative and willing to help out our cause as well as having a special knack for livening the party. These Joes aren't average, you will enjoy having them at your event for sure.

  DJ for our wedding reception (I was the bride)

  Joe’s DJ was professional, very easy to work with, and they went above and beyond in multiple areas for our wedding. AJ’s communication before our wedding (including a questionnaire and multiple phone call interviews) was incredible and allowed him to cater to exactly what we were looking for. Not only was AJ a great guy to be around at the wedding (very professional and kind), but he helped in areas of the wedding outside of his expertise from the kindness of his heart. He was simply a great guy and a wonderful addition to our wedding reception- we HIGHLY recommend them! Joe’s DJ also came highly recommended from Big Sky Resort and our wedding coordinator.

  Wonderful to work with

  This company sent the best DJ they could have ever sent for our specific needs and desires. Jake was polite and helped keep our guests safe and happy by making all of our announcements. He listened to us and was very respectful and the music he selected kept my new husband and I on the dance floor almost the entire night! We really appreciate how willing the company was to work with us to give us exactly what we wanted. They even shortened the song for my father daughter dance to the perfect length so that my dad and I didn’t have to be the center of attention for too long since neither of us love that sort of thing. Thanks for giving us a wonderful evening to remember!

Our DJ was Eric Lambert, and he was very fun to work with on the day of! We danced and sang and all in all had an amazing time. This service was also VERY budget-friendly for our small wedding.   Kept everyone on the dance floor!

  Joe's DJ (Evan) was SO MUCH FUN! They really nailed the vibe for our wedding, read the crowd great, listened to our do/do not play list with the right balance of genres, and made sure towards the end of the night we had heard everything we wanted to hear. They also provided music for our ceremony and cocktail hour. We had a specific recording from a family friend to play during the ceremony and they cued it up perfectly while staying very out of the way from the main event. A great DJ makes all the difference for a great party!

  Completely satisfied and great value

  We hired Joe’s for our July 4, 2020 wedding at Rainbow Ranch after hearing that they are a big presence in Bozeman and that they consistently do a great job. Music was something I was particular about and they did not disappoint. Our DJ was AJ. He was responsive and had an extended conversation with us on the phone that gave us complete comfort with his knowledge and professionalism. We used Joe’s for our ceremony music as well as our reception. They used quality equipment and AJ catered to all of our song requests/do not play requests/etc. He definitely felt out what was working on the dance floor to keep the party going. I dislike weddings where people don’t dance or the dance floor is awkward, so the DJ was an important role (especially in COVID where social norms have changed). Our wedding felt like a non-COVID wedding and I think the DJ certainly helped with that. We even had him start the recessional in the middle of a song and he did that perfectly. He also coordinated with our best man (who was unable to attend) to play his pre-recorded speech as a surprise for the groom. With so much to worry about being a 2020 bride, it was nice to not have to worry about the DJ/audio services. I would 100% recommend Joe’s to other Montana brides.

  Joe’s DJ was seamless to work with! Very organized and attention to detail. When it came to the wedding day though, it felt like there was maybe a little miss communication? The DJ was insistent on speaking with me (bride) when we had provided a full schedule and communication plan prior to the wedding day. After we got this figured out and got him the schedule and communication info he was great. The dance floor was full all night and he followed exactly what we requested so everyone (elders and younger) were able to dance! Thanks for throwing a great party!

  Incredible DJ and awesome cost!!

  We loved using Joe's DJ service! They were so easy to communicate with throughout the whole wedding process and were very organized! Ryan was our DJ and was absolutely incredible!! We also hired them to do our ceremony music and everything turned out wonderful. The price was great and fit within our budget for our needs. The emails and online forms made me feel at ease. The conversation we had the week of the wedding was a great way to ensure that everything would run smoothly on our timeline.

  Joe's DJ Service far exceeded our expectations. We had an outdoor ceremony and the music was perfect quality and sound and they were able to find even our more obscure song choices. We had a cocktail hour/reception playlist and then gave general direction for the dance that we wanted people to be able to sing and dance along. We had the best dance ever! All generations were on the dance floor the whole night and people are still complementing our wonderful event months later! I could not be happier with the service provided by Joe's!
